  3. I'd never seen that before, because I rarely take a puff longer than 5-6 seconds (maybe my button stuck?)... According to the manual, the light is supposed to flash RED, not Green... But, I just tried it by holding the button until it flashed, and it did flash Green, so the manual is incorrect! Thanks for the sanity check grailhunter!

    nicotine juice - please help

Here's an example to make the math simple, not because this is a good recipe, lol We're going to make 1 10ml bottle of 12mg eliquid: 2 ml of 60mg base (pg base) 3 ml of pg based flavoring 5 ml of vg (unflavored, no nic) Thats 10ml total volume, 120mg of nic of roughly 50/50 pg/vg eliquid. That's 12 mg/ml eliquid

    nicotine juice - please help

The term " nicotine juice" is far too colloquial IMO. It does not acurately describe what it is. "Juice" implies that it has a flavor or is a finished product which it is not. "Base" is the more acceptable term. It is a chemistry term that fully tells you what it is. You are looking for a nicotine base. The chemical nicotine is suspended in a base liquid to dilute it. That base can be made of pg, vg, or some combination of the two although most mixers prefer a single component base. The nicotine content is measured in mg/ml So a 60mg base has 60 milligrams of nic suspended in each millilitre of base. A 10 millilitre bottle of 60mg base contains 600 mg of nicotine total. This is why you need to dilute it with flavorings and pg or vg. Are you with me so far?

  8. LOL, not a "pale ale"... 91% Isopropyl Alcohol I clean all my new tanks by full dis-assembly, washing with dish-soap, hot water rinse, a few minutes in 91% IPA, then another hot-water rinse, then I bring a pan of water to a near-boil, and drop the parts into that water to soak until it's cool enough to pull them out by hand... air-dry, reassemble, use! I like my new tanks to be clean, germ-, and oil-free, lol

    Mod patina debate

To each their own. Some people like patina some people like polished. Im a fan of both. As far as the value goes, no I do not believe I've ever seen anyone pay more for a mod because of the patina. Patina's are fairly easy to do and inexpensive (assuming you're talking about forced patina) However, on ebay and the like, people do try to charge more for a patina mod because its "customized," But in my opinion it would be stupid to pay extra for a patina.

    Vision Spinner 2 question

I'm having a small problem with my Spinner 2. The darned thing holds a charge for too long. Lol. I've been vaping on this thing as much as I can today and it's still flashing white at me. Of course, when I want to charge it -- it doesn't cooperate.

  15. Welcome... No problem using whatever equipment that works for YOU... we don't judge anyone by what they use (although there is a bit of envy some times, lol)... When you're ready to upgrade or need an opinion, feel free to ask... we've got lots of opinions, One thing to be aware of, though... if you're using Plastic tanks, such as a Ce4, with your menthol juice, it will eventually cloud the tank or cause it to crack and leak. Pyrex glass tanks (like the AT mini) will perform MUCH better with menthol, cinnamon, mints, and heavy citrus juices.

  17. Well, I said I was through buying any tanks for a while, but I lied... Stopped by my preferred B&M to pick up a bottle of Sour Apple and they had an AeroTank (open box) for $12.50... soooooo... it's now soaking in IPA

    Started Vaping 2 weeks ago

The Aerotank Mini is a fantastic tank. I recently received one from Tameiki in a contest. One of the best tanks I've used.

    Kicking Nicotine

Mount Baker Vapor has really good "MAX" VG .... not quite a 100% but its close enough while keeping flavor. Plus they are very fair in their prices.
