This is the second m401 atty that died in less than 4 days. I have bought two 401s and the attys that came with them only lasted 3-3 1/2 days. I know this is not typical so I must ask... Has anyone else had this trouble with the 401? I do vape allot, could it just be over use? Could it be that I have stuck it my pocket that had spare change in it? (Activating auto battery) Poor design of the m401 atty? Dirty... I don't see any carbon buildup at all? It will not stop me from vaping because I feel so much better than I did smoking analogs. It is a bit frustrating though. I'm just hoping for some advice in this matter from those that have been doing this a while. I like the slim design of the 401 and the blue led. I can't tell if the element is burned up or what the problem is. I have made sure that it always was wet with fluid. Please Help!

The only time I had to go back to an analog as my e-cig atty took a dump. Since I have the replacement attys, no more analogs!!! I wish you the best of luck. I was 1 1/2-2 pack a day smoker and left analogs behind and feel no regrets!

I agree with the direct drip but, I do like using both. The cart makes it easier for me at work and when driving. I put a drip or two on my atty between cart fills and drip while on my computer. I have noticed as well the heavy nic rush too. When I feel myself wanting an analog... I do a good drip. Mine is an auto and the batteries do juice up fast, Thanks for the warning Christopher! I have been doing a daily cleaning on all the bats now.

Sinikal I'm refilling my carts (M-401). In my main kit (small zippered pouch) I have everything I need including a 30ml and a 2.5 ml bottle (for my pocket), 4 bats, wall/usb charger, 10 carts, 1 push rod, and 5 atty's. This way I always have what I need with me. One cart fill lasts for about 3-4 regular smokes, refilling about 5-6 times a day. I have been using the same cart for 1 week now and have had no problems. I use the 2.5 ml bottle to add a drop of juice on my atty before each use and fill carts on the fly. I use the push rod to raise the reservoir insert in the cart for easier filling.

*Jumps up on the soap box I will go underground if it gets banned in my state. I live in MI where cigarettes are outrageous and our governor has over taxed cigs to pay for a state owed deficient. They didn't raise the tax on alcohol because that was deemed unconstitutional??? I know analog smokes kill DUH... but, I will not pay for a debt that the whole state is responsible for just because I smoked. I'm tiered of being in a "Witch Hunt" because I smoked and being told I'm killing the world. Vaping Rocks and needs to given its credit for allowing us that enjoy a good vape/smoke to do so without being hassled. *Jumps off on the soap box
