    Ms. T's Bakery?

Aquatroy- I don't know you and I am going to assume you didn't bother to reread your post before putting it out there...because it is very rude. I am a 34 year old adult and I certainly did not start vaping because I thought it looked cool. Social aspect was referring to my husband and most of our friends smoking. When they go outside to have a cigarette, I am usually the only one left sitting by myself and when we are in a public place, I am uncomfortable with it. While I certainly do not have to smoke to go outdoors with them while they do, if I choose to vape instead....well, what is YOUR problem with that? For you to insinuate that I am forcing my body to become addicted to something AND calling me stupid? Completely out of line. If I understand the proponents of e-cigarettes correctly, nicotine in this form is no more harmful to my body that my regular cup of coffee or glass of tea. Am I a moron for my morning cup of joe? Would you like to explain what an idiot I am for having a soda with my burger? I mean, my post personally offends you to the point of name calling and offensive comments towards me? To everyone who liked his rude post, I guess I must have misunderstood your original intent...everyone has been so friendly and helpful until now. I could be rude right back and point out that I am not the STUPID one who ever got addicted to cigarettes in the first place, since it is pretty widely known how detrimental they are to your health, but what will that solve? In the end, you are entitled to your opinion. I just can't understand why you must be so rude about it.

    DNA 50!

Just enough to cover parts and a little for my time is good for me! Production DNA's are overpriced IMO. And they are missing fundamental items like fuses, adjustable center pins etc.

Go zero nic, there is no reason why you should force your body to become addicted to nicotine. In all honesty I have troubles with folks vaping that have never been smokers. Social aspect?? What you just think it looks cool? What happens in ten years when hey find out this wasn't the smartest thing to ingest in your body? SMOKERS know it is better for us than analogs, but picking up the habit for fun is STUPID....

    Battery Safety

I think what Bebop is trying to align is that those charts are created as a pretty legit, standard notion of what is safe and what is not safe. If it isn't safe, then no matter how many people on an online forum say it is, it is not safe. We can't go against the ohm law and there are some inexperienced people on here who might be those five that say they do it all of the time. Pushing any battery limits put stress on the battery and puts stress on your device and ultimate is how things get dangerous.

  10. Let me know how it is! I saw some that were cheaper but I was afraid to go too low in price and get some hong kong knock off or something so I went by the cheapest one that had good customer ratings. I do want to get more though so if they're legit that's awesome.

  12. yes it was the original coil, didn't last long before it restricted airflow. You would think cleaning with IPA would fix it but it has no affect.

  14. It'll be alright. They're working on it now. But I doubt we'll make our appointment time for delivery. I'm sure the Home Depot DC will understand though. They're pretty cool about working trucks in. After that, we pickup drywall in Cumberland City, TN heading to the house for the w/e and delivering to Garden City, KS on monday.

  15. Sorry, I don't have a clue about what those taste like. Some of the favorite vendors of e-liquids on this forum are Fadora, Vape Dudes, EC Blends, Five Pawns, NicoTicket, Fuzion... There are hundreds of different flavors to pick from. You'll have to try them for yourself because taste is so subjective. What one person loves could taste terrible to someone else. Only you can say what tastes good to you.

    hello VT

I'm fairly new to today's vaping. I started out a long time ago with a green e-cig starter kit and was highly disappointed. I was given a vaping set-up couple christmases ago but just wasn't impressed with it, the tank and atomizers seemed kind of shoddy and where a pain to work with. The batteries were decent but it was always clogging and popping and eventually I had to stop using it. Yesterday, my girlfriend bought me an e-cig from a new local vender (awesome folks and prices) and I am blown away. The technology has greatly improved and this thing is sleek and efficient and vapes like a champ! I had widdled down my smoking to about a pack and a half a week but just can't seem to kick them altogether. I can totally see myself cigarette free this time with the modern e-cigs and liquids. It is a Kanger evod twist 1000mah battery and an Aspire BDC tank (30 bucks for the lot). Seems like the perfect starting point. Love the variable voltage. I need to do some reading to better understand how this thing works and how to maintain it. Looking forward to it. BTW, my name is not actually Malt Beverages, just thought it sounded cool, also I'm more of a micro-brew type a guy... -Matt

If your using the nic to get some of the stimulating affects, it doesn't happen the way your looking at it. You'll get physically dependant on the nic (probably the sic feeling) and when you stop, you'll gain weight defeating your purpose on that point.

    Ms. T's Bakery?

PG is in a lot of foods and even tooth paste. Most find about it long before they Vape, but it could be with the concentration of it in the e-liquid that it may cause an issue. Having said that, You say you didn't smoke so, it could very be the nicotine as your body has not been exposed to it like a smoker would be. I would go with a 0 nic juice and see if the same thing happens..

