Kanger Pro Tank 2 Leaks on Voltage Mode, Flawless on Wattage Mode

There is one solution, but you need to start with a new coil. Are you using the single head coils? If yes, take a new coil out and remove the chimney there is a flavor wick on top of the coil and will come off very easily, Remove it, but be careful not to damage the coil. A pair of tweezers works well. Then get some organic cotton balls ($4.99 at Walgreens) and replace the favor wick with a cotton one and then put the chimney back on. This will help stop the juice from flowing past the coil and out the bottom. I have had this issue with high PG juice and that solved it. If you use an old coil the flavor wick is fused to the coil with gunk and it will not come off very easy, you will damage the coil. You only need a small amount of cotton: Roll it between your fingers untill it is about the same size as the notch in the coil head: Lay it on top of the coil and replace the chimney: Then trim the ends: Doing this will help stop the leaking through the center pin. Make sure you allow time for the wick to absorb juice before you vape or the coil will burn the wick. If you like you can add a couple drops of juice on the wick before you put the chimney back on.2 points -
Sometime the vets on the forums tend to use terms and slag for some of the most common items, methods and hardware for vaping. This is not the ultimate guide but should make some of the terms a little clearer. (I hope)... Basic Jargon Vapor - Vapor is the substance exhaled when using an electronic cigarette which may look similar to cigarette smoke. Vaping - The act of using an Electronic Cigarette (as opposed to "smoking", as the device creates a vapor rather than smoke). Vape - Used often in place of the word smoke. I vape, I'm vaping. Batt - Battery. Atty - Electronic component that turns the eJuice into vapor. Cartridge or Cart - The part of a three piece electronic cigarette which contains the liquid. These come blank (with no liquid), or prefilled. Cartomizer or Carto - The part of a two piece electronic cigarette which contains the liquid. These come blank (with no liquid), or prefilled. Analog - Traditional tobacco cigarette. DIY - Do It Yourself. Dripping - To place a few drops of liquid directly onto the atomizer instead of using a cartridge. Drip Tip or DT - A special attachment used to make it easier to drip eliquid directly onto the atomizer. Mod - Modified (custom built) e-cigarette. TH - Throat Hit a strong feeling in the back of the throat when vaping. Primer Puff - A short, quick mouth inhale on the electronic cigarette similar to the action when smoking a pipe or cigar. This heats up the atomizer before a full draw. PV or Personal Vaporiser - An electronic cigarette. Some prefer to use this term as the word 'cigarette' has a lot of negative connotations associated with it that do not apply to PVs. PCC - Personal Charging Case / Portable Charger Case. Passthrough or PT - A USB adapter for the Electronic Cigarette which screws onto the atomizer like a battery, but draws power from a USB port. E-Liquid / E-Juice E-Liquid / E-Juice - A Flavored or unflavored liquid for use in an electronic cigarette, usually (but not always) containing nicotine. VG - Vegetable Glycerin PG - Propylene Glycol PEG - Propylethylene Glycol PGA - Pure Grain Alcohol NPG - Not containing Propylene Glycol. Sometimes used as a synonym to Vegetable Glycerin. Nic - Nicotine Cartridge Related Filler - The clump of fibers that hold the liquid in the cartridge. Stuffing - Another term for filler. BFM - Blue Foam Mod. (cart filler material) Dripping - To place a few drops of liquid directly onto the atomizer instead of using a cartridge. Dry Smoking - Same thing as dripping, referring to the fact that the cartridge us usually not filled, therefore dry. Tailpiping - Vaping directly from the atomizer without using a mouthpiece/cartridge. Drip Tip or DT A special attachment used to make it easier to drip eliquid directly onto the atomizer. Topping Up/Off - To add a few drops of liquid to a partially used cartridge to prolong its use. Measurements LR - Low Resistance HV - High Voltage (typically a 5 or 6 volt ecigarette) IMR - A battery with lower internal resistance and a high discharge rate, good for high drain applications like ecigarettes. in - inch (also abbreviated ") (1 inch = 25.4 mm) mm - millimeter (1 mm = 0.039 inch) cm - centimeter (1 cm = 0.394 inch) oz - ounce (1 fluid oz = 29.5 ml) ml - milliliter (1 ml = 0.034 fluid ounce) cc - cubic centimeter (1 cc = 1 ml) mg - milligram (often used as measure of nicotine per ml of eliquid) mA - milliamp (often used as a measure of available power) mAh - milliamp hour (often used as a measure of battery capacity/duration Forum Phrases PM - Private Message Troll - Somebody who makes a statement with the intention of annoying or angering other posters. moderators,i've posted this in the new user section in all the 4 forums i'm regestered at. please feel free to modify, remove,or move to a different forum topic as you feel necassary. hi all, well there i went again. having recently recieved emails for free starter kits i went and ordered 3.the sight i went to had 4 or 5 offers from different compinies and said these are free kits, just pay the shipping. guess what. wait for it. scams all of them. liftvapor. ecigsbrand.com. ecigcustomerservice.com what they do is bill your card monthly for unwanted supplies after yor trail period. thets right trail. what happened to the free starter kits. there not free. i got the first kit today from liftvapors.i had an issue with the charger, the batts would'nt screw into it.wrong or damaged threading. so i googled liftvapor and along with all the results were buku complaints. well i researched it some more and contacted my states attorny generals office and developed a stratigy. seeing i had allready opened and used liftvapors kit before i found out it was'nt free but a trail the policy is i must get a return number from them and return the product unused. to void the agreement. how can this be done? it cant. because to meet your obligation to they're agreement you have to use the product first. so i will contact them and request a shipping lable from the're shipper of choice and i'll repack it and send it back. i'm only out my shipping charge. otherwise i will consider this product mine. minnesota has laws concerning hold harmless contracts. i'll contact the other two and make them the same offer. if you do cancel there auto billing the charge you full retail on what you got. which i figure to 200% of retail from the overpriced ecigalike sites. i will keep every one informed as i go through this ordeal. regards mike1 point -

