  1. Just snagged me a sweet mech yesterday for next to nothing from a b&m...copper overdose mod, which i am pretty sure is a clone but dont care. already has a magnetic switch as well and it hits like a freight train. The mutation v4 i got 2 weeks ago, and last night i won a raffle on f.b. for a 100w istick and a tfv4 full kit.

  3. I am going to have to try that. I have heard of it before, but was scared it would stink up my car. I am not secret about my love for the dollar store....it is a great place!

  4. I got a Matrix sub ohm tank the other day.Adjustable airflow drip tip and it holds 5ml's...So far this thing has been outstanding with flavor and with the airflow drip tip I can run the 0.2 coils at 80w no problem.Very cool vape.I am a really big fan of the Arctic but right now the Matrix has it beat.

If you truly know your way around a coil, then you'd know if you would have any problems or not with the one you built. Bebop and Earthling gave you some valuable advice: get a meter and more education on building coils, Ohm's law, GET A METER, how to do this safely...

Not enough info to go on Are you using Kanthal, Nichrome, Titanium, flat, twisted, ... what? If using Kanthal... 8 wraps (full wraps) around a 2mm mandrel will be ~1.2 Ohms (which should never be fired at 40W. Even worse would be if the coil were wrapped on a 3mm mandrel (~1.7 Ohms). Wrapped on a 1mm mandrel would be 0.7-0.8 Ohms... still nothing I'd push 40W into!! Power is not everything.... and you must learn proper coil wrapping as well as Ohm's Law if you're going to build. But before you do anything... BUY A METER!

What is the ohm rating of your coil? what is the rating of your battery? honestly, your post worries me. It's not that difficult to educate yourself on this subject. Your question reveals that you have more to learn and understand before you randomly start building coils and hope that some guy on the Internet a thousand miles away is going to give you assurance that you're ok. YOU should know you're ok because you understand how to safely build a coil. You shouldn't be building coils if you don't know what you're doing just because it's easy to do. You are risking fire or injury to yourself or others. Be smart. Know before you go. It's not worth the risk. You can go to somebody who knows and have them check it out you can inexpensively get the meter you need to determine yourself Read up a little on coil building. There is good info out there.

  9. I don't personally vape tobacco flavors, so I can't make recommendations on any tobacco flavors. I can, however, make recommendations on how you can go about finding the flavor that is right for you. Everything in the vaping world is subjective - especially when it comes to e-liquid. I find it much easier to find a person who likes the same setup (mod, tank and coil) as me than I do a person who likes the same flavors as me. Everybody's taste buds are different and everybody is going to like different flavors. To borrow an analogy from another member here on VT, what may taste out of this world to me could very well taste like wet socks to you. One to my recommendation: make a visit to a B&M (or multiple B&M's). I have visited a lot of B&M's specifically for the purpose of trying new flavors. A good B&M (and no, they aren't all good) will have employees who are intimately familiar with each line of liquid they carry. They may not know how it tastes, but they should know how well it sells and that should be an indication of whether or not a particular flavor is worth trying. They should also know specifically which tobacco flavors they sell so they can help you with trying tobacco flavors specifically rather than you spending you time looking at their "menu". Visiting a B&M to try different liquids doesn't obligate you to purchase from them. That is entirely up to you. Unless the liquids they are selling are "house blends" (made specifically by them), chances are you will find it cheaper somewhere online. Last recommendation - Keep an open mind when trying e-liquids. You may surprise yourself and find something non-tobacco flavored you like.
