    Draining tanks

Another great idea. It's too bad I didn't have my phone ready to snap a quick pic when I popped my head into the house to tell my wife not to throw away any nedicine cups from the kids' liquid medicines...ever. The "WTF" look on her face was priceless. I told her not to ask questions because not all men are from Mars..I was stealing an idea from an Earthling.

    Draining tanks

Those little 2-tablespoon medicine cups come in real handy for these occasions... I open the fill port and crack the top (or bottom) and let the juice flow into one of those cups. Getting it back into a tank is fairly easy... put the juice into an empty bottle (or needle bottle), or use a syringe to suck it up and put it back into the tank. [Yeah, I've done this once or twice ]

    Watch Collections?

Don't have a lot of watches now. The only watch I really wanted was a Pilot watch, since the day a Naval Aviator came to the house to visit my Dad when I was in High School. Finally got around to getting one close to it about 8 years ago. Not much, but I truly love this thing.

  9. 15 years! Cool! Congrats. I am the same way. I have smallish wrists and never liked how they look on me. I also wore them on the wrong hand and everyone thought I was a lefty. I am also very hard on them. I have thought about gettin a nice one to wear for work (now that I have to dress up for work), but like Jeffb said, all the more high end stuff is outrageous! I want a Breitling so bad!

  11. I think if money was no object, these are the ones I would get, and in this order: SX mini M class: http://www.yihisxmini.com/ XvoStick: http://mini-ecig.com/all/XvoStick Vapor Shark rDNA: http://www.vaporshark.com/advanced/mechs-mods/rdna-40w Of course these are just the mods that are on my, "If I win the lottery, which I don't play" list... Thank God nobody has a Layaway plan for electronic box mods....I would be even more broke than I am now.

    Watch Collections?

Congratulations on your 15 year anniversary! It was a nice gesture, although I agree that a raise would've been a nicer one. No, all of my watches, I use. Every single one of them are Seiko brand, and I replace when one dies. Luckily, I've only had to replace them four times since I was 13 and got my first "adult" watch. I have, however, suddenly found myself with an Alaskan gold nugget jewelry collection when I wasn't looking.

    Draining tanks

The top fill on the lemo 2 has me looking at it. I actually like the lemo for 1 - 1.5 ohms, it's just a pain in the @$$ to fill and drain. Speaking of draining...I opted against it out of, as jasonculp alluded to...laziness. Dropped the wattage and I am almost finished with the tank. Not getting the dry hits, but it isn't quite as warm and flavorful as I normally like it. Oh well, a few more hits and it will be done, then I can re-wick and enjoy it as I normally do.

    Draining tanks

I use this method too on most tanks. The lemo 2 has a top fill and you can drain it from there, it is messy and slow. TBH I am so lazy, I would probably vaped a flavorless tank and then rewicked...lol

    Draining tanks

I think I have a few plastic cups (the small ones that restaurants use) that I can use. Not the same as a beaker, but it might just work.

    Little 2 sweet

I would need more info on your mix. If it is high VG it will be sweet just because of the VG. VG is used as a a sweetener in diabetic drinks and other foods.

  33. No not right now IMO. It's not my personal feeling that cloud contests and vaping as a sport is dumb it's the perception it perpetuates in the public eye. It's like when people in Colorado were fighting for legalization of cannabis. The media did not talk about the doctors and businessmen and women lined up the first day it was the twenty something living in his dad's basement with dreads and a knit cap sitting in the park looking like, well a loser. When the media reports on vaping and they show someone sitting on a park bench blowing huge clouds or show a cloud chasing competition they do not show me, the average vaper that has used basic equipment to keep off analogs for two years. Vaping for sport WILL play almost as big a hand in us being regulated heavily as big tobaccos influence. And all the while shops, websites and forums seem happy to advance this culture instead of pointing out that we may be our own worst enemy. There are really only 3 or 4 sub forums I even am active on here anymore because the "cloud chasing culture" annoys me. I have been saying the same thing this article points out for at least a year and a half and most disagreed. Now there are articles from experts saying the same thing and I would hazard to guess the cloud chasing sub ohm will still be 90% of the posts. I am for anyone to do as they please but when it can have an adverse affect on my freedom I speak up. Just remember when you are grabbing a $8 cig alike as your only choice to ask yourself is vaping for sport was a good idea.

