Make sure coil id seated in base firmly. Change mode to temp Ni and reattach tank to mod. Also make sure coil is cool when you reconnect it to mod. Once it reads the coil correctly, use " lock resistance" feature. That should do it.

  2. My supply from EC Blends came in yesterday and this is promising. I got four flavors - Feels Like a Nut, Catalyan Cream, Wake up and Vape, and Pineapple Orange. They all taste really good right out of the mail but I think will improve with a little time too. Tam, the FLaN is right in my zone. I love it. Thanks for the tip. I ordered t just as you described, 40/60 pg/vg with extra sweetner and I dig it.

  3. Haha......you got that right. I'm going to have to order another bottle in order to have one to steep.

  4. Glad you liked it, it's been my favorite for years now. Give it a week or two and the flavor should knock your socks off... if it lasts that long.

    Super noob. Please help.

Earthling gave you some great recommendations: "I would suggest simple to get you started... A Kanger ProTank 2, Kanger Aerotank V2, Nautilus, Nautilus Mini, or AnyVape Davide. Coils are cheap for these, and they WORK! As for a battery device... simple is best, so I would suggest an iStick 50W, not for the power, but for the longevity of the battery." So, I'll narrow it down for you. My recommendation would be an Eleaf iStick 50W for a battery. It's simple enough for a "super noob" but has enough power to keep you from having to upgrade too soon. It should last you some time. There is a 4400 mAh battery that is enclosed inside and not removable, you just plug it in to recharge. I would buy at least two to get started. One can be charging while you vape on the other. Because the battery is so large, it's going to take five hours or more to go from dead to completely recharged. The kit comes with the charging cord, AC adapter, and 510 to eGo adapter. As for the tanks Earthling rec'd for you, I'd go with the Kanger Aerotank V2. This tank is pretty easy to use, has some adjustments for airflow and you can use either a dual coil (more expensive) or a single coil (much cheaper and in my opinion, performs just as well as a dual coil at a fraction of the price). Get at least two if not more of these. Now, I'm going to give you the "lecture" about having back ups. You want to make sure to have back ups and back ups of your back ups. Seriously. The last thing you want to have happen is for something to go wrong and you have nothing else to turn to other than another pack of smokes or, in your case, another can of chew. Many noobs (not even super noobs ) don't take us seriously about the back ups... until something goes wrong and they're having to do without until a replacement comes in the mail. I've gone through four batteries, two tanks and several coils one time when I was out and about. One thing went wrong after another. Thankfully I had enough back ups with me to get me through until I got home. You can never have too many...

It might be a bad coil, the coils that come with tanks are sometimes bad.

    OH BOY OH BOY

As you get more flavors you will experiment more. Last week I ran out of one of the flavors I vape, I had a orange cream that I added a little extra orange to because I liked dreamsicle bars. To substitute I mixed regular orange with vanilla custard and it tasted better than the orange cream I used before. I usually vape 5 - 6 different flavors every day, it doesn't get boring that way.

  8. If the tank that came with it reads correctly, the problem may be the subtank base. I have a subtank plus and use nickel coils on it on my evic vtc mini and get exact ohm readings. So there may be something wrong with the subtank coil base.

  9. I personally am done with Sigelei. First they quit using YiHi boards in their mods opting for IMO a far inferior product. Now they have come out with an 18650 battery that is grossly over rated. Sigelei 35A 2500mAh 18650 Bench Test Results...shame on you Sigelei! I expect more out of Sigelei.
