Good catch, those automatic batteries that come with the m401 are a pain. I went out with some friends last weekend and the bass in the club kept making mine come on!

Standard E-cig battery's have a protection circuit in them to prevent over and undercharging. Just don't leave it on the charger for say a week...

I have found a few place's on the that you can get flavorless PG/VG nicotine liquid, PG/VG in their pure states, and flavorings. Just thought I'd share them< I have not ordered form any of these places yet but will update once I have. The infamous 54mg from Totally Wicked JuicyLiquid.com PG/VG with nicotine and without, and a few other items. OneStopDIYShop.com PG/VG with nicotine and without, and some very nice starter kits for mixing. Hope some of these help, be sure to look around on each site both Totally Wicked and the DIY shop carry LorAnn flavorings!

You can direct drip with an automatic battery, you just run a risk of ruining the battery. I dripped on my auto battery's plenty of times and even though one of them died on me I am fairly certain it wasn't from juice getting in it. Just be aware of your battery connection and clean it off with a paper towel or rag say every 3-4 times that you drip and you should be fine. Also battery's are going to die so don't do like I did and get yourself some spares!

If you are looking for more vapor you could cut your juice with some VG, though I hear it kills flavor a bit, but say you only cut it like 80% juice 20% VG... Haven't had the chance to try it myself so I can't recommend it per se. And yes Mentha is excellent!

Might check this out Common vaping symptoms. If it gets worse she may be allergic to PG, Juicy Liquid, you can get flavorless VG here. (EDIT)hehe didn't seem to fully answer your question so... PG is propylene glycol, it is the main ingredient in most E-Liquid. VG is vegetable glycerin or just know as glycerin, there are a few manufacturers that make this type of E-Liquid. Johnson's Creek is one of these, the reason I didn't link it earlier is I haven't seen many standout reviews of it. That being said, I have never tried the Juicy VG or read a review of it either, just giving you some options.

One of my battery's died on me today... I didn't have the cash to buy extra's when I got my kit, and no one that I trust to buy from seems to have any M401 batt's. I believe they are all waiting on the manual type... tomorrow should be interesting with only one battery. Hopefully I will be able to run off of my fiance's laptop.

I do know that Wilton's is a synthetic glycerin, local health food store's should carry a natural vegetable glycerin.

Definitely try one of the atty's from Truesmoker, he carry's good quality stuff. No the threads are not compatible unfortunately... there are adapters out there, but they look like crap. Interestingly enough a 510 atty will screw on to a 401 atty, and 510 batt will screw on a 401 batt <----- Don't actually try that last part... exploding battery's not good.

LOL... i saw your pic and it said pure smoker, and my brain saw true smoker No kidding, if it wasn't for all the money I was spending on parts for my mod, I would have a nice chunk of change to get more back up atty's and more juice...
