  2. Congrats on the weight loss and the motivation to do it. I was 300lbs this time two years ago. I am now down to 169lbs. It takes commitment, dedication, and consistency. Keep up the awesome work man!

  3. The crazy thing is that the build was very well done, and perfectly wrapped. He definitely wasn't that much of a newb at building coils. If you are going to build a coil setup for a customer you need to first ask some questions. Like, what battery is being used? How experienced is the vaper? If they aren't very experienced, you need to give them something simple, and not the latest craze. I know I'm one of the rare types, who started small and slowly worked my way up the chain. I didn't pick up a mech and an RDA until I had researched the hell out of building and safety. Even when I entered the waters, I entered very slow and cautious. Yes of course I wanted to blow huge clouds, but I wasn't going to jump head first without being experienced enough to swim without any fear of drowning. These new vapers want huge clouds, and they want them NOW. The shops want repeat customers and sales, and if you don't give the customer what they want when they want it, they will go elsewhere. We just need to slow down. One thing I learned from construction and carpentry is that you measure TWICE and cut ONCE.

  4. I've been putting my eGo's upright on my desk, but each time I knock one over, I expected to see a shattered tank... laying them flat was okay, but I just prefer them to be standing straight Personally, I never liked the little plastic stands they sell at the local vape-shop, and hadn't decided on dropping money for a wooden stand, when I feel I can make one for pennies, and have it fit my needs better anyway... alas, I've not (yet) taken the time to build something big, but I still needed something for my eGo's to reside in on my desk.... So, today I was cleaning some odds-and-ends out of my storage boxes and ran across two of those nice, 2" round closet-door handles that I never used (wife wanted pretty ceramics, instead). The handles are solid pine, and nothing fancy, but gave me a great idea for re-purposing them! I cut some 2" rounds out of another piece of pine (using a hole-saw)... ran a dowel through the hole in the round, into the hole where you would normally mount the handle with a screw... a little glue, and now, they won't tip over! I drilled a 9/16" hole for the battery to reside in (perfect fit, BTW)... light sanding, a dab of neutral stain... and now I have two, personalized eGo battery stands! Cost was nothing, and gave me something to do for 30-minutes this afternoon. What do you think?

  5. The thing is with brass and carbon steels is the layer of oxidation will build to the point that it begins to prevent corrosion. Trying to keep these polished is harder than forming a nice patina. If you want to protect it without a curing/hardening coating try renwax. It will actual build as you apply more coats. If the alcohol doesn't brighten it up as much as you want then you need to move to polishing. I used to be a polishing fool but I learned the oils in my skin are too corrosive to make it worth it. Patina vs no patina is an age old debate with advantages in both directions.

  19. Even if the FDA decides to ban the sale of vaping gear and juice, there will be a lead time and it won't happen overnight. I'm taking that post as a "the sky is falling" thing and I'll wait to see what the outcome is. CASAA has been working diligently (with our help), to make sure vaping isn't banned outright. And that's my two cents.

    Fadora Vapor E-Juice

Simply Chamomile (Signature Flavor) I don't know how it was done, but this is dead on Chamomile. It tastes like fresh cut Chamomile flowers fully steeped in hot water. I am a HUGE Chamomile fan and was sipping a cup during the sampling of this flavor. The only difference between the tea and the juice was the sweetness of the tea (I add a bit of sugar). The perfect representation of this flavor is amazing. There is magic brewing in the Fadora laboratory. Cinnamon Chamomile (Signature Flavor) The cinnamon addition to the Chamomile lends a nice sweetness that makes this juice truly awesome. I get a nice sweet taste on the inhale, and full Chamomile on the exhale. I can taste the cinnamon, but it is only ever so slightly present, and it is that authentic natural taste that Fadora seems to have nailed perfectly. By far my favorite out of all the flavors I have tested. Spiced Chamomile (Signature Flavor) Much like the cinnamon version, but replace the cinnamon with the greatness of the Mellow Spice. The spice is there, but it is very mellow and subtle.

    Fadora Vapor E-Juice

Margarita 12mg Sort of a sweet lemonade at first, then I get a little zing on the exhale. Brings me back to my drinking days (in a positive way, lol), when I would mix up a whiskey sour before kicking back on the deck to watch the sunset after work. That's the taste I get at least. I'm sure if I were a tequila man it would remind me of margaritas. A solid citrus vape, without being overbearing, as many are for my taste. They often have too many lemons and not enough sugar in the pitcher.
