  1. If I had that car for my driving test, I would have probably done the same thing.
  2. That is really good! I learned how to drive in a 72 Super Beetle. The brake and the clutch pedals are very close to each other. I pulled into our driveway and my mom was yelling at me to hit the brake. I thought I was on the brake, but I was actually pushing on the clutch. I hit our van that was parked in the garage. Thank god the garage was open. No damage to the van, but there was a nice dent in my VW hood.
  3. My Mac Book Pro was crying and I could feel it's pain as we watched the video together. I have had really bad luck with computers this week. I spent a good amount of time trying to fix my parents archaic systems. Then to finish my week, with computer crashes and other problems, my Apple G4 bit the dust. The power supply burned out. It was like losing a good friend. It served me well for the last 5 years, it never asked for anything. I spoiled it with a new mouse, printer and monitor in January. Fix it you say? Well Apple did wonders with this model of the G4, it had a custom power supply. I had a small funeral and I did cry a little. It now lays in a shallow grave in my garden. I am hoping to have an Apple Tree in my garden by next Spring. Rest in peace my friend. My Mac Book and I are alone now. No file sharing, no network hugging. We have had a good time looking at new computers to replace her. However, we are at a disagreement on whether or not to install Windows on this new system. I have sometime to convince my laptop of this decision. I need to find a job first before we can add a new Apple to our home. Have a great Labor Day weekend and may all your computers live long and a happy life.
  4. My bad on this one. Sorry. This is what happens with 2 hours of sleep, no coffee and reading small print. The actual chemical in the solution is Polyethylene Glycol. This chemical is also used as a basis in pharmaceuticals. Again, I am really sorry for jumping the gun.
  5. Very interesting little fact. I am glad that the softball bat manufactures have not caught on...I would be broke! It is bad enough that ball gloves come in pink now. I have resisted buying one, so far.
  6. I love your way of thinking!
  7. Today I took someone to the hospital for a colonoscopy test. One of the pre-op things they had to do was drink the contents of this gallon jug of Electrolytes. This is done in about a 12 hour time frame of the test. This jug is by prescription only. The very first ingredient listed on the jug was PG. My guess is this person probably consumed more PG in a 12 hour period than we do in a week or month with an e-cig. I thought this was very interesting. I will try and get the amount of PG in that jug and report it back.
  8. Thank you! It is in our genetic code (women) to buy products that are pink or shiny. I wish I knew why.
  9. Oh good! I thought I was going nuts or doing something very wrong. I find that 3 drops works better than 2 and filling is quite frequent. I did notice those stringy things poking out of the atty. I took a chance and removed them from one atty, I think it works better without them.
  10. Will be shiny and have sparkles?
  11. I just got my order today of Dulcis. So far I am liking it very much. It is soft and smooth. I also bought some flat tip carts for my 510. So far I am not really impressed. Anyone else tried a flat tip on their 510?
  12. For the guys: In the cosmetic department of discount stores, there are bulk packages of replacement shadow applicators. They range from 25 to 50 a pack and are really inexpensive. If you buy the package, you can replace the sponges after it gets gunky or fall apart. Chris would look lovely in the Passionate Plum. If anyone tries out this diy gadget, let me know how it works for you. Anyone interested in making these for production, I found a company in China that makes the pens in all the colors - they really looked the one that were in the E Dobit video. I do not know anything about this company. My link
  13. I only have a 510. The applicator top is long enough to fit inside the 510 atty. So I think this just might work for most e-cig models. But I don't know that for sure, I only have a 510.
  14. I posted a home solution to the E Dobit in the Tips and Tricks section.
  15. What you need: 1. Travel size Atomizer for perfumes or hand sanitizer. I used a hand sanitizer from Target. They are cheap $.79 each. It fits great in a small purse. 2. Eye shadow applicator These are really cheap to buy. $1.00 for 36. 3. E Liquid Instructions: 1. Wash and Rinse container and sprayer. Let Dry. 2. Remove sponge from applicator stick. Run under hot water, it will loosen the glue and slid off easily. 3. Remove tube extension, discard. It should just pull out easily. 4. Remove spray cap, discard. 5. Fill with favorite liquid. 6. Screw on top and add eye shadow sponge. All Done!
  16. I am liking what I see on the website. My brother is a jerky nut. We were just discussing what to send in his care package to Iraq. Whiskey cured jerky, wonder if I could get away with sending that to him...
  17. Jerky with caffeine! I have to give these guys points for coming up with the idea. Do you think we could distract the FDA with jerky? This article is from the Denver Business Journal. http://www.bizjournals.com/denver/stories/2009/08/24/daily4.html
