  2. My 2 cents with my "business" hat on, but also with some consumer based experience... Having vaped Eden's Empire already and getting ready to vape Crown Jewels (with plans of trying the rest of the line in the not too distant future), I would put Black Label up there with the likes of the "top shelf" brands such as ANML, Cosmic Fog, Charlie Noble and others. I consider it a premium e-liquid and as a consumer I would expect it to be priced as such. I think a regular price of $19.99 is a fair price for it. B&M's have overhead beyond just rent and would likely charge more to offset those costs. For premium e-liquids I like to follow my beer/booze philosophy: I drink Miller Lite or Jack Daniels for quantity, but I drink Guinness or Woodford Reserve for quality. With e-liquids, I do vape my own or I vape a local house blend for quantity, but every once in a while I need that quality. That isn't to say my "quantity" choices aren't any good. If they weren't I wouldn't vape them. But I can definitely tell the difference between a local house blend vs. a premium e-liquid.

  3. Two TFV8 Baby Beasts and some VT Black Label Crown Jewels. All from the VT Store. Thanks @Christopherfor getting the Baby Beasts in the store and for the Crown Jewels. Reviews of the liquid and the tanks (each tank running one of the included coils) will be forthcoming in the not too distant future.

True that. But you want a lady on the streets and rough in the sheets. She's doing it wrong lol

Some of us prefer not having pics. It creates plausible deniability, just in case. Kind of like "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas".

  6. Don't go too hard on the Bavarian Cream... it can make it taste bitter if you over-do it I'd add in another 1-3ml in 1ml shots to see how it does... Also, Bavarian Cream will get stronger after mixing...or you'll taste it more after a day or two... so what tastes good right after mixing may be too strong after it steeps a bit?

  7. In all seriousness though, time to trade that lady in asap. Violence in a relationship in either direction is a no go.

Well, on this forum, people around here know me well enough to take me at my word.

  9. Lookin might good! Hope you like the Crown Jewels. It's one of the strong flavors and imitates basically Sweet Tarts (making a sourish taste is not an easy thing to do!)

  10. I reuse my 30ml glass bottles for DYI juice and essential oils I make. Once they're scrubbed really well and sterilized there's no way for the nicotine to transfer to other things. I found it a great way to help the wallet. I clean the 30ml plastic bottles to share juices I've made with the couple people I know who vape too and just tell them to toss them when they're done For smaller (5 &10ml) plastic bottles I just buy new at the local B&M because they're only a few pennies or he just tosses them in if I only need a couple.

  11. Yes I am only running nickel in tc mode.sorry for the confusion. Yeah the stainless in wattage.I prefer them to the nickel in tc mode on the rx200.

  12. I've ran the 0.15 Ohm Ni200 coils on my Subtank mini and Toptank mini without issue of heating up. I did find my juice preferred around 390-deg, so it's not far from your juice, but even juices that like 450-deg, there was no heating-up of the mod or tank. I've not tried the SS coils (with pink o-rings), but run 1.2 Ohm Nichrome without ANY issues, even running higher Wattages from my single-18650 mods. I'm not sure why it's getting hot... and I'm assuming your mod is getting hot, which is a cause for concern... the RX200 shouldn't get hot unless you're running max wattage or really high amps (low ohm coil), and even then, warm would be how I'd describe it. Could your batteries be at the end of their life, or perhaps not genuine name-brand batteries?? Bad batteries would explain more, than an issue with the tank or coil, but then again... strange things happen

  13. I agree on on plastic affecting the taste. It's one thing to transfer liquid from a glass bottle to a 10ml or 15ml needle bottle for "on the go" moments. It's something else entirely to bottle it, ship it and store it in plastic bottles for a longer period of time. To use another beer philosophy, "Never drink anything out of an aluminum can that also comes in a bottle. Never drink anything out of a glass bottle that also comes in a keg." I use the same philosophy with eliquids - never vape anything from a plastic bottle if it is available in a glass bottle. In my opinion, the difference in price isn't worth the potential sacrifice in quality. In larger volumes I have seen glass bottles for about $0.30 each and plastic for $0.22 each. That includes child resistant dropper caps for the glass bottles and child resistant/tamper proof caps for the plastic bottles. If I have to pay $0.10 more for a 30ml bottle of eliquid because it comes in a glass bottle, so be it. But I also clean and re-use/recycle my glass bottles for other purposes (such as mixing paints for airbrushing), so ultimately that extra fee is worth it to me.

