Depending on how it is stored, in most cases 1 year. You can extend the life by storing it in a freezer or refrigerator.
-
It may be a combo of the bottles and the PG and/or VG. If they still have a have a bad taste after the changes then also change your source for PG and VG.
-
Plastic can absorb flavors. Using old bottles may have compounded the problem when you heated them.
-
I would suggest getting some PG and VG from Wizard Labs and don't use a sonic cleaner to speed age your e-liquid in plastic.
-
Heated plastic can leach chems into your e-liquid.
-
This may seem like an odd question but, was you bottle covered or uncovered when in the sonic cleaner? Heat can be an issue as well as a poor grade of PG and VG. As FXRich said so can plastic.
-
I will work with you, I would suggest samples to start with till we can find just the mix for you. PMed you back.

I'm going by what I have known since I started making e-liquids. I was always told that the lungs can't absorb it and I can see how that could be miss understood. I'm no doctor so I can only go by what I have read. Like other things when it comes to vaping myths, I could be 100% off the mark. I prefer not to take the chance. However, I can see where if takes 72 hours to absorb it, someone vaping it all day every day, would have issues over time. Just saying

Like Tam asked is it "Oil"? If so, stop vaping it! Any kind of "oil" base flavoring is bad to vape. It will build up in your lungs and will not be absorbed by your lungs.

You would need a new Tank (CE4). They were not made to replace the coil.
-
Personally I would not bother with the dual coils in these heads. With the right build, you can get better performance from a single coil than a factory dual coil. As Bebop said watch vids and learn how to build coils before you start. (Good Place to Start) Get some wire from TEMCo (30ga is the best for these heads) and some organic cotton balls from Walgreens. The premade coils from Fasttech are really not that great.

The couple I did have die on me died in the charger. They took out the charger at the same time so I'm not sure if it was that batteries or a faulty charger. Needless to say I did not replace the charger with the same brand.
-
Not yet, I have 20 in rotation so it is bound to happen eventually.
-
You can do this with any 40 to 200watt rig and a .8 to .2 ohm build on a RDA or subtank using high VG e-liquid... take your pick.
-
Not only did I have a few I used to carry them in my inventory. I stopped carrying them because they are well, less than quality products.
-
It is very possibly a bad unit. I would contact the place you bought it from and ask for an exchange.

Is there any nicotine in 0mg e-juice?

Sounds like that person that told you this is using a scare tactic to get you to stop vaping. I don't understand why anyone would vape if they did not smoke, but I'm not here to judge. It would however give reason for someone to to tell you this to get you to stop. -
FDA Reveals First Wave of E-Cig, Tobacco Study Results show little evidence of consistent electronic cigarette use “We view the extension of the study as a positive (given the agency will take time to evaluate findings from the study and could potentially push back any incremental regulations),” Azer said. I did a write up on changing the wicks, When I get some free time I should do a video of rebuilding these heads. I know most don't bother with it anymore because they are so inexpensive, but I have rebuilt ones that last months when it is done right. All I do is re wick and go. Even though I use rebuildable tanks 99% of the time I still have a few of the KPT 3 tanks in my rotation. All have rebuilt coils. I only use the new ones in a pinch.
-
Ahhh ok... I would just toss it. Those coil heads are really cheap (inexpensive) so when you get a bad one it is no biggie to just toss it out. There other coils that cost the same for 1 as you would pay for 5 of those. I have had them pop (die) the first time I hit the power button. I have learned to check the coil out before I install it. I have had new ones that the coil is resting on the side of the head and fail. QC for those heads is on the poor to nonexistent side.
-
Are you rebuilding the same coil head and it is doing this or are you tiring different heads. I have had some heads that give me issues and I just toss them. Could be an issue with that tank. Do you have a different tank that the head will fit in? If you do, try that and see if it works. There may be an issue with that tank base.
-
It should. Do the coils only fail on that one battery?
-
I rebuild a lot of these coil heads. you must tuck any bur (wire) from both wires behind the rubber grommet. If it is not it can short or jump across to ground and short. Make sure you can not see "any" wire at all around the grommet If you can see the end, It Can Short! Also make sure the main part of the coil or a bent leg is not touching the wall of the coil head. They can bend on you putting in the grommet. Also, sometimes the grommet can get a tare in it and cause a short. These can be tricky, and even with all the times I have built them, it happens to me. Best thing to do is what you did. Just rebuild it.

I have a problem with e-juice makers ignoring trademarks when naming e-liquid. It really gives the industry a black eye.
