  1. Vapers are some of the most generous people I've ever met. If someone is truly in need, there's no end to the help vapers give.

  2. Cesar, you leaving is your choice, not ours. That being said, and without taking this whole debacle into consideration (which I don't actually fault you for), I don't think I'm the only person you have rubbed the wrong way in these forums almost from the day you joined. For me it was never about your grammar. I can easily overlook that. For me it was the way you continuously and consistently stated your opinion on various topics in a manner that made it sound like it was your way or the highway, like your opinion is the only correct opinion. You never have seemed to grasp the concept that every vaper is unique. Each of us has our own preferences in APV's or unregulated devices, each of us has our own preferences in tanks or RBA's, each of us has our own preferences in how much airflow we like, each of us has our own preferences in how warm or how cool we like our vaping experience to be, each of us has our own preferences in nicotine strength, each of us has our own preferences in flavors, each of us has our own preferences in PG/VG ratio. Basically, each of us has our own "sweet spot", another concept you have never seemed to grasp, (if you have, it hasn't been apparent). Speaking only for myself, I think many of your posts would have been better received if you simply added these four simple words to them: "my personal preference is...". Good luck on those other forums. If you think this one is full of "idiots" and the others aren't, you're in for a big surprise.

  3. I totally agree with this! Most people that I know that vape are glad to help someone out. I have one hotel I stay in that the day clerk always has 5ml of juice for me to try that her father-in-law DIY's. In another, I helped a night clerk out with a coil in her nautilus (I carried lots of spares back then) and she sent me a 30ml of juice in the mail. (it was kinda creepy, but a nice thought)

  4. I have noticed people who vape help other people who vape. When I deliver parts to my customers is when I see this the most, this one guy gave me a jar full of used KPT coils, I'm slowly rebuilding them and giving them back. Another girl who's husband is in prison and left her to support the kids, (at least she's trying) I always take her 30ml bottles of juice, and tell her she's my new juice guineapig, I think she knows better because they are always her favorite flavor. I have given a lot batteries, and tanks away, and don't regret it. My accountant says I can probably write it off since I'm giving the stuff to my customers employees. I even thought about having the company name phone number and other info printed on evod batteries and giving them away as advertising, like people do with pens and stuff.

  5. I pif'd my beatup ipv mini v1 and full size nautilus to my trucking buddy. Only because he bought a vape pen kit and left it in a loner rig and never got it back. But he is using it now and hopefully it will help get him off the stinkies...now if i can just get my wife to quit i will be doing great.

  6. Kudo's BirdDog! I'll never own another "new" car... only those "new to me" And, I'll limit my expenditures to $2500... if I can't buy a decent car for that, I won't buy it!! I love not having a car payment, love not having higher insurance premiums, and love cheaper registration costs... My 2008 Fusion has 185K on the odometer, and in the worst shape (slipping tranny, bubbling dashboard, door handles, paint fading/chipping/rust) of all the cars in my driveway. The rest of my fleet: 1993 Ford Probe SE - 124K (zero issues, like new) 1994 Ford Probe SE - 149K (minor fender ding and clear-coat failure on hood) 1996 Ford Probe GT - Mazada engine swap, 40K, needs re-painted, but only due to clear-coat failure 2005 Chevy Freelander - 110K, the whole thing is falling apart... cheap interior, motor is the only good thing about it 2002 Hyundai Elantra - 275K, and still going strong... has some rust in the fenders, but everything works on it 1974 VW Beetle - 86K, floor pans rusty, but runs like a new one 1969 Ford F250 - 24K on factory rebuilt 390 modified, rust in bed, but will go anywhere, anytime! Plus, 3 Honda street-bikes, which are ridden regularly... Insurance on all of them is dirt-cheap... I pay more for tags/registration every year than I pay for 3 or 4-months of insurance... My family thinks I'm crazy for having all these in the driveway, but you never have to worry about that to drive when one needs a repair, repairs are cheap (and I do them myself), and when a family member needs to borrow a vehicle... guess where they come first?

