I will be using it for some more complex flavors, but it will also be offered as a basic flavor on it's own.2 points -

New guy here! 8 weeks so far! Now addicted to buying new equipment
redfury23 reacted to chadfletcher for a topic
I'm I guess you would say a new Vapor. Dropped the smokes on my first hit 8 weeks ago today. But for the worse I'm now addicted to new equipment. I started off with a Standard Kanger Evod started kit, worked my way up to adding a PRO 2 mini, then a PRO 2 mini adjustable airflow. Monday I opened the wallet and bought me a new Provari 2.5 Mini in black and white, with ext cap, and topped it off with a Atmistique Scuba tank, using Boge 2.8ohm cartomizers. And wow upon the first pull I was hooked on Provari. Well the my ADHD compulsiveness kicked in and through ebay searches I am now waiting on a ton of Vapemail. Must say I am looking forward to being a part of this forum and trying to contribute any I can. Here is my Vapemail list, guess you could say I went overboard -Provari 2.5 Mini, std stainless -Provari 2.5 standard in flat black (little beat up so ordered a J-wrap) -J-wrap Bomber -Kfun lite (used) -IBtanked , black caps, white/black swirl tube with black bishop tip -Innovape Silencer Pyrex drip tip -Innovape M1 Pro Ext cap -Innovape M1 pro beauty ring -Innovape M1 Protank (matched prover top awesome) -J-wrap, J-stand Mech Mod Charger wrapped in Blue carbon fiber1 point -
Hey everyone, My name is Ben, former smoker of 3 years and a vaper for the past 2 and a half. I know 3 years isn't a long time to consider yourself a hardcore smoker but it was long enough that I decided a change needed to be made. I started with the cig-a-likes that I'm sure most of you have a memory of. They helped me quit and I stopped vaping for several months and then it happened. Vapor stores started popping up everywhere and the business boomed, and with that boom came a selection of new products that peaked my interest. I now work at a local vape shop called Breathe EZ Vapor and am loving every minute of it! I get to work with my Mechanical Mod all day, help sell people the things they need to quit or switch to a better alternative. Heck I even get to fix up peoples basic ego's and make them happy daily! Needless to say I love my job and I love vaping and am looking to join this community to further my knowledge of vaping, modding and maybe even get into my own blending one day! Thanks for letting me introduce myself and as always happy vaping!1 point

Two newly converted ex-smokers!
Tam reacted to Earthling789 for a topic
About a month ago, I was talking to my sister-in-law, and she asked about my vaping gear... she indicated she had spent upwards of $150-200 buying BLU and something similar for her husband, but he barely gave it a try... and she wanted to know how, what I was using, worked for me. I gave her the run-down on equipment, juices, nicotine levels, and how you just have to make the effort... So, a couple of weeks ago, I gave my brother-in-law two 950mAh eGo-T batteries, a couple of Ce4's (trying to get rid of my stockpile), a couple of EVOD tanks (which I was not using), and several of the juices I had won from Brian's 'Pay it forward' and the VT Store contests. I didn't expect him to convert to vaping, since he was a die-hard smoker for 40 years, and had a poor experience with BLU cig-a-likes... but... To my surprise, on Wednesday of last week, he returned the batteries... but not the tanks! He has fully embraced vaping, and bought an MVP and a Vision Spinner... and a few more tanks (KPT2's)... so he was returning the eGo batteries and charger, so I could give them to someone else that may want to try vaping! Score one conversion! I had been talking with a co-worker about my success on quitting smoking... and she indicated that she'd love to get her husband to quit. I suggested vaping, and she said she'd mention it to him... this was a couple months ago... On Thursday, she came up to me and said he had agreed to give vaping a try (since it worked for me), and she was asking me about equipment and juices and how to get the best bang for her buck so he'd have the best experience possible... Well, I just so happened to have two eGo batteries, charger, several Ce4 and EVOD tanks, and juice sitting on my desk at home She came by the house on Thursday evening, and I gave her a similar set-up I gave to my brother-in-law a few weeks ago, (thanks to Brian's pay it forward gifts of juices and EVODs last week). This morning, she told me that vaping is working for him! He ran out of smokes on Thursday night, so he gave vaping a try instead of buying another pack... and he's not had a cigarette since he picked up the eGo... he's on day 4, and she said he's been working through the cravings by hitting the vaping gear, and she said a combo of tobacco flavor and his favorite candy (butterscotch and caramel) flavors seem to be doing the trick! Score another conversion!1 point -
I looked and studied the equipment before I made my first purchase and mine was going to be x2 because my wife was doing it too. We went with smok vv winders in 1300mah. Aspire et-s tanks bottom coils and hold roughly 2 to 3 ml I believe. These setups suit our needs perfectly. We were long time smokers and wanted to quit. 2 weeks analog free for my wife now and 6 days for me btw. I guess you have to look at what your needs and useage are. We use ours to replace analogs and eventually live nic free so we vape the same as when we smoked. Some people I know vape throughout the day and require more elaborate setups and higher mah batteries.1 point

Got a new flavoring today along with some other re stock. Horehound If you have not tasted Horehound before it is has a distinct flavor. The best way I can describe it is a mapley root beer with a touch of Sassafras.1 point -

I know exactly what you mean, its fun working with peoples mechanicals and sub ohm builds and all but theres nothing more rewarding than helping a noob with a leaking Evod tank or setting up someone's first ecig1 point

Well, I could not wait till I got home from work last night to order my Provari. I got a Hybrid White/Pink ProVari Mini V2.5 with the blue Digital Display. I also went to Wal-Mart and bought some craft jewelry to dress it up like yours. I hope you don't mind me using your ideas. I can't wait until it all gets here. I am going to take a pic to add to this post. Thank you for the ideas. You are talented in that area. I'm just good at being a mama and nursing. Happy Independence day!!!!1 point -

Congrats, and good luck. Its tough to make the shift completely, but once you do, you'll never look back.1 point -
RDA and RBA is the way to go IMO. Better flavor better vapor its cost effective (once you're past the initial cost of said RBA/RDA) and its more fun to just play around with. I was responding to earthling saying it was cheaper than rebuilding,1 point

Don't worry, you'll ease up on the purchasing after one of these 3 things happen: There's nothing left to buy that you don't already have two of You declare bankruptcy and are living in a cardboard box under an overpass (with all your gear) You realize that you're only using a couple of mods and tanks, and the rest are collecting dust, so you sell the excess to buy more juice! Welcome to the asylum!1 point
