Why are your panties in such a bunch over this? You send out free samples, of your juices, to receive Youtube reviews for self promotion. Be careful who you pick on or your new web store, in 2013, may just flop.

Thanks Jeff for pointing out my lack of morning coffee state of mind.

I am located in Northern Colorado. I take it your battery set up is for a 510. What you need for direct dripping is the good old standard 510 atomizer. I suggest the Joye brand. You will also need a drip tip, sold separately, and you can pick one up for just a couple dollars. There is a wide variety of drip tips that come in different shapes, sizes and colors. The drip tip is not necessary, but it will make your venture into direct dripping more convenient. Christopher has a video some where on the forum that explains direct dripping. Not sure where it has gotten to lately, he has a tendency to move things around when I am not paying attention. Before the tanks, clearomizers and cartomizers we all started out direct dripping. The cartridges sucked and that was our way of beating the system. It is full proof and works well.

I will admit that I have been vaping for about 3 years and never moved forward with any of the new gear on the market. I am stuck on dripping and Boge cartomizers. I have kind of found my happy place and stuck my feet in the mud and can't convince myself to budge. If you have been vaping as long as I have and on limited funds you finally give up and stick with what works. When I started there were so many different atomizers on the market and tried them all. So I am useless to you. Sorry. Hopefully someone else will jump in with their experiences with the CE4 that you have.

I have had several juices that smelled great from the bottle but the vaping flavor was horrible. You might want to let is sit a few days and try it again. Higher voltage does change the flavor of the liquid. But with my experience the higher voltage usually would kill the flavor instead of making it better. It is worth a try though, you might actually find it tastes better at a higher voltage.

The same procedure applies whether it is an atty, cartomizer or tanks. You learn to adjust your draw with each one from my personal experience. The CE4 clearomizer was a hit and miss when they came out. So I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I think one of the complaints is it didn't wick well which might be the reason it seems so harsh for you.

Welcome to the forum. There are no "stupid questions" when it comes to vaping. It is always an interesting journey.

When I stepped up to the Ego from the small stick batteries I was expecting the batteries to be really large. I was surprised when I opened the package. lol They were really small compared to what I was expecting. I didn't really mind or notice the larger size. It was still comfortable to hold in my hand and conceal if needed. Now some of the eGo batteries are a bit longer, like the pass thru battery. But still pretty small when you compare the size with larger battery mods and the box mods. I started and continue to use the 510 cartomizers for convenience and flavor. It is much easier to deal with while driving, at work and out in public. I am not having to drip every few minutes, which can look a bit strange to people that are unfamiliar with ecigs. I did try the original eGo tanks and I am on the fence about them. It seemed to use more liquid than the cartomizer. I have not tried the eGo C tanks. But I hear they are a much better upgrade to the original design. As for your question in regards to the Bloog or Volt, I don't know that answer.

Welcome to the forum. The Lecig models use the kr808 cartomizers. They are available pre-filled or blanks that you fill on your own. But you probably already knew that. If you are wanting to go the atomizer route I suggest moving into a 510 set up. The kits or batteries that would be equal to the Pigcig would be the Joye eGo. You can also use 510 Boge cartomizers. When I started vaping the only kits available on the market were the 510, 901 and 801 kits with atomizers. It is best to direct drip when using an atomizer. A direct drip is 2-3 drops of liquid directly on the atomizer, this will need to be repeated about every 7-10 draws. This will give you better flavor and vapor. I don't suggest using the cartridges with an atomizer. You will end up with dry hits and less flavor. Also, pick up a drip tip! They are even nice to use with a cartomizer. I use mostly cartomizers now, it doesn't take much to fill it up and then continue to top them off. Hope this helps you out a bit. Good luck.

The light on the button only flashes when the battery needs re-charging or to indicate the on and off feature. To use the on/off feature, click the button 5x consecutively and the light will flash indicating that the battery is off. Repeat to turn the battery back on, the lights will flash again. Nice Tank Girl avatar.

If I remember correctly, the study won't be published for a few months. The study is going to be presented at a conference in August.

I will just make it easier and post the video here. There is a note with the original video about the sound and video not syncing properly due to a slow internet connection. I watched most of the live broadcast and found the information quite interesting. Enjoy. The video is over 2 hours long the Doctor starts his interview around the 20 min mark. [media=]

Most state laws for tobacco use are 18 years of age. I think there are a few states where the age limit is a bit higher. The laws will still apply even if it is 0 nic. It is the device and everything that makes it function applies to the laws. Some states have added ecigs to their current tobacco sale laws. It sounds like your friend wants to give it whirl because he thinks that it looks cool. I would discourage your friend right now and wait until he is 18. It really would be damaging to the vaping community as a whole if someone was caught selling ecigs to a minor. We walk a fine line and nothing about the industry has been set in stone. E-cigs can be taken away, at any time, without any warning. I wouldn't want to risk my right to vape because a 17 year old thought it was cool.

Very interesting. Not sure I would want a box type mod, they just don't appeal to me. But what I like is the membrane touch system which was designed for the Joker but was shelved. Does anyone know if this is the first 9 volt battery style mod on the market?
