Yeah I know what you mean, the rubber bottle cap wrench. I tried that with no luck. For an update, day 3 was a breeze. Alternating the Ego and the Hades is working great. Both are now loaded with Skittles flavor and I really like it. 18mg for the Ego and 6mg for the Hades. Vaping has made quitting the Camels so easy.2 points

1st Unregulated Box build
mkauthen reacted to iheartvape for a topic
So I decided I wanted to build a unregulated box mod today. I will admit... Next time I will put more thought into it and also buy a battery cradle. Trying to fashion a way to get contacts points to stay in place with no real support was a epic failure... Lol. I got it together and working, but I'm not impressed. It looks like poop thanks to my inexperience. I used the 510 top cap from my Cronus clone, a 3amp switch and project box from radio shack, and battery contact points from an old ohm meter that I seriously rigged into place... The positive contact plate is in a cap from a dripper from a bottle of ejuice that I slip the battery into so it maintains contact... This thing has more glue in it then plastic I think... Vaping to quit or Vaping to substitute
jasonculp reacted to christov11 for a topic
personally wanted to quit everything and went on a healthy lifestyle rampage... smoking was the last thing on the list(should of been the first but wtv! But now that I see how it is and understand a little more of what im actualy taking in... i doubt I will ever stop... although its too early to put a definitive answer to be honest. kindof like how drinking is bad for you but.. in moderation you can enjoy yourself responsibly.1 point -
Vaping Properly
christov11 reacted to Bebop for a topic
One dramatic accident like in Texas but with injury is all it will take and we're done with vaping as we know it. We are riding a thin line. I might even go so far as to say it will happen (as a matter of statistics). I hope it doesn't. I honestly do. Frankly, I don't even understand what's so fun about it. I don't get the attraction. :/1 point -

While I'm not a fan of cloud chasing competitions, even with an eGo style battery, there's no guarantee to "absolute" safety. These are lithium batteries after all.1 point -

Aspire CF VV & VV+
Tam reacted to bcartervol98 for a topic
It may very well be but I will never buy an Aspire product after they messed up my favorite tank after buying the Anyvape line of tanks. I just cannot imaging a Spinner falling apart. I have used almost every brand of Ego style batteries out there and by far the entire Vision lineup have been the most reliable. Sure anyone can get a bad one of anything with the QC these companies have but in over a year and a half I have killed one Spinner and another one rests in the bottom of the lake. I have submerged them in saltwater, in the lake, left them out in the rain, dropped them and my wife even stuck one in a ceiling fan on the boat and sent it flying against the back wall about 30' away and other than the fire button sticking a little it still works fine. Let me know what you think about the Aspire battery I would not be totally against trying one (Maybe, still mad at Aspire) but with the success everyone I know on here and in real life has with Spinners I would just caution you from judging them based on one experience. I have 8 Spinner 1300mah, 12 Spinner 2s and the wife has a couple 650s and one 900. Some are since I started vaping in April of 2013 and so far I have had one die from use and they have been abused lol. Good luck no matter what you try!1 point -

The big dripper?

Check out riptrippers youtube vid on it.1 point -
Heldar - I find dripping bothersome too but I like the flavor and vapor from it. I'm planning to get The Big Dripper which is a RDA but it holds like 5ml of liquid and you push down on the drip tip to juice up your coil. It's a dripper and tank atty in one. check out a review of it1 point

I will surely stop vaping at some point, but just the fact I'm not smoking analogs is good enough for me!1 point