  14. Thanks It's currently up at $15 /30ml and we're watching to see how it affects the sales. We've also talked to our bottle supplier to see what other options we have (that glass can really affect the cost though I hate the plastic as I think it affects the taste personally..)

  15. That Dark Double Chocolate is quite dry and bland... I have used it a couple times and the only way to "creamy" it up was to add equal parts chocolate and Bavarian Cream, and even then it was still "dry" tasting. Have you tried Vanilla Custard in the mix as well? It will often sweeten and add a different dimension to chocolate, especially dark chocolate. This is one reason I like to use Milk Chocolate for my recipies with chocolate... if I want the Dark Chocolate flavor, I'll add it as an addition (about half or less than the volume of Milk Chocolate I use), and then I'll also add in Vanilla Custard and/or Bavarian Cream as needed to soften the flavor.

  16. Like @Adversarious1 I don't mind paying more for premium/quality... I'll pay $60+ for a good bottle of Scotch for relaxing and sipping, but a $20 bottle of Jameson is perfectly fine for "poker night". The same holds true for my juices... I'll drop a few bucks for something top-shelf, for my personal pleasure/enjoyment. That being said, I wouldn't lower the price of Black Label to match prices of low-quality house-brands, just to be competitive... people do expect to pay more for quality, and gladly will pay more if the quality is true quality (not perceived quality). Now, would I buy more of it, if it were $15/30ml, compared to $30/30ml? Umm, YEAH! But I also wouldn't be pushed away or "looking for alternatives" if it were $20/30ml either...

While it's not cloud competition style of vapor, I still have to wave my hand and wait a bit for the vapor to move so I can see the monitor when I forget to aim it elsewhere on the exhale.

  21. Got six new drip tips with the swirly thingy on the inside so the tank doesn't spit juice into your mouth. If I'm remembering right it was @Rixter who recommended these and I'm liking them so far. They're much smaller around in diameter than what the pictures made them look, which I really like the smaller tip. Might need to get some more clear ones.

  22. Unbelievable. It's really amazing to me just how cheap some eliquid is. The 15 range for 30ml sounds about right. But 40 for 340ml makes me wonder why/how it's so cheap. (Not knocking it by the way!!) I have a phone call with Roger this evening to discuss lowering the price of the black label. I think a good chunk of it comes from the fact we're almost TPD compliant and the facility is ISO certified. (Trying to make up those costs) but there is wiggle room to bring it down. (I hate charge more if we can charge less!) At any rate the feedback has been invaluable and I realize we're probably at the top end of pricing. There are many thing we can do to bring the price down (plastic rather than glass, different drippers things of that nature)

You may have talked me into it Tam. I have to get a couple of things worked out but... Warning...turn down the volume if you don't like loud, aggressive guitar intros a la Five Finger Death Punch. If you do, then crank it up!

  24. ....Just chiming in here. We have the SSOCC as mentioned above but if you'd like them in a different variation/ohm we can always get them in within 24 hours (So I'd add them today for example and they'd ship by the next afternoon) And by the way, if there is every a price issue simply @christopher (at sign plus my name) and mention it and I'll whip up a code and/or adjust the price Just an FYI for next time

    Should i start?

The clearing of lungs is from no longer smoking combustible cigarettes with thousands of carcinogens and tar mucking things up. You're right. We're going to tell you not to start if you never smoked cigarettes. The reason for that is... although we know vaping is a much safer alternative to smoking, we still don't know what harm vaping will do long term. For people who don't smoke, haven't ever smoked, I will never recommend taking up vaping just for fun. Don't you have better things to spend your money on?
