  2. I like between .8 and .6 it is just right for me. If I go lower the heat makes me cough.

    Dripping vs. Tanks

I recently bought a new mechanical mod. It is a copper vanilla and have been using a stillaire clone rda. I did not know what I was missing. The flavor coming from this rda is unbelievable. It is literally night and day difference between dripping and my tanks. I am very impressed. I have learned a lot from everyone on this forum. Mostly when it comes to safety. I bought an ohms meter and sony vtc5 batteries. I have done a lot of research and plan on staying away from super sub ohming. My rda is currently at .35 and I do not plan on going any lower. I am happy that I have learned how to drip in a safer manner before jumping into the deep end of the pool. Although the water is nice down hear and the flavor is unbelieveable. Thanks everyone for stressing safety I am grateful.

Thank you Tam, I`ll be having a look, I`m not above a good flavored vape in the wee evening hours. I kinda like that you can flat out kill a sweet tooth with a nice Vape, :?) Cheers, R

  6. If your sub ohming... I have found and have been told that anything under .7 - .6 is more about vapor production and Throat Hit (Heat) I'm a flavor junkie and that is what I chase. When .8 -..6 gives me that, I'm happy. I say find what works best for you and if that keeps you off analogs, then that is what you want.

  7. About a month ago, I was talking to my sister-in-law, and she asked about my vaping gear... she indicated she had spent upwards of $150-200 buying BLU and something similar for her husband, but he barely gave it a try... and she wanted to know how, what I was using, worked for me. I gave her the run-down on equipment, juices, nicotine levels, and how you just have to make the effort... So, a couple of weeks ago, I gave my brother-in-law two 950mAh eGo-T batteries, a couple of Ce4's (trying to get rid of my stockpile), a couple of EVOD tanks (which I was not using), and several of the juices I had won from Brian's 'Pay it forward' and the VT Store contests. I didn't expect him to convert to vaping, since he was a die-hard smoker for 40 years, and had a poor experience with BLU cig-a-likes... but... To my surprise, on Wednesday of last week, he returned the batteries... but not the tanks! He has fully embraced vaping, and bought an MVP and a Vision Spinner... and a few more tanks (KPT2's)... so he was returning the eGo batteries and charger, so I could give them to someone else that may want to try vaping! Score one conversion! I had been talking with a co-worker about my success on quitting smoking... and she indicated that she'd love to get her husband to quit. I suggested vaping, and she said she'd mention it to him... this was a couple months ago... On Thursday, she came up to me and said he had agreed to give vaping a try (since it worked for me), and she was asking me about equipment and juices and how to get the best bang for her buck so he'd have the best experience possible... Well, I just so happened to have two eGo batteries, charger, several Ce4 and EVOD tanks, and juice sitting on my desk at home She came by the house on Thursday evening, and I gave her a similar set-up I gave to my brother-in-law a few weeks ago, (thanks to Brian's pay it forward gifts of juices and EVODs last week). This morning, she told me that vaping is working for him! He ran out of smokes on Thursday night, so he gave vaping a try instead of buying another pack... and he's not had a cigarette since he picked up the eGo... he's on day 4, and she said he's been working through the cravings by hitting the vaping gear, and she said a combo of tobacco flavor and his favorite candy (butterscotch and caramel) flavors seem to be doing the trick! Score another conversion!

    Dripping vs. Tanks

Get the best of both worlds with a Reo! A little squonk to wet the wick, take a few hits, squonk again! Love it!

    Hello, newbie here

Welcome! The forum has tons of great info to wonder around through. If you're looking to move up a little I would suggest a variable voltage battery such as the vision spinner or ego twist.

    Post size dilemma

None. 24 gauge is best suited for single coil. If you want dual coils, I suggest picking up some nice 28-32. Sometimes 26 is great, but I'd stick with the 28 until you are way more experienced.

  12. Idk how your getting it to wick at 1ohm or below. I tried a ton. What's your secret? I use cotton, tried it every way imaginable and went down to 50/50.

    Hana with a rda

I like RDA's on my Hana better, slims it down and makes it look more compact.

  14. Someone told me that I am not "experienced" enough to do a build with 24g Kanthal. Hmmm. this is my parallel 24 g for my hubby. .21 ohms and he loves it! My rule is if I build it I vape it first. I disagree with those who have no faith in me. I may not have a lot of experience but I do have apps and websites and the experience of others. I never ever go below a .2 build---if I do I toss it. My husband cross checks my builds on his ohm reader ( double check to be safe) and then goes to some website to check the build against both types of batteries we use. This build had him telling me "You are the BEST. BEST. WIFE. EVER."