  8. Cesar I think you will be the first person I have ever hidden from my forum view in almost 3 years active here. You do not know at all how to interact with other people. Comp is a long time respected member, a great guy and you are a noob that refuses to take advice and gives horrible advice and this is the last straw for me. Has nothing to do with grammar more name calling and overall assholish tone to your posts. See ya later, well I won't. Hope I wasn't too road about it.

  9. My car is 20 years old and has about 110,000 miles on it. Here is a list why I love my old car. 1. It is old, no one will want to steal it. 2. It is a stick shift, good luck stealing it. 3. Small gas tank, cheap to fill. 4. Bright pink color, can't lose it in a parking lot. 5. No car payment. 6. Cheap insurance. 7. No auto, shift on the fly 4 wheel drive. 8. No power steering, great upper body workout. 9. Engine compartment isn't full of all that computer crap, everything is easily accessible. 10. It has an ashtray and cigarette lighter. The downsides to my old car. 1. Soft top, does not stop thieves. 2. No more stereo or speakers. Thank you thieves, may the 20 year old tape deck and speakers line your pocket book. 3. The trim is starting to come off. 4. 4 wheel drive eats gas 5. Parts may be hard to find in the long run. Still cheaper to fix than a car payment.

Vehicles not driven very often 1981 Eldorado 1972 Firebird 1974 Norton 850 Commando All paid for. Never buying another new car.

I miss the days of no payments.... Frame rotted out of my 99F250 last summer, gotta love all the salt in the winter up here. The 08 I replaced it with will be paid off way sooner than the bank would like.

Isn't it awesome not having a car payment? My truck is 11 years old. I can fix everything on it. Cheap insurance, cheap registration, the only thing I really pay for is gas but I don't mind. I know im facing getting another EV or hybrid one day (wife has one) but until then I'm enjoying the freedom.

Now hooked on Ray Donovan. Burning through the first season. Christian Slater will have to wait and it has now interrupted my binge of Stargate Atlantis.

    E-Liquid Burns

Everyone has given you advice about adjusting the settings and lowering the nicotine content. There could be another issue going on. When you first stop smoking you spend time searching for a flavor that works and matches what your body is wanting with throat hit etc. Your throat could be telling you it is time to switch up flavors. I pretty much vaped the same flavor for the first 6 months and then was ready to move on to something else. You might want to try a new flavor, one that isn't so harsh. What flavor are you vaping now? You mentioned a brand but not the flavor. Just throwing this out there.

You can try the lower nic level as Earthling suggested (either buy a new bottle in 3 or 6mg nic, or you can get a 0mg then mix it with the 12mg to cut the nic level). What wattage are you set to while you're vaping? That is going to be another factor. A lower wattage may help with the burning sensation. Along with each person's personal preferences, different equipment behaves differently. You can run the exact same juice at the exact same wattage in three different tanks with 0.5 ohm coils and get a very different vaping experience with each one based on the settings of the mod you are using.

^^ This ^^ If you're using the 0.5 Ohm coil, 12mg nicotine may be high. When I vape below 1 Ohm, I always go to 6mg or lower in my nicotine... the lower the resistance, the lower the nicotine level should be. Low Ohm coils are hotter, and nicotine absorbs faster into the body with higher heat, and it also will irritate the throat/mouth/lungs when hot (at high concentrations)... so this could be what you are experiencing? Try a 6mg or even a 3mg nicotine level, and I think you'll find it better. OR, switch to the 1.2 Ohm coil, and the 12mg may be more tolerable?

    Cleaned coils

I've not had any luck with dry-burning KPT coils either... even in short bursts... they either pop, or they just don't taste right. Since I've bought them in bulk, even my dual-coils were only ~ $0.60 each, so I just toss them into my rebuild-box, and when I'm really bored I rebuild a few of them at a time, but I'd have no issues just tossing them either because they are cheap enough. I was using cheap Vodka to soak coils and tanks, but I found the local liquor store sells EverClear for the same price as their cheapest Vodka, so I've been using that, and it "cleans" better, with less residue... it makes a tank sparkle (after a good wash), and fully removes old juice flavors, too!

  20. I just can't see wasting good juice, it's not the juice's fault that I have wonky taste buds.

  21. So far I'm still playing around with it adding a little of this, a little of that. About half is gone already due to taste testing.
