  1. Well Tug Here's one to yeah! It took 40 watts, but I got it glowing and cranken like a champ. I think you will like what you see. It takes a couple seconds to get it warmed up , but once it is.... OMFG! LOL And thanks Bebop for pushing me to try once more. This is the same coil. Toaster Coil in action!

  2. Just thought I would share this. It was a fail, but had to try anyway. I had this in my head for a long time. Tug had sent me a image of some one that did this as well. Up until I saw the pic I had trouble getting the wire to do what I wanted. The pic was all I needed to spark my brain and thought, String Art Nail Board. Today I built one expecting more than I got for the effort. With some fiddling and the time building the pin board, I had one installed. Registered a steady 1.2ohms. I fired it up and it fizzed out to a epic fail with little to no vapor. I couldn't even get the coil to glow. LMAO Anyway if you want to give it a try you may have better luck than I did, but I'm not wasting the wire or effort again. 28ga 1.2ohm Toaster Coil

    Kanger sub mini

I bet I have built close to 100 builds on the SubTank Mini RDA. I can tell you from experience that te best wicking possible you want it so tight you think it is going to screw up your coil. In fact sometimes it does and I have to do a lot of adjusting after it is wicked. Another tip is to trim your tails so that they just barely touch the deck. You want them to fan out but not to cover the holes. Here is a picture I took from one of the other forums (not my picture). The general concensus over there is the best coil size is in the 2.5mm range and to stuff as much as 6mm wide of Japenese cotton only removing one of the covering layers from one side. I have gone back to using rayon and may post a picture tonight if I get a chance to rebuild. By the way, I run 1.5 ohms and 70pg/30vg juice @ 20 watts on the middle air holes. I do not take extremely long draws, but not short either.

  9. For me, the risk of something going wrong -- even with the best of plans and intentions -- isn't worth it. If I want a coil that's cleaner than just a dry burn, I just build a new coil. Wire is cheap. Hospital bills are not.

  10. I have 5 Russians... two are authentic (bought on a going-out-of-business sale, or I wouldn't have afforded them either), but the three clones are really good clones from YiLoong and some unknown company, bought for $18-25 each. The YiLoong clones have "The Russian 91%" printed on the body, with the proper outlined "T" and "R", and the "n's" are upside-down "u's", just like the authentic. It is true, they are best for flavor, but I get satisfying clouds from them too, using 50/50 and 40/60 juices. Clouds won't win any competitions, but they are thick and smooth, and give the sensation of a fine cigar. The insulators on the Russians (and Kayfun, and many other RTAs) are not designed to handle high heat produced by sub-ohming, and, the flavor is best (for me) when your builds are 1.3-1.5 Ohm, using 28ga on a 3mm mandrel, and lift the coil about 1.5-2.0mm over the air-hole.

    New to Vapor talk

Faygo is a soda company in Michigan and make a variety of flavors. ^^^What Earthling said. My favorite flavor is Pineapple. They don't sell it in Colorado, well except for that store. I used to ask relatives to bring a case of mixed flavors when they came to visit. They would take cases of Coors back with them. The cases of Faygo stopped when Coors started selling in MI.

  18. Picked up a Aqua V2 from local B&M. Shout out to Will a Vape Savvy in Savannah their Mod Master! He bored out the airflows in the deck and added a few air holes to the ring, 4 total. The airflow is MASSIVE and chucks vapor like a beast. The flavor is damn good!
