    Great values in Juice

For well over a year now I've been a loyal customer of EC Blends'. For me, they have very low prices yet the quality in the juice with flavors I love and you can customize to your heart's content. That's one example where you get more than your money's worth, IMO. Compenstine's juices at Fadora is another. The prices are low to reasonable and the quality is high. If you get his Signature line, you're going to pay more, but who would complain about paying a little more to get your socks knocked off with EXCELLENT flavor? I love the little bits of spices he adds and all the little things that make it more than worth what you paid.

  3. Here's a hastily compiled tutorial (with pictures) to show you how to rebuild the heads for KPTs, EVODs, and various other BCC (bottom coil changeable) tanks. In this tutorial, I will be making a 4/3 wrap of 32g Kanthal A-1 around a 3.5mm silica wick to achieve a 1.8Ω coil. Break everything down to this point (just start pullin' stuff apart...you'll figure it out ). Coil some Kanthal around a silica wick using a sewing needle as a support. Place both leads through the housing until the wick and needle are as shown. Bend one lead to the side, thread the bottom grommet onto the other lead, and slip it into the bottom of the housing. Bend the other lead (the one you just threaded through the grommet) to the side and slide the bottom pin into the grommet. Bend the excess leads of Kanthal back and forth (really fast) until they break off flush with the head. Remove the needle. Replace the top stem. Trim off the excess silica (I use Chinese nail clippers). Replace the cup seal. All you have to do now is install your freshly rebuilt head into your BCC tank's base and vape on! Hope this was helpful...it works for me. Oh, yeah...I almost forgot...always check your new rebuilds with a meter before using it!!!

    No flavor No vape

I have been vaping 18mg 50/50 for about 2 months, however I'm wondering why with some liquids it seems I get no vape and no flavor? I haven't changed any of my gear just branching out when it comes to vendors. Any suggestions

  5. hi everybody my name is Sean and I just signed up to this new awesome Vapor Talk site! I have a few questions since I'm new. First how do you post new topics on certain threads everytime I try to it says I'm unable to start a new thread? Secondly I have the Itaste SVD and I'm curious how do I get more vapor out of this setup do I adjust the VM or the PM? Third what does the VM setting actually do, and what does the PM setting do? Any help with these questions would be a great help! I started with the beginner's Nic Station set up and just last week bumped up to the itaste svd which I'm loving!

    Best Nicotine Prices?

Thanks again, jeffb...I just bought a bottle. I was paying almost $38 shipped (with coupon code) for 120ml of 100mg PG nic juice. The liter I just bought cost me $58.60 shipped.

    Hey there

Well I wouldn't put too much stock in the FDA lab, lol. We've all been vaping flavors made in the basement and mixed in old ketchup bottles for years... :-) And the FDA doesn't exactly have a great track record ......

  13. Thats ribbon wire. I think your best bet would be to get regular 28 gauge kanthal which is round.

    Great values in Juice

In most cases you said it the first post, you get what you pay for. I suggest if you want higher quality at a lower price keep your eye open for sales. ECblends, MBV, Fuzion, V|T and my line to name a few. Your gourmet juices are always going to be a little more pricy than the big mass produced brands. Look through the review section here on V|T and you will see a lot of reviews for the brands I mentioned.

  16. Iv not tried Taste juice yet, will look it up. As BB said, getting your kit straight is just a small portion of the journey, finding and trying new juices is the real effort. My ADV`s are all Liqua brand, due to the cost and flavor. Earthling here turned me on to them and they have all been great that I have tried. But every week I try and get a 10ml or two from someone new, try it, and so far very few have gone into the Bucket of shame. This is one reason we cant let the FDA get their grubby paws on the market, if they get to regulating it they will squash all the entrepreneurs that are giving all of us this awesome selection we have to chose from. So if you have the time, do some research on what the FDA is proposing and get involved with keeping big gov the f out of it. Best regards, R

    Hey there

Atomizer does not need to be broken in. This looks like an basic 650 ego battery and evod clone tank. Your atomizer should last a week or so then it will start tasting burnt and you'll have to change it. The harshness could be coming from the juice itself. Do you know the juice you are using? Vaporzone coils list at $14.95 / 5 pack. You can do better than that as they look like protank single coils which go for about $6 / 5 pack. Welcome to your journey of quiting the stinkies! Stick around and you can get info on upgrading your set up and better deals. Good luck!

  18. As Bebop mentioned, in wattage mode (power) the device will adjust to the resistance (Ohms rateing) of the coil in your tanks. That would by why they say ist auto adjusts. It's still not always perfect, but will probly be close. The higher you have it set for in either mode (Voltage or Wattage) the more vapor it can produce. Other things go into vapor production as well like the pg/vg ratio of the juice you use. More VG will give more vapor. All of the info for your device should be in the user manual. Please read that and check back if you have more questions. Welcome to VT.

  20. Also how do i maximize vapor out put? My tank is running 2.o amps and from what I've heard the itaste automatically adjust this by what tank you have? Is that true?

  22. I started getting into RBAs right about the time that dual coil BCC tanks began to appear, so I sort of missed the boat on rebuilding those. *UPDATE* Do a Google Search for "how to rebuild a BDC". I think you'll find the info you're looking for (if nobody here knows how).

  24. The guide that came with my Protank II works for me. I use variable voltage and my husband doesn't. His Protank works great with the coil sizes it comes with, so he sticks to the lower resistance coils. A 1.8 coil burns up in my Vision Spinner because it's designed for 3.1-3.3V. I get the best flavor, vapor and draw at 4.1-4.3V and the Protank guide lists a 2.8 ohm coil as my suitable Voltage to different Resistance. I haven't had a burnt coil since I switched to the 2.8 ohm. My husband uses a simple Ego-T and Ego-C, gets a perfect hit with good vapor but we vape different juice with mine tending to be thicker. This is the suitable Resistance to Voltage that Protank suggests: 'Resistance' 1.7-1.9 Ohms to 'Voltage' 3.1-3.3V, ''2.1-2.3 Ohms to ''3.4-3.7V, ''2.4-2.6 Ohms to ''3.8-4.1V, ''2.6-3.0 Ohms to ''4.2-4.5V.
