Thanks guys. I told her all of you guys advice and she is finding vaping much easier. She has now gone just over 1 month without smoking, so we are both really happy with her progress2 points -

LIL - Smok says blink 4 times means that you have a short at battery and atomizer. you need to replace the atomizer (coil) (which probably means the whole mouthpiece/tank) most likely, Or try taking it apart and cleaning it and looking for any obvious reasons for an electrical short1 point
