    What's for supper

I was thinking we could post about some of the meals we make. Maybe give each other some ideas of what's good to eat from the different parts of the country we live in. Here's what I made tonight. Cajun seasoned charbroiled ribeye and t-bone. Steamed broccoli. Teriyaki pork steaks. Baked potatoes. Boston baked beans. Cheese sauce. Garden tossed salad. Fresh baked yeast rolls.

  3. First off, I don't see an ohm meter on that list and it should have been the first item. Secondly, I would highly suggest purchasing a Sony VTC4 or VTC5 18650 if you plan on doing sub-ohm builds. With that being said. I normally prefer micro coils myself (wrapped on 5/64th drill bit) but it's all about experimenting and finding what you like. Just be sure to be safe!

  6. I am sure there are tutorials and such but I just thought I would share how I found works for anyone just bumping along into this. I have a short list of tools. Microfiber, q-tips, toothbrush, pipe cleaner, plastic cup, alcohol and 760g grease. Take it all apart to bits and spray down with alcohol scrubbing with toothbrush. Let it all soak for a while in the alcohol. image by Richstag, on Flickr Clean the inner threads of the switch and firing pin with the pipe cleaner. Give it all another good brushing then wipe it inside and out with the microfiber and again pipe cleaner. Then let it all set out to dry avoiding finger oils on the clean parts. image by Richstag, on Flickr Then I get a nice pile of nyogel on the clean surface and apply to ALL threads, male and female, with the q-tip and again the pipe cleaner for those tiny inner threads of the switch and firing pin. image by Richstag, on Flickr Put her all back together, spray it all down one last time with alcohol and wiper off. image by Richstag, on Flickr Hitting so so smooth and strong. Very happy with this set up so far. Hope this may help some just dipping their feet into mech's.

  7. I assume your coils are at the correct ohm to be fired by that mod? I'm not sure how low it will fire. My thought is maybe loosening the tank is causing just enough extra resistence for it to fire if the coil was too low for it to, ya dig?

It's way cheaper if you are even moderate with your toys. But then, it can be pretty expensive wheeling you around in a wheelchair with an oxygen bottle too.....sorry to be so blunt

Ribs came out good. Nice thing about being the guy that cooked them is that it is required by law in the state of Louisiana for me to test them.

    Favorite Fadora Juice?

OK, I have tried the Spice sampler I bought and I LOVE every one of them. I will definitely be buying big bottles of all of them as soon as I can. Now, to me, THAT is premium E-Juice. From the glass bottles with droppers to the real pieces of spice soaking in the juice.

  16. Forgot to post that I got these yesterday. 1x Purple Vision Spinner II (1650 mAh) and it looks to be authentic. It came in a long, narrow transparent plastic box with the Vision logo on it. Inside that was a cardboard box. Inside that was a Spinner inside a plastic bag. Wrapped around that was an instruction manual with Vision's logo all over it. If it's a knock off because it's a 1650 mAh, they sure went to a LOT of trouble with all the packaging and Vision's logo. Also got one Picolo Pyrex drip tip in blue, two in green and a strange looking Pyrex drip tip that's long with orange pin striping swirling around it.

    Mech Mod questions

Will it "work"....yes. Is it very reliable or accurate? Most likely not. Spend the $20 or so and get the right equipment and save yourself the hassle or possible missing face.

I have an iTaste MVP II that can read ohms, that should work as an ohm reader right?

    Mech Mod questions

Oh, and with the battery you purchased I would not try anything below 1 ohm personally. You need to read up on ohms law and understand what your doing before you attempt it. Certain batteries can only discharge a certain amount of amps without catastrophic failure. I believe an efest 18500 is rated at 10 or 11 amps but I'm not sure on that. Do some more research on your equipment and GET AN OHM METER!

I'd take a pic of it but it's long gone.... 1/2 lb organic lean beef patty broiled medium topped with carmelized onions, mushrooms and grated swisscheese on a frrench roll......it's a whole meal in one hand!

    Tank Fillin

To each their own, I never switched around the style or brand of analogs. I have said many times I know a lot of people make a hobby out of it but for me it's simply a great way to never smoke tobacco again. My wife has not tried a new flavor except those I bought and gave away in over 9 months. For me it's simplicity.

  31. All the above suggestions are right on. The only thing I would add in light of your concern for "vape per puff", which I'm assuming you are referring to vapor production, would be to consider your pg/vg ratio. Often this ratio is denoted by a number like 80/20 or 50/50. Usually these numbers describe the amount of pg (propylene glycol) first and Vg (vegetable glycerin) second, but not always. The main thing to understand is that the higher the amount of pg equates to greater TH (throat hit) whereas the higher the Vg amount equates to greater vapor production. I started with an 80/20 mix (pg/vg) and found the TH to be too much and the vapor production to be too little. I then moved to a 50/50 mix and though it was better still not what I was looking for. I now use a 20/80 mix (pg/vg) and am satisfied with my vape. This may not be the answer for you but understand what those numbers mean and how they will affect your vape.

    protank coils

Quality control isn't a strong point in China where these are made. That's why getting a battery with variable voltage helps so you can turn it up a bit to get the vapor you want.

I live south of Atlanta but have to agree that the North GA mountains are beautiful. We take a family trip to Blue Ridge and then raft the Ocoee every summer. I'm really loving the Spinner II and everything about it. I don't see many people mention the Aspire ET BDC, maybe because it's not glass (I don't know). Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

  36. I've made it a rule I won't buy off ebay. Too much crap floating around. Hopefully your fakes work out ok, the legit nautlius is a real beast for a clearomizer. Pretty great flavor too. I found a place that sold a 5 pack of coil heads for 9.99 and most charge 15.99 so I hope those are legit coils. Should de.
