I have to concur with Jeff. That flavor is pretty good for a menthol and I am not a menthol person.

Want To Upgrade To Ego-T Kit, A Few Questions
BirdDog replied to Elementgreen's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I actually have the eGo tank pass through. It is really nice and has the same features as the tank battery with the 5 click on and off. I did enjoy the tank atomizer, it was nice but I prefer the cartomizers. I still direct drip every once in awhile. I use both the LR and standard versions. Not sure what cartos you tried in the past, but the Boge are the best. If you get the eGo pass through you can still try out one of the tank systems. I just bought one atomizer and a package of tanks to try it out. Keep trying different combinations until you find the one that works best for you. Good luck. -
Want To Upgrade To Ego-T Kit, A Few Questions

I think you might be a bit confused. The eGo T batteries are regulated, voltage wise, the same as the regular eGo batteries. Both batteries are regulated in the 3.4-3.7v range. The eGo T battery offers various MAh ranges. There is the 650 and 1000. This just means how long the battery will last through one charge. The eGo T battery also has the 5 click on and off feature that stops the battery from turning on while in a pocket or bag. The LR tank atomizers are nice. I tried one a few weeks ago. Like any other LR atomizer or cartomizer there will be some flavor loss. But that is also depends on the type of liquid you are using. Some brands have really good flavor at higher voltages. -
Welcome back. There has been some small changes around here, but it still has all the great help and information that you need.

Topic moved to the DIY section of the forum. Please keep all discussion of nicotine higher than 36mg in the DIY area.

The mod he is using in the video looks like the Silver Bullet. It is a large battery mod tube. You buy the batteries separate. I don't recommend getting a mod unless you plan on doing this for the long haul. The eGo should get you going with the extended battery life and will give you the options to test out all the different type of atomizers, cartomizers and tanks out there on the market.

You just need the battery and charger. You might want to add the cone, it finishes off the look of the eGo. The cone tightens up the draw a bit and is really just for aesthetics but it is nice to have. You can use the eGo with or without the cone.

The batteries you see them using is probably the eGo. It does have the 510 setting. http://www.foreverva...s/Joye-eGo.html If you just buy the batteries and not a kit you will need to buy the charger for the eGo. The 510 standard battery charger will not work. The batteries for the eGo really are not that big. A bit fat yes, but you will be surprised at how small they are.
-
The eGo and the 510 use the same atomizers and cartomizers. The eGo has a 510 fitting. You can buy just the battery and the charger without having to buy the kit. I do recommend that you purchase a charger for the eGo battery, you cannot charge the eGo using your 510 battery charger. There is also the passthrough version of the Ego battery. You vape while connected to the usb port on your computer and then you can remove the battery and take it with you.

I have never used that model of pass through so I don't know about the longevity. From past threads on the forum there seems to be a mixture of experiences on how long they last. I received the eGo tank pass through about a week ago and it is amazing. I can use it as a pass through or disconnect it and use it like a regular battery. The eGo has the tank version and the regular version of this pass through. I think either of those models is well worth the extra few dollars. I think you might be happier with this model over the standard 510 model. The eGo has a regular 510 connection. I purchased mine from the Forever Vapor store.

The Joye/Janty Stick uses the 801 or 302 atomizer. You will need cartridges to fit that atomizer. What cartridges were you looking at? These cartridges will work with the 801 or 302 atomizer http://www.forevervapor.com/products/801%7B47%7D302-Empty-Cartridge-(10-Pack).html

Moving to the DIY area. You will have a better chance of finding or receiving an answer there.

Big Lots, or the dollar stores are a good place to go too for cheap stuff. Vaping becomes a creative process and it is incredible the things you will come up with.
-
Sometimes you just have to be creative. I use a variety of cases to tote my stuff around in. I can't recommend anything pocket size because I carry a purse.
-
It is a good idea to use a different cartomizer for each flavor. However, I have used a previously used carto and filled it will a similar flavor.
-
Yes you can use the usb port on your computer to charge your ecig.

Yes, the LR's will drain a battery a bit faster. But it isn't a big deal, I use them all the time and don't find it an issue. But I always have another charged battery. lol The 20% is in reference to VG Juice. Some liquids are mixed with both PG and VG. When using Tanks you don't want to use a liquid that has more than 20% VG in it. The more the VG the thicker the juice and it won't work well. Meaning the juice won't wick to the atomizer because it is too thick. The 20% has nothing to do with mg of nic.

I don't recommend soaking your atomizers before you use it. You can quite simply just blow the primer out by twisting up a paper towel or tissue and inserting inside the atomizer and blowing gently through the battery end. This also works for the tank atomizers. If you must soak or boil your atomizers to clean them, they must dry for at least 24 hours. You also run the risk of killing the atomizer when doing either of those procedures. Not a good idea to do it with a brand new atty because you just lost your warranty if they have any at all.

I would contact my CC company and dispute the charges. Then order juice from someone else. Sorry you are having such a problem with getting your order. I have never ordered from them and after what you experienced I probably won't even visit their site.

Tree bark...that is a new description I haven't heard before. I like it.

Brilliant! Thank you!

I received the new eGo-T pass through from the Forever Vapor store today and it is awesome! I have spent the last hour looking through posts, watching videos and I have one question that no one seems to answer. How do you know if the battery is fully charged when charging it with the cable that comes with it? The light on the bottom is red, which indicates that it is charging and has power. But lets say I want to go out and take it with me, how do I know the battery is fully charged? Will the red light shut off or does it change a color?

On sync. lol

I am going to recommend the eGo kit. It is the most versatile kit on the market right now. Either kit will allow you to use standard or low resistance atomizers or cartomizers. Knowing when to recharge a battery is quite simple. The battery will either quit working or you will notice a drop in vapor production or function. Just like any other device that runs on a battery. The kits come with 2 batteries, so while using one battery the other is on the charger. Just about the same rules apply when needing to refill a cartridge, tank or cartomizer. When vapor production drops or flavor has started to lighten or change, it is time for a refill. Direct dripping is 2-3 drops for about 7-10 draws. There is no set time frame for either refilling or recharging. It all depends on your vaping habits and will vary on whether you are a light vaper or chain vaper.
