I just hit the button at the bottom of the page and use the full version of the site. I can magnify it and read anything I want. I don't use Tapatalk.

Make sure and clean the contacts on the battery and the charger. I have had this happen before with other batteries and a good cleaning usually fixes it.

Once that happens, the brass will corrode and contaminant the e-liquid.

I have the coil get stuck a couple times, but can usually get it out with my fingers. It makes me nervous taking it apart because I feel like I may break the glass. One thing nice about the tight fit though is I know it won't leak. I'm sure that is why it is the way it is.
