My... how squonking has evolved. Once upon a time we used squonkers for direct drip atomizers. Look how far they've come...3 points

Congratulations on your engagement! You can find a nice balance between adulting and still having fun. Enjoy your new apartment for the time you have it all to yourself. Even though I love my SO to pieces, there are times when I miss having my own place.3 points

My phone costs me $17 and change every month for 300 minutes, I rarely use over 100 minutes a month, and they carry over a certain amount. Just have it for emergencies and stuff like that, I even ignore texts.2 points

I got a 160w Kanger Dripbox shortly after they came out, the RDA that comes with it leaves much to be desired, but the mod itself is a great dual 18650 mod. It came with a extra bottle too.2 points -

Sounds like you and I will be taking the leap at about the same time. I've got a wraith coming. Can't tell you anything about it except @gadget recommended it and I trust his judgement. I never thought I would "squonk". (what a word. Feel weird even saying it).2 points

Adulting....

Congrats! Yes, living alone is very expensive, but also can be very enjoyable. Don't be lured by the cost of fast-food... eating out for one can be cheaper than cooking for one, but cooking is healthier (and fun), and leftovers are a good thing Congrats on getting engaged, too! Once June rolls around you'll find you'll be moving into the best time of your life Just don't stress over wedding plans or over-extend your budget... you can be married for free or $100K wedding... but the end result is the same... you're still married... so put that into perspective and save some $ for the two of you AFTER the wedding, rather than a big show for family and guests.2 points -

That's right! I got my first all by myself apartment at the age of 34! Everyone said I could never pull this one off! I have my own adress in my name only for the very first time. But oh my! Adulting is crazy expensive!! My hubby and I will be married in June. We are waiting until we get married to live together. First beginnings are rough, but it is fun!1 point -

Hello fellow vapors!! Im wanting to try squonking. Any recommendations on a regulated mod. I'm looking at the cov wraith any one have this mod? Is it a good starter? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sent using The Vapor Talk mobile app1 point -
I think I nailed it this time. I halved the vanilla bean ice cream. The orange pineapple blend is standing out with the vanilla in the background. Much more like the sherbet feel I was hoping for.1 point

What have you mixed today?

Right out of the oven it is tasting pretty good. I get a strong sense after a bit of steep time it will really pop. I've also got just a bit of vapers tongue going on and I think that is muting the flavor a tad. I'll report back in a couple days as well but I'm liking it so far!1 point -

I'm going back in that direction next time around if they're still available. I get plenty of face time every day with computers and I just don't use the cell much at all. I also keep an ipad for controlling my monitors during performances and there is a lot of redundancy there as well.1 point

That is why I'm sticking to my $25 flip phone, also I don't get service where I live so I could only use it away from home.1 point

Lol, Tempting isn't it? On one hand, compared to many mods out there it is expensive. On the other hand, it is about the same price as one night in a motel. The latest Iphone is a GRAND! A friggin Grand for a phone? Are these devices really expensive? Food for thought.1 point

The only problem I see with the wraith is it only handles N200 or titanium in TC, I prefer SS for TC. The Kanger dripbox 160 is about the same size and shape as the RX200.1 point -
Ever since I had the Dripbox I have used SS316 coils in TC mode, its worked great for me. Even used it a couple of times driving to town. Dripping and driving isn't recommended, but Squonking and driving is OK.1 point

Never tried a Kanger. I am hoping that I take to squonking and that I can do it in TC. That would be amazing! No dry hits. Just diminished fog to trigger the time to squeeze in more juice. Time will tell.1 point

It is a silly word but I must say, I got mine used about a week ago and I haven't been able to put it down. The build deck appears to be set up for dual coils but I like single for flavor so that's how I built it. The air flow is set up so it will work the same with either single or dual. I'm running a 5/4 wrap SS Juggernaut coil at 0.3 ohms. TC mode 40watts at 370° and the flavor is off the chart! When the flavor starts getting weak, I squeeze the bottle and hold it for approximately 10 seconds to saturate the coil (before and after photos below). When you release the bottle all the excess juice gets sucked right back down into the bottle. This thing is virtually leak proof.1 point

My doctors were all so ecstatic I put down the stinkies I got changed to non- smoker. Period end of story.I hope yours do the same!1 point -
So cute! Does he ever scratch at your door to get your attention? There was a tree outside of our old apartment. If I ever forgot to put the nuts (walnuts and almonds) out, Mr. Squirrel would climb the tree so she could see inside my kitchen window and bark at me until I put nuts out for her. My SO named her Mr. Squirrel. It wasn't until much later that we found out that he was a she. Gotta love the little critters. Now, I have a Great Horned Owl hanging out on our roof who is rather vocal. All. Night. Long. Mix that with the pack of coyotes that live in the culvert in the next lot over and we have quite a chorus at night.1 point

Cleito problems?
leadpipe58 reacted to Bebop for a topic
This is common with new vapers in my opinion because they hate to conserve energy. Haha The simplicity of it is that you are craving the big hit and you're simply burning out your coils prematurely but running them too high a wattage. Especially if it's true that you are using 80pg 20vg. You don't say watt your coil resistance is so it's hard to comment exactly on your power/wattage issue. You are transitioning from smoking to vaping and they are VERY different inspite if the fact that they look so similar. My advice is to lower your wattage to the most acceptable vapor production for YOU and learn and understand that you are getting your nicotine in a WAY different way thsn smoking. It just takes a little while to get used to it. It's going to cost you a little more to figure out. Ease up on the pedal a little and enjoy the experience and you'll make it.1 point
