.5 flat and 32 ga round 7 wraps, Little advice... when twisting only do 1 1/2 feet at a time it is much easier to control the twisting.

Been testing with 100% VG, in a mini and it is giving me really nice clouds. So far no dry hits but the draw is a little tight with the thicker liquid. Not sure why because you don't draw air through the liquid, but it is notably a tighter draw. No leaking and the flavor is notably better than the OEM coil.

My T3S clearos are better than the rest, why?
Compenstine replied to Aaron1100us's topic in General Vaping Discussion
What are the ohms of each coil? This could make a difference in the taste. You do get better flavor out a lower ohm coil with some juice. Other juice needs a cooler coil to taste better... -
Manual, been using manuals for a very long time. I hate the auto batteries they don't ever seem to work right. I also hate that auto cut off, it was not ever a long enough draw time. LOL

I'm going to do the same thing but with a Iclear 30/16 duel coil head. It is also what I have planed for the Nautilus Coil Head.

You wouldn't think you were vaping a tank, It rocks! I have found my new KTP set up, I'm serious. At the moment I have 24mg nic in it and it kicks my arss. The tank is almost emptey and I'm going to refill it with some 100% VG -0- nic Cinnamon Stick and see how she does!

Wouldn't you rather spend that $3.00 on a coil that would last 4-5 times as long? This is why I rebuild them. If you look at a OEM coil the wraps are uneven and looks like it was done in a rush. This is why they don't last as long. I can go a week before I have to dry burn my rebuilds. I do this week after week and had coils last over 4 weeks. Using your cost of $3.00 per coil per week, a rebuilt coil brings the cost down to $0.75 a coil per week.

You could use this in your truck here is how I set it up for building coils. I got it at Radio Shack for soldering and working on some micro robotics, My other hobby -
I love it when I prove my self wrong.

I love it when my persistence proves me wrong. I said that I couldn't get past the sub ohm barrier for a tiger coil in a KPT 2 in another thread. Well I did! At this moment, I have a 1.2 ohm Tiger coil in a KPT 2 tank pushing it at 15 watts on my Vamo 5 sporting a cotton wick. It is not the best twist. I need to do this twist with shorter wire so I have more control over the twisting.

Tell yeah what Rob if you want to send me 3-4 of your old coil assemblies I will have you do some testing. From what I see for cost on the Nautilus coils I could rebuild them for a little less than what they charge for new ones if it just a standard build. If you would want a tiger coil setup in one it would cost a bit more but not much. PM me about it and we will work something out. I am finding that standard builds are what will best with most, but if you want good flavor Sum ohm tiger coils are really nice. The space is so small it is impossible to get a twisted or Tiger coil to be above .6 ohms. The Tiger coil I built for my KPT is still going strong and chucks out the vapor for a tank build. I just need to run it on my Magneto.

If you haven't ordered your supplies yet, don't get 100% PG base nic when your trying to do high VG juice. Get the NIC in as a 100% VG base. That way you only have to add PG to get what you want. Most flavorings are PG base as well and you will have a hard time getting the ratio you want with your Base also at 100% PG. Run your numbers again with 100%vg base you will see what I mean.

Harsh throat hit at low nicotine levels?

Ewwww that sounds well not so good. lol When testing my Clove at higher pg levels it had a really strong throat hit with no NIC. No other flavor really hit like the clove without nic. -

Thanks Bebop I have some coming in the near future. This month is my month for testing and adding new flavors. I know creamy ones are high on most peoples list of must have flavors. -
But there are those of us that like to tinker with little screws and wicking small wires. LOL

I just saw the shot outs for me on Page 2 LOL sorry guys next time throw a PM my way I've been really busy and a PM will grab my attention. I quite often leave VT open in the back ground so it may seem as if I'm online but may be away from the computer. Thanks for the extras Troy they will come in handy. I will be sending you some of the rebuilds for testing.

Thanks Josh, Going do a search now. Edit: That don't look so hard just have to watch what your doing.

With a VV/VW it is easy... Just turn it way down. Juice is also a factor, the higher the PG% the less vapor you will exhale. PG dissipates very quickly and is great for stealth vaping.