Tam- I am about to blow your mind....I have never been a smoker! I actually started vaping because I like the social aspect of smoking with friends but I never could get used to a cigarette. And I have this theory about nicotine and cravings. So, genius that I am, I decided that if I vape very delicious, dessert like liquids with low nicotine, I should be able to kick my sweets cravings....RIGHT?!!? I mean, it is swimsuit season! So, no I don't know that it is a PG sensitivity for certain. Any time I try vaping a liquid over 50/50 I feel awful though. I didn't realize Velvet Vapors was 70/30 when I ordered it and I couldn't understand why I felt so sick when it finally got here and I tried it until I did some investigating. Compenstine-thank you for the link! I can't be a noob...EWWWW! Must...learn...algebra!!! Mtdobies - we will just be best algebra buddies and learn togetha!!

  31. Well...I have seen bacon flavored so you could prob find about any thing out there you want I also have a spinner with a protank 3 on it and leave it on 3.8 v and so far it keeps a' goin after the O ring got straightened out. Set the mvp on 6.5 w with a new coil and the fruity juice and so far it's behaving. I am learning as I go.I really do enjoy vaping and both of my little setups Thanks again for your help.

  34. Here is my take on this. This is an example of how the FDA works. The regulations that they just put out would only allow Cigalike devices. These are what Big tobacco has started to put on the market. This "New Study" has come out demonizing "Tank Systems" which if what the FDA, Big Tobacco and Big Pharma would like to see go away. These are the devices that are helping people quit and hurting the profits of these Fat Cat bullies. Coincidence? I think not it was planed.

  35. Yeah the CE4 doesn't use the beauty ring. Scrap it. You might want to consider switching to an EVOD bcc (bottom coil Clearomizer). Much better performance and uses a pro tank coil that is pretty inexpensive.

  39. Personally I can't say enough good things about the MVP 2.0. Your post is like a carbon copy of my same exact thoughts about a month ago. I was worried the box would be a problem. I was very wrong, it's not a problem at all and I'm now in love with the form factor. If the MVP 2.0 was 75 bucks I would tell you to buy it. However at $40, I'm telling you that it's crazy not to buy it. My best friend has gotten into vaping and thought his spinner knockoff was the best thing ever. I convinced him to buy the MVP 2.0 by telling him that if he didn't like it, I would buy it for his cost plus 20 bucks extra. The VV3 is a nice device for what it is, but in my opinion the MVP 2.0 is closer to the "must have" side, while the VV3 is on the other end of the spectrum at "would be nice to have in addition to the MVP 2.0 if I find it for a steal, but there's no immediate need". If possible to send him your business, one of our awesome members and the best juice chef around in my opinion, Compenstine w/ Fadora Vapors has the MVP 2.0 showing in stock and is having a store wide sale right now. You can get up to 25% off http://www.fadoravapor.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=34_36&products_id=119 Oh and also, you're exactly right about being able to still use your ego style batteries when you need something tiny. I swap setups back and fourth and don't have any problems with the center pins being different lengths on different cartos or anything like that. I'm currently using 2 Aspire ET-S cartomizers with their 1.8 ohm coils, a protank 3, and iClear 30S (bought it seperate from MVP 2.0 and I like it much better than the iClear 30 regular in case that's helpful. I also have 3 rebuildable dripping atomizers I'm using when I direct drip, the MVP 2.0 works great in single coil and dual coil although dual coil 2 ohm RDA setups eat battery quickly, but it's because I'm running high ohm/high power output. I have an Aspire Nautilus that I paid for thats stuck on backorder but the Nautilus Aspire and MVP 2.0 are a match made in heaven IMO.

    hello VT

If you're still craving cigarettes (analogs as we call them here), you might want to kick up the nic content of your juice a little. When I got off the analogs I was smoking a pack a day of Marlboro Lights (around 12 mg). What got me off them completely was 24 mg of nic in my juice. I vaped that for a few months and then was able to cut down the nic easily. These days I go from 12 mg juice to 6 mg depending on what I'm doing and how much I can vape. Good luck and welcome!

  42. A mini kpt would fit on your ego-t. As for the dripping atty, I would suggest doing some research and finding out how to build a coil in an RDA, what equipment u need to get, what batteries can be used, and the risks involved before u even think about starting to use dripping attys. watch some how to vids on YouTube and do your research and u will find out what kind of atty you need. Also make sure to use an ohm meter.

They sell Joye 510's but call them Choice Extreme and they also sell a solar and usb combo charger for the 510's batteries for 29.99 while they r on sale they usually go for 37.99 U.S. I'm going to order 1 at the end of the month. Has anyone else seen or heard of a solar charger for e-cigs?
