I went from 18 nic to 3 nic my 1st year and it's been great. After 4 years the wife has decided to quit so I'm helping her with that. I don't expect her to go cold turkey but she's stoked we've been off for 4 years and her time to quit The good news - no pressure on me and I'm not quitting any time soon. I'm toying with the idea of 0 nic though.

Always good to hear about another successful mix! Been thinkin about taking my nic down to 3mg from 6 myself. The throat hit I used to enjoy is now becoming annoying and I'm slowing down a lot on my vaping. Would be nice if it worked out.

  3. Got my order from the VT store! Everything was all wrapped in beautiful purple tissue paper... my puppy was dancing around the box he was so excited! He loves any kind of paper and tissue paper has the advantage of making a lovely crinkle sound, lol! The best thing was the note on my inventory sheet that said, "We love you Tam!" Made my day.

Mine's a little over 20 years old so it's not as accurate as I'd like. Need to look into replacing it but it still works for other things...

I went from 24 to 18 in the first month, and was hovering at 12 by the first vaping anniversary. Right now I'm bouncing between 3 and 9, depending on the tank/coil I'm using, and even the 9mg is strong enough that I take a few hits and don't touch it for hours at a time. My fiance isn't willing to come down from the 12mg I have her at right now... but she's only been vaping almost 2 years. She "thinks" she's vaping 15mg, but that's only because I've not changed the labels on her bottles... Bwahahahahaha Personally, if she's happy with her 12mg, she can stay there as long as she wants I don't think either of us will quit vaping anytime soon... we both enjoy the flavors and we both enjoy the little bit of nicotine...

Instead of using your mod to read the coil resistance, get yourself a dedicated ohm meter. Even though mods have gotten better, I still don't trust them to give me the most accurate reading -- as you can tell with the fluctuations you're seeing. Better safe than being the next story about something blowing up in the news.

  9. U Kno what... It's probably filling juice on all 3 and it's probably the case that one juice well has lower pressure from the cotton so that's where the air escapes. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  10. Yea it's hitting like a dream. Probably the best build I've ever hit. Just so weird that I only see it filling one hole.... Maybe it's just a wicking thing... Maybe the other wicks just hold way more juice. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

  12. A trick I use to get resistance right is after my coils are installed I put the atty on a dedicated ohmmeter.. I then touch the posts and legs with a small screwdriver looking for any fluctuations in ohms indicating a possible lose post screw or damage to the legs...usually a simple tightening down the right post screw fixes the problem.. 13. The Baby Beast, if you decide to go that route, is currently available from Vapor Talk's own store for $21.95. Replacement coils are currently available for $15.95 to $19.95, which is right in the range mentioned above.

  14. Just bought... a bunch o'stuff from the VT store including a Smok Baby Beast and a 5-pack of coils, some more Triton coils, an Aerotank and coils along with a few others that will remain nameless until I get them shipped out to friends as gifts. Don't want to spoil the fun.

  15. Waiting... are you done yet? I was in an "OMG, I've got to buy it NOW or I'm going to put it back" mood last night so I picked up a 5-pack of the Q2 coils. We'll see how that goes. After listening to you praise this little tank, I finally decided to pull the trigger. See? Yes, I was listening to you... sort of.
