Today I'm running my first ever obstacle course run. It's the wipe out run at US Cellular Field, and I am really stoked! This is going to be a warm up/prep race to get ready for the Jack axe race that I'm competing in next month. Any last minute advice would be much appreciated!

Some of that definitely sounds like being over nic'ed and a bit dehydrated. I had similar results a couple of weeks ago when I decided it was a good idea to chain vape 8-10 hits in a row and then immediately try to go to sleep. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought that someone slipped something in my drink lol. The constipation and allergy development is probably related to quitting the cigs though. Especially if your morning routine included a smoke and coffee to "clear out the pipes."
Just got a bottle of PBFB from Fadora vapor last evening. Loaded up a tank this morning, and I've been chain vaping ever since. This stuff is great! Goes especially well with a kona blend coffee.
