^^This^^ With any tank, overfilling will cause spit-back, leaking, or flooding... a leaking coil (improper wicking) will cause juice to build up in the tube and/or run out the air-holes... A poorly sealing tank (chipped glass, bad o-ring) will cause the tank to lose negative pressure (vacuum seal), which will allow juice to leak into the center tube or air-holes... A coil not fully seated properly into the base or attached to the center tube will work the same to lose negative pressure, or create an all-out leak... Using too low of a Wattage/Voltage for your coil will cause juice to not fully vaporize, resulting in spit-back, popping, or liquid remaining in the tube... This last one is the usual suspect

Love the hemp. So much more robust then cotton. Can generally go 3-4 weeks before having to change it. Takes about a day to clean it between the oxyclean soak, and boil/rinse cycles. Takes about two tanks before it's broken in tho. http://www.hemptraders.com/product-p/f-dg1.htm However that's sold by the Kilogram. More then you'll ever use. Maybe get together with some other folks here and go in together.

Those are some nice builds. It relaxes me as well, but I usually only get about 30 minutes tops to tinker with coils. On my days off while my girls are at school is when I can take a half hour away from cleaning and laundry to watch vids and experiment. Ah the life of a single full-time daddy.
