EC Blends has a flavor called Orange Cream. I was out at the local B&M tonight and that was one of the flavors my friend purchased. It was very yummy. While I was there, I was testing out some of the Fuzion flavors they had in stock. I liked them, but not enough to purchase.

New member and not feeling good after vaping
BirdDog replied to joshc08's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
Sluggish and headaches usually is an indication that you nic level, 12mg, is probably too high for you. You might want to try lowering your nicotine level. You might even want to try 0mg. It just may be the hand to mouth motion that you are missing. As for the disposables, they sit on the shelf for awhile and are exposed to heat and light. That alone can diminish the level of nicotine in them. -
Wow! Everyone in this thread is so organized! I like all the set ups. FANCY! I have a pile on my kitchen counter and computer desk for the stuff I use. All my old/unused gear ends up in a drawer. I use a plastic container, with snap locking top, when I travel. I tried to organize my stuff, but I guess I function better with chaos.

I am glad you survived, the snake was saved and has a nice home. Spraying ammonia is just cruel and I am glad she fought back. Luckily my weird experiences were never life threatening just those unexpected encounters of a big hiss and slither. lol Snakes in a wood pile, sneaking up on you in the water and the friendly baby python that escaped and decided to nap with me in my bed. It all started with Rosie, the class boa. She decided that day to take me and my desk on an adventure. She wrapped around me and the desk. Then proceeded to climb the storage closet. She lifted me and the desk off the floor. Rosie was a strong girl. She was really gentle but after that day, I decided I liked her best in the tank. I am convinced she knew I was keeper of the mice fed to her and was trying to take me to them. lol

The vapers in NY city got bamboozled. Click Bang (Russ) did a segment on this last night during his pod cast. The vaping group (CASAA) that attended the initial meeting were told and reassured that e-cigarettes would not be included in this bill. The segment, about the bill, starts about 1 hour into his podcast. He has some good recordings of the council meeting. Contains bad language, NSFW. https://soundcloud.com/vp-live/vapers-assault-nyc

Welcome to the forum. There are a few B&M's around and it seems new ones are opening up all the time. Aquatroy works for one. There is Vapor Leaf and they are in Lakewood (I think). They have a nice liquid selection, but I am not sure what they carry in regards to hardware. Their hours are also pretty limited. The Steam Spot is located in Louisville. They have a great selection of liquid and hardware. The guys in that shop know their stuff and can get you set up for a good price. I would avoid the company called Colorado E-smokes. The liquid sucks and their hardware is way over priced. Good luck.

Ode to 801's or The Sad Passing
BirdDog replied to joe2003's topic in The Vape Lounge - Off Topic Chat
I have a couple mods with the 801 connection. Sadly I have no 801 atomizers and I never did care for the 302. Stove piping, I can't tell you how many times I did that with the 801. I still have the 801 battery charger, with extender, for the manual battery. The 901...one of my other favorites. That little air hole on the side that leaked constantly, brings back memories of always having a paper towel in reach. I had high hopes for the 901 catomizers. They never measured up to the 901 atty and the 510 cartomizer. Those sit in a drawer and are my emergency, emergency back up. Do you guys remember gutting out a 510 mouth piece to make a drip tip? Or having to blow across the top of a drip tip to push the liquid down? How about blue foam and those darn pyramid tea bags. So glad that was short lived. Those were the days... Remember to thank your vaping veterans. It was their great minds and imagination that made vaping what it is today. -
I am counting on your review before I head out to see it.

Have you read the book? It is a great story. Not sure if I trust Hollywood enough to pull this one off.

Local Vape Shop Says No More E-Cig Supplies coming in Mail
BirdDog replied to Patricia's topic in General Vaping Discussion
She is wrong! You can buy cigarettes, pipe tobacco and cigars online. Those companies that sell online have to follow state import and international customs laws along with age verification. Also you still have to pay your state tax if you order from a company in your state. If you order from another state you might receive a tax bill from your home state (Jenkins Act). As I am typing this...I see how we are all going to get hit on tobacco tax. -
Are you going to tell us what you found or leave it as a mystery?

Looking for a good RY4 - more tobacco, less carmel/vanilla
BirdDog replied to VaperG's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
I cannot believe I forgot about DULCIS from Vapor Talk! This might be what you are looking for. Really nice flavor! More tobacco flavor with hints of the caramel on the end. Definitely less sweet than the others I have tried. One of my old favorites! I actually stumbled on a hidden bottle in the cupboard. I need to stop hiding things. There is a big debate on where the RY's came from. From what I have dug up, over time, RY stands for Ruyan. One of the original ecig manufactures in China. The recipe was developed by Ruyan and possibly manufactured by Dekang. Or so the theory goes. Then there is Janty that claims they developed it. So much rip off in this industry. Anyways, RY4 is just a name from the RY tobacco line. -

I really like the RY4 from EC Blends. But it really has a lot of the caramel flavor added to it, so it might not be what you are wanting. But that is my opinion and everyone tastes something different. You may want to look for another RY version. When I started vaping, many years ago, there was a whole line of RY's. I have yet to find any of the other versions that were not Dekang (chinese mix). It appears only the RY4 made it into the local mixers. You can find the Dekang versions at Litecigusa. I have tried them all and they are actually good. No, chinese liquid won't hurt you. I have vaped it for years. RY1 - smooth tobacco flavor, not as sweet. RY2 - Caramel and tobacco blended RY3 - Less of the caramel and more tobacco RY4 - Caramel and vanilla tobacco LiquidXpress has a version called Taboo. It is nice and not as sweet as the EC Blend. They also have a really nice peach and tobacco flavor, I think it is in their Indulgence line. -
I am in love with the RY4 from EC Blends. I have tried a lot of RY4 variations and this one is the best. I had to hide my bottle because I was going through it so fast.

Sorry guys. But it was established for reason quite a long time ago. It has been abused in the past. However, we heard you and are looking into the matter.

Doc Holiday from HellaVapor.

You should keep in mind that you are still smoking cigarettes. They kill you sense of smell and taste. If you can just let go of the cigs and work through your flavor issues, it will all work out. Food will even start tasting and smelling better.

For the longest time I was like you. Coffee, tobacco and dessert type flavors only. Occasionally, I would find a fruit flavor that was good the first time around, then blah. Recently my palate has changed and I am finding fruit flavors to be enjoyable for a good portion of my day. At the end of the day I still find myself wanting to vape my old flavors.

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New
BirdDog replied to blucavvy's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I was in to the whole mod thing. It just got to be too much and a bit cumbersome to pack up and tote around. Marking batteries so they don't get mixed up, chargers plugged in everywhere, trouble shooting the list could go on. I just want to screw on the tank/carto and go. I admit that after 4 years of vaping, it was a relief to go back to the simple gear. -
It's a good thing the media didn't hear about this
BirdDog replied to spydre's topic in General Vape News
The media will hear this, along with the FDA and anyone else monitoring that section of Reddit. Everyone monitors Reddit, you would be surprised how many news media outlets get their latest leads from Reddit. That is why they use the tag line, "The Front Page of the Internet". lol The ER also contacted Poison Control. The whole ordeal has been reported and documented. -
Kangertech Evod stopped working on my battery!?
BirdDog replied to olivestab's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
That is a great idea! Of course they are always around when I don't need one and never around when I do!
