There has been some reported leaking issues with the tank. That could be a problem in your pocket. The eGo tank PT has a really nice on/off feature. Hit the button 5 times really fast and it will shut down the battery. Repeat to turn the battery back on.

Hello and welcome to the forum. You have quite a list there of needs and wants. I know it is frustrating and you will still have to play around to find what is going to work best for you. For pocket size and battery life I am going to suggest any of the eGo kits or eGo pass throughs. The eGo battery will allow you to test out different type of atomizers and hopefully help you find the one that will work for your best. This battery has a 510 connection. For your cartomizer or atomizers needs I am going to suggest the Boge standard and low resistance (LR) cartomizers. The LR's will simulate vaping at a higher voltage. The vapor will be warmer, more throat hit and it can kill the flavor a bit. I am not a menthol user, so I really can't help you there. I have tested a few different menthol flavors and my favorite is the Vapor Talk Mentha. Menthol flavors will give you a pretty good throat hit. If that is something you would like to avoid, I suggest picking up a couple different flavors to try out. You can find the Cartomizers and Mentha in the the Vapor Talk store and the eGo kits/pass through in the Forever Vapor store. There is a 15% discount running for the holiday weekend. We also have a list of supporting suppliers on the front page. They are all reputable and have quality customer service. The other part that will affect your throat hit is the nic strength. The lower the nic strength the less of a throat hit. Good luck. Making the switch is a learning process. Battery life is the key. The eGo is your best bet for battery life and small size. Like I said before it will allow you to experiment with the different types of 510 atomizers, 510 cartomizers and the eGo tanks to fit your lifestyle.

If they are the 510 atomizer you can direct drip with them. All 510 atomizers will work on the eGo battery. If you got the eGo tank atomizers, you can't direct drip with those. The LR simulates vaping at a higher voltage. You will get a warmer vape, more vapor and there will be a bit of flavor loss because the vapor is warmer.

What kind of battery are you using, the eGo battery or the regular 510 stick battery? I am just a bit confused by what kit you are using. I don't bother cleaning my atomizers or cartomizers. Every time I have attempted to do has been a failure. Not worth my time and frustration to save a few dollars.

I really like the coffee flavors. I always seem to go back to those. My favorite coffee flavors are from the Vapor Talk store. I actually like all the flavors in the VT line. I have tried several vanilla flavors and have not found one that I like. Some fruit flavors were really good the first go around, but then they fell flat for me. Midnight from VT is really good, that also has been a go to flavor for me also. My newest flavor is the french pipe from Dekang. It reminds me of the classic pipe smell with a nice sweet vanilla/caramel flavor added to it. I purchased it from the Forever Vapor store when I was stocking up on other supplies. I prefer my eliquids to be PG.

I should probably add that VG will reduce flavor, while PG will make the liquid more flavorful. I see that you are already using 60/40 mix. I am not really sure what to suggest to you. But to try lowering your nic and try a different flavor. Most of us thought we wanted a tobacco flavor when we started, but found the other flavors out there to be more satisfying.

All three will affect throat hit. PG, nicotine and the menthol. The two that affect throat hit the most is the nicotine and the menthol. When you start vaping there is an adjustment period. Flavor will be dull, from years of smoking, but will get better with time. Some people notice better flavor within weeks or some may not notice for several months. You can try lowering the nic level and maybe try a few different flavors other than menthol. You can also order liquids with a PG/VG mix. You just have to experiment until you find the perfect vape for you. Good luck.

Thickness will make a difference when using cartomizers or tanks. Some people have reported that the tanks will not wick well with a thicker e-liquid. I have used a 50/50 mix in a cartomizer and it works, but it takes awhile for it to absorb in the filler.

The Silver Bullet is manufactured by AltSmoke. Some of the colors you see other vapers using were custom colors made specifically for them. At one time there were a few other color options you could chose from. If you would like a custom color, I would suggest contacting them or find a local powder coater to do it for you. But if you have it done privately, you could void your warranty.

Doesn't look like the craft business did very well. I have seen this site before, they also used to sell crafting items on the same site. I see all they have is scissors now. Hmmm...crafts didn't do well. Could be a sign. Really though, good luck with your purchase.

I like them both. It really depends on what I want to vape that day.

Drip tips are really nice to have even if you are not direct dripping. It makes a really nice mouth piece for cartomizers. The 510 drip tip will fit your 901 atomizer.

Can you tell me what kind of error you were getting with the old user name? We might be able to fix it for you.

Type A is the cone shaped tank atomizer and holds about 1.2ml of liquid. The type B is a cylinder shape and holds about 1.8ml of liquid. There have been varying opinions on which type is the best. Way to beat me to it Jeff.
