An APV is a device that uses electronics to allow for voltage and or wattage adjustment as well as some other safety and gadget features normally. A "mod" is a basic mechanical device that has no regulation to speak of. The vamo is an APV.

I'm getting a kanger areotank air flow ( or similar) and want a mod. Not much money to spend, but like a good reliable one! Would welcome any suggestions. Thanks
