Basicly if you want to do anything over a 50/50 mix get your Nic in a 100% VG base. Lorrans is fine for DIY to start with. You will want some No NIC base VG and some base PG for mixing as well. You will need a mixing calculator too. I use LiqMix

Ok guys here the first ever Tiger Paw coil. This is a .45ohm build spiral coil. 2X28 round .9 Flat wound in a spiral. I will be wicking it soon. I had to put it on my Trident as it was the only atty I could get it on without the coil touching the deck. Sorry for the bad pics my good camera is on the charger. Your welcome Josh. I can't wait till you taste them. All are pre steep except the mystery flavor you may want to steep it 4-5 days for the best flavor.

The only thing I would change in that is the wire size, 28ga will not work well in a KPT head because of the number of wraps it would take to achieve a 2.2 coil. The 28ga would require at least 10 wraps and it would then be to big for the opening. Using 30-32 would be best for starting out. Also before you even start make sure you have a multimeter to test ohms. Do not even consider sub ohm until you have been building coils for a few months and reading up on battery safety, this is a requirement not a suggestion.

With the KPT you need to wick the center of the coil or it will leak.and give dry hits. I tried that once already with just a standard coil setup. It would be near impossible to wick the inside of a super nano.

I would have to work on getting it the right size. I would have to do the inner as a micro coil for sure. I think the harder part would be wicking it. I would more than likely have to use a very small piece of silicon wick or as I do the outer coil I would have to wick it as I wrap it.

It would affect the rubber insulator. I have put a .6 in a Kanger head with little issue, but that's after months of building coils and knowing the issues that can occur. If you are not spot on before you install it, you will get a hot leg and the taste of brunt rubber is nothing you want in your mouth. Also it could burn through te insulator and cause a hard short damaging your device. It is also something you don't want to chain vape because it will get Hot! As Fishguy said, I did this for a mech not a VV/VW device.

I would like to try in a KPT or Nautilus head. I think it would be a good build for them.
