I agree with you Keenan, the congress men/women should have to use the same system as the rest of us! Yesterday I read that several State Attorney Generals' have filed a complaint about the health care bill. The complaint was filed in regards to the section about the state of Nebraska. The Attorney General has deemed it unfair and unconstitutional to require the other states to pick up the bill for Nebraska shares of healthcare. This is all drawn from memory, I have been searching for the article this morning and can't seem to find it. What makes me happy is my home state of Colorado is one of those states filing the complaint!

Nice review on the VT flavors. I have Dulcis (my fav), Midnight, Grape Soda and the Colada. They are all wonderful and work well in the VP/PT. Finished up the last of my grape soda yesterday. Missing it already.

The atomizers from Rocky Mtn. Vapor are not low bridge atomizers.

I have never understood how they can add things to certain bills (the pork) that have nothing to do with the bill in the first place. What does a visitor center in San Fran have to do with defense? Really how can this make it a legal document? Scratch my back and I will scratch yours equals big whining babies.

Hmmm....Like Brian said, battery? There should be some heat from the atty. Did it only come with one atomizer? What other model do you have on order?

Is this what you are using? If so you may want to try and dip the atomizer in the juice. Don't dunk it all the way, just the metal bridge thing. Have you tried removing the foil in the cart? Is there a filler under the foil? Just curious.

I tried the upside down bottle method. The liquid then ends up in the cap which leads to more madness.

I used the menthol sample from Arno the last time I had a cold. Wow, it really did help with the congestion. It took a few days to get the residual menthol taste out of the atty, but it was well worth it.

I have to agree with Sinikal. The 510 produces a much warmer vapor and it can kill the flavor of some liquids. I get more flavor from the 801 atomizer. I do try to break up my flavors depending on which atomizer I am using. I like the more warmer flavors (coffee, dulcis and RY4) with the 510 and more cooler or fruity flavors with the 801. I don't have a 901 so I really don't know how to compare with its flavor production. @Vegas - I remember reading something about the difference with Joye and Janty. But for the life of me I don't know who makes what.

Welcome. The 510 is a good choice. The battery life is short but I have found it not to be an issue. I do not have a PCC, but I have handled one. I would say they are no bigger than carrying a pack of analogs and the weight seemed quite workable. The grape soda from VT is awesome. Good luck and keep us up to date with your progress.

Great article and very informative. I am a bit concerned about the American Cancer Society, operating as a charitable organization, would sign a non-compete agreement. Something is very wrong about that. Doesn't it make sense if you make a non-profit sign a non-compete that the company should not get any deductions or kudos for being a supporter.

That was a scary story. So glad that you caught it in time. You were very lucky, I have read that some of the Chinese PT have even caused damage to computers. I have the VP/PT and I love it. I had a couple noobie issues with it in the beginning, but Chris was quick to walk me through them. I truly believe in either unplugging the unit when not in use or removing the atomizer. Let me add that the vapor production and general operation of the VP/PT is amazing.

There are steroids that are used for inhalation purposes. They also are delivered in the same manner. Most of the steroids delivered are used for treatment of COPD and asthma. Some of the side effects of these steroids is weight gain, as you know. Again, they are all by prescription.

Well it has been a very long time since I had to pick my brain about my respiratory training. What you are receiving is a nebulizer treatment. More than likely, it is Albuterol mixed with saline in the nebulizer. The nebulizer creates a very fine mist. Albuterol is a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles in the airways and increases air flow to the lungs. They use it not only to open up your airway (alveoli, sacks in your lungs that are responsible for gas exchange) but the treatment itself will also help loosen up all the sputum (gunky stuff) that they want you to cough up. I know it sounds awful and very painful to cough after heart surgery. That is the reason for the little pillow to hold to your chest when coughing. It keeps you from bursting the sutures holding your sternum together. The nebulizer treatment allows for better dispersement of the drug to the farthest parts of the lungs. Albuterol does not fix or repair the damaged parts of your lungs from smoking. Okay I think I got it.