I should have taken a picture of the bathtub when my nautilous and purple spinner 2 was sitting at the bottom of it! I grabbed it up immediately but eventually never did work again, after rice and all the other stuff you're supposed to do to save it! Oh well, I liked that purple one! I know when I set mine down and forget where, I start seriously panicking! I have some short term memory loss due to blood issues and sometimes forget. I've never forgotten and not found it though! It is worth a shot, better than having juice get down in the battery. If you have any questions while you do it don't hesitate to PM me.1 point -
If you don't want to spend the $27 here at VT for a genuine spinner then I would go for the EVOD comp suggested or the ego t as Earthling said. You're not gonna find a better deal for a genuine spinner. Your gonna haft a suffer thru the online juice thing like the rest of us unfortunately. Truer words were never spoken as "taste is highly subjective". Even among the recommended juice makers there is dissension because of personal preferences. You can save yourself a lot of grief by sticking to recommended juice suppliers but it's still up to you. Personally I would stay away from overly cheap juice.1 point

I google a company and see if they have any sort of backbone in regards to background info: like if you type in the name and multiple finds come up (not a 1 google find company). Facebook groups, twitter accounts, youtube reviews. Just to see if people are talking about the company in a postive light1 point -
Taste budds or juice?

Personally I think Vapers Tongue is sort of mythical a lot like I believe steeping to be. I mean, people say you have to rotate flavors but my wife has vaped one flavor for almost the entire time she has vaped and other than the first couple months so have I. We both quit cigarettes and started vaping the same day, 4-23-2013. For over a year I have vaped Endless Summer from Fuzion 18mg and she has vaped Peppermint from ECBlends in 24mg since her 3rd or 4th week in. Both taste the same from then till now. I notice you are about 2 months in or a little over. I have a theory that "Vapers Tongue" is simply your taste-buds growing back and functioning correctly so you are actually tasting what you are vaping. There are literally dozens of foods I loved when I smoked that I cannot stand now and even more that I couldn't stand before that I like now. The transformation of smell and taste is so huge it is staggering. I LOVED some flavors when I started that I cannot even stand the smell of now but have vaped the same thing for at least a year if not a little over that with no change in taste or satisfaction. With that said, it took a couple months for me to find the flavor that my new and improved taste-buds liked. Once I did it made all the difference in the world. Just my 2 cents.1 point -
Building the right coil

Wayyyy to much cotton! Here is an example of how much cotton you should use. When you add too much cotton it won't allow for air to go over and around the coil, effectively cutting off vapor production. Good air flow is also needed to help cool the vape.1 point -
Thanks for the post i always got confused in cart and carto... It should not be deleted because it can be easily accessible.1 point