  34. Okay, I'll step back onto my soap-box.... That's the problem... politicians "expect" that money to be rolling in, and they spend it years before it actually shows up (and rarely does these days because over half the country is unemployed or under-employed). The tobacco settlements were supposed to go for "public health initiatives", but our politicians have played the shell-game and spent 80-90% of the expected money on other things... because it was never about "public health", it was about the MONEY... now they are panicked because people are doing what they wanted them to do... stop smoking... and now their cash-cow of sin-taxes and settlement checks is dying.... and states are poised to default on loans, bonds, and other unpaid projects. Politicians want vaping to be classified as "tobacco products" so they can get a win-win... 1) sin-taxes on the e-liquids and gear, and 2) by classifying vaping as a tobacco product, they can hold Big Tobacco hostage by forcing them to pay-up even more on the settlement agreement. Big Tobacco is forced to push more money to the states this way... which is why they (as an Oligopoly, a legal monopoly) are strong-arming politicians to pass laws to outlaw vaping or at least pass the sunset clause to make all vaping gear but THEIR e-cigs illegal... then they can have the lion's share of the market (to make-up for their losses in analog sales, and provide what the states "expect" them to pay, per settlement agreements). It doesn't take a Master's Degree in Economics to figure this crap out! And, I'm sick and tired of our government spending money they don't have (and then raising taxes or creating new taxes to cover their over-spending). It's a never-ending cycle! Now, if you or I write a check for a $200,000 home (without any money in the bank) and try to use the excuse that "Well, I've got a plan to hit the lottery, so the money will be there in a few weeks"... and see how that flies! But, this is exactly what our government is doing DAILY! I am 100% against any sin-taxes on e-cigs, e-liquid, or hardware. I am 100% against any politician who pushes for such laws or taxes. Politicians like the one in the video should be out of a job tomorrow, IMO! Big Tobacco is threatened by vaping. I say let them be threatened... let the free-market run them out of business, or at least reduce them to a minor force in the economy. But this is not going to happen until "We The People" stand up for our rights and our freedoms... reduce the economic strangle-hold our government has on us... and return our country to the free-market society that allowed us to prosper decades ago. Our government/politicians need to be required to take a few Economics courses... then they'd realize that lower taxes (and fewer things taxed/regulated) will evolve a stronger economy (more jobs, more sales, better salaries), which will in turn provide more raw-dollars flowing into the economy, and thus into the government coffers. Basic math is a strange concept to our government... I would much rather have 1% of $1M, rather than 75% of $10,000! We cannot keep this pace of tax/spend any longer! Pretty soon the only ones with jobs in this country will be government employees... and without US to provide their income, how will they get paid?? Vaping -vs- Big Tobacco is bringing the disparity and hypocrisy of our government's spending policies to light, and we must win! If we don't win this battle, then the war is lost for everyone (not just vapers).... [steps off soapbox]

  38. There is no law about underage sales here in MI either. I have talked to places around me and they treat it as any other tobacco product and ask for ID. It think any place that sells vaping gear and juice should do this automatically.
    1 point
  39. You are right Earthling, Not that I don't want the sales... I just know I'm not the only game in town and there are a lot of good juices out there. I may be small but I do know my customers and give them personal service. I do have some flavors that are unique to my business. The Hydra series is one example. Between those the Futti-Tutti and PBFB are my main sellers and worth a try. I may not have fancy packaging and B&W labels but it does help keep my prices down so I can give more time and effort to what is really important, the Juice that is in the bottle.
