I jumped from my original level of 3mg to 1.5mg rather quickly but when I ran outta nic and mixed a couple batches @ 0 I craved cigs badly so im going to stick to 1.5mg for a while. I have been at 2mg for a long time also, in the past 6 months I have mixed a couple of my flavors at 0 nic, I'm certain I could go to 0 nic completely maybe I will in the near future, but not quite yet. Even if I go to 0mg I don't think I'll quit vaping, I enjoy it too much as a hobby.1 point

I started vaping at 24 mg too. I'm down to 6 after three and a half years. I am planning on dropping to 3 and then maybe move to 0 by the end of the year.1 point -

I have only been 4 days no smoking. But, you have to start somewhere. I'm 58. BUT, I have my 78 year old mom now just starting to get used to vaping on my ipic mini. She likes the juice I made, so here's hoping. Shes been smoking since she was 15!1 point
