Love my MVPs and as for juice, like grailhunter said finding THE right juice is the fun part! So many to try!

  2. I recently opened an entire box of 1.5 coils and not ONE of them was actually even close to 1.5. Do you have a coil meter or digital multi-meter to check them? If they are actually 2.2 or higher... that may explain the cooler vape and less vapor production... they're too high of a resistance to produce acceptable Wattage from your eGO battery @ 3.7V. Higher resistance will also wear down your battery faster!

  3. Yeah I hate diaging a problem, but got it working right again. I like this Nautilus Tank so far. It does have good flavor and nice vapor production.

  4. Thanks for the info and the concern!! I double check my coils without and with the top cap on and I'm using Sony VTC5s but I'm paranoid and won't build lower than .20 ohms. But I'll have to try adding some vg to the juices but I did just order some 100% vg so I can enjoy my mod.

  5. ^^ THIS ^^ Make sure your battery can handle low Ohms and sub-Ohms... and always check your coils with a good meter before you fire them up on your MOD (which it sounds like you're doing this already)!

Panda, can you share a little more info on your vapeing background? What juice are you useing now, how long have you been vapeing, etc...? It might help us to answere questions for you if you could take a moment and intro yourself. Thanks

  7. Yep, I have a short-stem coil in one of my KPT2's right now... working perfectly, just like the longer-stem coils. BTW, I've somehow ended up with a few of the stubby ones early on in my vaping experience... while they work fine, the are a PITA to screw in and get out... without getting juice all over your fingers or having the urge to grab a pair of pliers Thanks for the sanity-check Tam... And, yes, I think the longer stem ones are more prone to getting loose in the coil-head because the longer fulcrum-point (takes less effort to bump them loose)... perhaps that is why they have more leakage issues?

    New Provari

I finally got it put together and going. For some reason my phone would take the pic but would not send it to my email. So I had to take the pic with my webcam and does not show its true beauty.I really love the way it functions to. I love this hobby. I can't stop looking at drip tips and charms. How long do these batteries last before you have to recharge them?

  13. OK, I did it, I put it together without it and don't seem to need it. I love this little pink piece of heaven Provari. It is not nearly as hard to set and set up as I thought it was going to be. I stuck with my KPT 2s with the air adjusters on the bottom.I followed mamabirds lead and dressed her up real pretty too. That reminds me I need to post this in her post where we have been dicscussing Provaries. I'm going to post her picture there. But Bebop, to answer your question. I LOVE IT!

  14. OMG new all day vape here, Fadora Nectarine. I'm VERY picky when it comes too all day vapes especially. Fadoras nectarine is now in my rotation for sure, I've been dripping it since I got it and now it's in the Russian 91% also. I actually just got on to send Compenstine a message about how good Nectarine is, then decided I had to share it with my buddies here too. This is some gooood stuff. Finding another ADV made my whole week!

I agree with mcquinn... I'm vaping to stay of analogs (for good), and get perfectly good vapor and flavor from my Kanger AeroTanks, ProTank2's, EVODs and ProTank3-minis... using static-voltage 3.7V eGo batteries and an MVP 2.0 VV/VW MOD. I'm not a cloud-chaser, and too old for "tricks", lol If you're looking to vape to do "tricks"... the only suggestion I have is to use 100% VG juices... that will give you the maximum vapor production... from there, it will be up to you to decide what battery/MOD, or what tank/RDA to use. Now for my rant.... I also feel that I must add... Vaping is a tool in the arsenal to stop smoking - A VERY EFFECTIVE ONE, and it irks me to no end when the first statement/question from a new vaper is "I started vaping to do tricks" or "what equipment will give me clouds that make everyone think I'm on fire?". It is highly annoying, and detrimental to our fight with the FDA, to see youth picking it up solely as a device to do tricks or to blow massive vapor clouds because they "look cool" or solely to annoy others (because there are few regulations on doing so in public)... It is those people that are doing the most damage in our fights to avoid insane taxation and regulations on the industry. The media prey upon your exploits for every news-story they can air, to cast horrible light upon "vapers" as "menaces to society" or "look, see, kids are just doing it, and next they'll be smoking cigarettes and driving on the sidewalk while huffing paint... we need regulations!". Now, I'm not saying that is you... and maybe I'm just getting old, but I'm just saying that you should be considerate of others, and if you want to blow vapor-rings, squares, triangles, and room-filling clouds that make a northwest fog appear like a little mist... PLEASE do so in the privacy of your home! I now return you to your regularly scheduled forum....

    Beer & vaping

I have the same problem. I found that High Brow's Vanilla Bourbon Bean was a very good one. It didn't taste like the VBB that made me fall in love with that juice, but it was enough to keep me from wanting a smoke while drinking. It still tasted good as well. Get yourself a good tobacco flavor. One that you really enjoy. Keep it pretty simple, too. The more complex the flavoring, the more messed up it will taste when you are drinking. It will help keep you from wanting a shtanky.

  18. Well gang, Today marks 100 days since my last analog, and I won't say it was easy, but it has been easier than I expected ... with the help of everyone here! Yesterday, I hiked several miles over rough, mountainous terrain with my sons... something that I could not easily do a few months ago... and I felt great during the entire hike, as well as AFTER!! While I may not feel 20 again, I sure feel 20 years younger Looking forward to another 100 days... and another... and another...

    *Share Your Coil Builds*

My first go at the Volcano coil build. Dual 26g, 10/11 wrap, @ .4ohm. I used a toothpick to build with. Far from perfect, but it shoots the vapor up. Pretty neat.

  21. Placed an order for some Dr. Crimmy's juice : 65ml bottles of Strawberry French Vanilla Custard, Southern Peach, and Kitty Milk. 195ml of juice for under $50. Let's hope the quality is as good as they say.

    I Want to MOD

I like my combo of surefire brass king mod and kayfun lite plus. The surefire king and kayfun both function well and have very high material quality and production tolerances.

    PG/VG question

Means all pg. Probably as harsh as vaping gas. I use 90% vg and get tons of flavor.
