  1. Watts (or Volts) you use are dependent on the device and juice, along with the resistance of the coil (and type of coil) you're using. The best way to find what works for you and your juice/device combo is to start low... say 7-8W? Vape, and determine if that is "good"... enough vapor, flavor, etc. If not, bump up the Wattage by 0.5W if the vapor/flavor is weak, or 0.1W if you can tell it is getting close... repeat as necessary until you get a slight burnt flavor (burnt can be perceived as hot/harsh flavor). Once you get that burnt flavor, back the Wattage down 0.1-0.5W, and that is the best (sweet-spot) Wattage for that device/juice combo. Each time you use a different tank, coil, or juice, you have to repeat this process, as these combos will have a different sweet-spot (higher or lower Wattages). One thing also to note... a brand new coil will require a little lower Wattage until it "breaks-in", so if you're using 10W on the current coil, and change it out for a new one of the same resistance, back the Wattage down a Watt or two for the first couple dozen hits... then you can slowly turn it back up until you reach 10W again... or you may like this coil at 10.5W?

  2. Just another case of another worthy cause being "their own worst enemy".

  3. There are even some places with a Starbucks literally across the street from another Starbucks. Or multiple Starbucks locations in the same shopping center. Case in point - my local Target has a full service Starbucks located inside. Anything and everything you get at a B&M Starbucks can be purchased at the one inside Target. Less than 150 yards from the Target with the full service Starbucks is a B&M Starbucks. They were built at the same time. Go figure. The image below is apparently from Vancouver, BC.

  4. I'm with you Bebop... the wife wanted to open a coffee shop locally about 20 years ago, and I laughed at the idea! I mean, who would pay $4 for a cup of coffee they can get from the gas-station for 50-cents or the local restaurants for pennies (free if you are buying breakfast from a couple of them)?? Pay for water? Really?!? Now, I'm kicking myself in the a$$ for not jumping all over it! Coffee, wifi, comfortable tables/chairs/sofas, real-soda-fountain mixes, light sandwiches and pastries... I could have retired years ago

  5. Calling 24 oz venti, and coffee servers barista justifies $9 ( with Bebop's 4 extra shots).

    ego one leaking

It sounds as if your coil is not sealing at the base. Since you have already tried numerous coils, I would guess the base isnt machined properly thus making a good seal impossible. You may need to purchase a new tank

  7. Yes. It is a Tobeco clone. I use an RDA so infrequently, I didn't want to spend too much. I don't remember it cutting the wire, but it may have. I didn't do anything to the screws. It seems like most clones, and even some originals, have super sharp screws in them. I normally file them down, but I have not on this one. It is a shame it takes so long, and you have to go through that process just to get it. It will be worth the wait though. You will enjoy it!

  8. I just bought 2 of the LGs. Should have them in a day or two. My efests seem fine. I really inspected them. They never get hot. But i never push them either. Better safe than sorry. For $20? Its a no brainer.

  9. Bebop is spot-on! Caffeine is absorbed through the stomach lining and intestines at the highest rate... 99% within 20-40-minutes. Through the mouth/lungs (caffeine gums/candy/inhalers), 40-70% (but you may feel it sooner, and it falls-off quicker), so even if it were to deliver 2mg of caffeine with every "hit" of ecig... it would take you 300 hits (or about a day's worth of vaping) to get a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine. So, therefore, it is caffeinated e-liquids are HYPE, and not worth the trouble. As Tam said.... vaporizing caffeine has not been studied at all, and at least we do have some evidence of vaporizing PG/VG/Nicotine, and it is relatively safe (but no long-term studies have obviously been done). Soooo... caffeinated e-liquids... novelty/fad... and unknown as to what it does to your body. Stick to drinking your caffeine via coffee/tea! It's the only proven delivery method

  10. In Calif nobody knows how to change a light bulb or make coffee. For some its a daily routine. Venti is Italian for "20".

    Where Do People Go?

See. That is just sad. But I would say the same about street racing, neglectful parenting, irresponsible gun ownership. The extreme elements to any endeavor have always threatened responsible behavior.

  14. Bebop I agree sub ohm and cloud chasing are completely different and do not mean to lump them together. Its not the act of sub ohming or even cloud chasing that is dangerous to our perception it is the place and time people choose to do it. Take that complete idiot Cesar. He felt he had the "right" to vape wherever he wanted with no regard to what others thought. It is inevitable he will end up with a cloud chasing rig at some point and have no regard for others around him. That is what I am talking about not the guy on his back deck blowing clouds lol. There are lots of things I can condone doing in my home, car, boat etc... that I would not deem acceptable in a social environment.

  15. Okay I think I get it. When comparing it to the old cig a-likes it makes sense. I know those didn't produce squat. One of the reasons why we all started stacking batteries in the first tube mods. So an EVOD glass tank with a dual coil is considered a beginner device now? If this involves math, I am out. Thank you for your replies! I promise not to try sub-ohm.

  16. Good job! It really feels good to help someone who really needs and wants help! Years ago I was in Narcotics Anonymous (I know I am not being anonymous) my sponsor was a 20+ year heroin addict. He went thorugh many different rehabs, programs, etc. He said in his opinion heroin was much easier (mentally) to quit.
