I disassemble mine wipe all the metal and glass tank with a paper towel about 1-2 times a week. I will dry burn the coil at the same time. takes about 10min and I'm back to vaping.

Just use a small jewelers flat head screw driver to pry it up a bit. Just a wiggle is all that is usually needed. If that don't do the trick and cleaning don't help then as a last resort take it apart and check the connections. If you are un sure how to solider it don't just replace it as it is not that easy. All you need though to take them apart is small jewelers Phillips head screwdriver. remove the 4 screws and open it up you will see if the wire/s has/have broke loose from the connector. Don't know of any vids on that. I have had to do it to a few when I had my B&M open though.

I'm just starting to use hemp twine and degummed hemp fiber for wicking. I do like it as much as cotton if not just a little more. I haven't tested it long enough yet. I defiantly like it more than SS mesh. I like RDAs and RBAs the best. It is a tossup because they both work very well for what I use them for. I stay away from Cartos because I don't want to have to buy cartomizers all the time. Been down that road years ago when I had a 510 cigalike. If I can't rebuild it I don't have much intrest in it. I will say though I like the Iclear 16s though they are really not rebuildable, they have great flavor and good vapor. I use them on my Ego batts and my old standby 801, 901 and 510 batts.

Sounds as if the leads inside have broken. Could just be that you need to pry the center connector up a tad on the charger, not much just a very little bit. Looks like it needs cleaned as well. Could just be dirty and not making a good connection. If the connectons are broke you could try opening it up and re solider them or just get a replacement.

Good Idea spydre, you don't need a pin stripe brush either just take a razor blade or exato to a brush and cut the bristles down to just a few. Just make sure you clear coat it really well or the acrylic will pop off. Here is an example of what can do with a trimmed brush, This was done with acrylic. This is also my second go at Vaping, I fell off the Vape wagon do to stress. Let me tell you it is harder than it was the first time. I will get through the ruff spots because I'm committed. It is will power at this point. I'm vaping between 28-30 mg just to stay off analogs. It gets easier every day, but I can say it is harder than before. I would not recommend powder coating unless you remove the battery from the case. The heat will turn it into a bomb. Having said that, if you are determined to "paint" it and not use a wrap, use Krylon spray paint. Sand it first with 400-600 grit wet dry sand paper. Do vary light coats, don't over spray. It is always better to do 7-8 very light coats than two or 3 heavy coats. If your battery has the rubber coating on it, don't even bother to paint it, use a wrap.

I don't have that exact adapter, Shipping should be a lot less than that unless it's coming from China. I would have to put two adapters together to do the same thing.
