  1. $31.68 shipped. From the product page at Steam Monkey: This is the EC Supply Ceramic Coil building kit. It comes with multiple, durable ceramic rods for wrapping coils and a pair of ceramic tipped tweezers. The rods have silicon grips to help block heat transfer and come in a variety of diameters (listed below). The fact that they're ceramic (as well as the tips of the tweezers) means you can fire your coils ON the rod or pinch your coils with the tweezers while firing and not have to worry about shorting out or welding your coil to your tools! A really great little kit that comes in a nice zippered case with enough room for some other bits and bobs like wick and wire, maybe a small pair of scissors and a screwdriver/allen key. Package Contents: 1 x ceramic tweezer 6 x ceramic rods (diameter sizes: 1.6mm , 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 2.8mm, 3.6mm, 4.0mm) 1 x leather carrying case Looks like this kit could make getting your coils nice and tight very easy.

    Rice Pin

A friend got his first Nemesis and called me and asked for help. Said his switch was giving him problems. Got over to his house and he handed me the parts to the switch. Minus the 'rice pin'. Had figured that was his problem, so cut one before leaving my house. Showed him how it went together and how mine was just a little different with magnets. And you guessed it, when I took mine apart, insulator slipped and I lost my pin! Broke off a toothpick in mine to keep me going till I could cut some more wire at home. Now I will keep a couple of spare pins in my case. As we always preach, " carry a backup and a backup for the backup...lol "

    VG and Diabetics

The Test I took a fasting sugar of 131 I then decided to vape 70VG 30 PG Super Sweet Caramel Vape for a hour Straight, The only thing I allowed myself to do was drink a little water and coke zero in this time, no food or anything that would raise my sugar. So I ripped clouds, held some vape in, swallowed some vape, and kept ripping clouds for a hour straight. This was not a normal session, this was me trying to over do it and fit in as much vape as I could. After Vape Sugar 136 So a 5 point difference, but here is where it gets strange. Myself as a diabetic if I wake up and do not eat for a hour my sugar would go up a little. If I didnt eat for two hours a 12 point raise in sugar without vaping is very normal. So is the 5 point jump me just needing food and needing to get moving around, or was it because I vaped? In Conclusion I believe that vaping high VG has very little or no effect on people who vape with diabetes. You may draw your own conclusions, I am not a scientist or a doctor, my body may and probably does operate different then others. High VG and super sweet vape does not make that much of a difference in my sugar levels to do any damage. So if your sugar is high after you vape like 20-40 points or more ask yourself what did you eat a hour or a few hours ago for that high blood sugar raise. Hope this helps, starving now I need to go eat some food lol.

  4. So this used to be my favorite and most-contributed-to thread. Seeing as I am now cruising the site again, I figured I'd throw up some shots here. These are glow shots and not AT ALL my best builds. Just some cool pictures of some fairly plain builds that I've done in the last few months. I decided to revisit twisted flattened wire. 24ga this time. A loosely wrapped clapton. I wanted to get a clapton glow shot. I wrapped a much tighter one than this, but I wanted to get a better view of the 24 at the core. This one produced a much more pleasing glow shot. I'm a better builder than this, I promise :P This was purely for detail. I roughed up the wire with some magnetized pliers to get some shavings on the wire. I DID NOT VAPE THIS. Hope y'all enjoy. Some cool shots of some simple builds. I'll try to contribute more.

  5. Well, I finally got a reply from the owner, Watch, and he started by apologizing for taking so long to respond to my initial contact. He apologized for the order coming in the way it did and said he's sending out my new juice on Monday so I should have it mid-week. He's also doubling my original order, adding a needle tip as well as another dripper for the bottles. I would've been satisfied with the sincere apology and the replacement juice, this went way beyond that, though. Then, he asked if I could take a picture of the invoice to see who packed it. The liquid had saturated the invoice and smeared the ink but I took a picture of it so he could see. He said that the replacement order was not contingent on the pics, he just wanted to see who packed it and signed off on it. So, if the juice tastes half as good as it smells, it'll be a win because the customer service is most excellent.

I am glad you like it! Comp has done a great job on that flavor, and he will customize it any way you want. When I started I was using 50/50 at 24mg, I am now using 70vg/30pg at 18. It really does not take much customizing on the flavor. Turn power up, or down, more airflow, or less, and you taste something different. It is a unique blend!

  10. Let us know how it works out! I had one in the cart last night and talked myself out of it. There are so many new temp control mods out there, I just can't make my mind up. The new Sigelei that is rumored to have a SX350J in it looks promising if it is in the $100 range. I still want the SX mini m class, but I don't think I will save enough to get one, too many less expensive mods hitting the market.

  11. I'll second that! My wife and I have a pretty high success rate on conversion. I think we've converted a dozen people in the last couple years (we're running out of smoking friends!) one guy was a tough nut to crack but he's been analog free for months and months and he's happy as a clam now. It's really rewarding getting people off the analogs. And one for one they still rave about being so glad to be done with the nasties. It really is a life changer for people.
