  5. Saw this in a group on Facebook, thought it was a neat thing. In one word, what does vaping mean to you? Mine was Blessed.... As in I am blessed to have a father who cares enough to have introduced vaping to me. I am blessed to have met so many awesome people in the vaping community who are not only nice, but also extremely helpful. I am blessed to have been able to FINALLY quit smoking. I am blessed with a husband who not only supported me in this, but joined me. I am blessed because vaping has brought us closer together. I am blessed with the ability to FINALLY play with my children for an extended period of time. So yeah, Blessed. I can never shut up when talking so NATURALLY mine was well over one word, but one word was the main word

    Happy Easter

My first Easter in the US, step-dad had let the grass grow in the back yard (we lived in the San Diego area at the time). He wakes me up at the butt-crack of dawn, makes me put on some stupid pink dress with scratchy lace all over it and shoves a garish colored basket into my hands and tells me to go look for eggs in the back yard. I thought he was out of his mind. Who puts eggs in their back yard??? I went to the fridge and got him the carton of eggs. Lol. He shoves me out the back door and I'm standing in grass that reaches up to my butt (I've always been short). He's insisting I find the eggs back there so I take a tentative step and hear a CRUNCH. Found one! Needless to say, since the grass was so tall, most of the eggs I found were from stepping on them. I also kept wondering how weird it was to find colored eggs outside. The man was demented, and I was even more convinced when, several months later, he dropped a sheet over my head, shoved a pillow case into my hands and pushed me out the door and told me to go beg for candy from total strangers.

  9. There are two places that regardless of the situation I would never choose to live. California and New York. Just could not deal with the Nanny State Mentality. Whether it be smoking or vaping, banning it outdoors in open air areas is the epitome of being ridiculous.

  10. I saw someone eyeing the Blu's and Njoys today. There are looking to get started. I told them to stay away from the Blu's and just get a couple Njoys to see how they like it. Gave them my site info and a link to here. I told them that this was the best support group on the Internet.

  11. A Noobie's Guide to Batteries While in the chat room one night, someone was asking if there was a guide for batteries. He was hearing all these battery numbers in the conversation, and not familiar enough to follow along. I decided to write this guide to help familiarize the noobs to all the batteries we use for mods. All of the batteries we use are either 3.7volts or 3.0volts. There is however a 5volt battery used in the Mako Maksi, but it's not one of the popular batteries you frequently hear about, so I'll just concentrate this discussion on the 3 and 3.7volt varieties. The 3.0volt batteries are primarily used in pairs for a total of 6.0volts for 6volt vaping, and single battery mods are 3.7volts. The 3.7volt batteries are usually only paired if the mod has a voltage regulator (adjustable or fixed) for consistency in voltage throughout battery life and load conditions. Now that you have a little background on how the batteries are used, let's try to make sense out of the numbering system. The first 2 digits of the battery number indicate the dimension measuring across the battery. So a 10440 measures 10mm across, a 14500 measures 14mm across, and so forth, and the last 3 digits make reference to the length. For example the last 3 digits in a 14500 battery would suggest that the length would be 50.0mm long, but that would be for the unprotected version of the battery. The overcharge/overdischarge protection circuit will add between 2 and 3 mm to the length of the battery, so a 14500 is really 52.5mm long. Aside from the physical size of the battery, there is something referred to as mah (milliamp hour) rating. This is a capacity rating of the battery, and indicates the amount of energy the battery can store. In other words, how long it will last between charges (more mah, more charge life). Physical size will affect mah ratings, and therefore smaller size batteries will typically have lower mah ratings. Some batteries are available in more than 1 mah rating. Below is a listing of the more commonly used batteries in e-cigarette mods. **This is not meant to be a complete list, so please don't shoot me of you know of a battery I didn't list.**

I've never been a clove person so I can't say personally, although I did talk to him about it for one of my friend/customers that likes them and is trying to vape. I'm going to send her his way.

Don't get me wrong, I like my vv v3! I think the spinners/twists will do basicaly the same thing exept for reading ohms of the coil, but I'd bet the others would be more durable to start. The evod tanks are cheap and IMO at least are a good starting point. Maybe not top of the line, but gets ya going.

Japan. We never celebrated Easter there. As a matter of fact we were known to hunt down Christians and kill them to keep them from spreading their religion back in the 1800s.

    VTR issues solved?

Yeah....I mean static is measured in micro amps as far as power. Even if the citrcuit protection is measuring power as a result of resistance drop it still wouldn't be enough power to affect it. I don't know. There is a genius around here somewhere. Might be chained up out back...

  31. Okay...I went with the "just enough to hold 'em" method as you suggested, and now my sub-Ω (.714Ω) dual-coil build fantasy is a reality! I went with two ~1.5Ω 7/6 29g Kanthal coils around 3.5mm silica (and a sewing needle for support), and I'm powering them with AW 2000mAh IMR 18650s (red) batteries, which are rated at 10a...close to 25 watts (12½ watts per coil) on a fresh battery! I love this thing!

  33. I'm still enamored with my HH.357s (just got six more in the mail this week), but it's gotten really expensive since they don't last as long with the sweet, dark juices I vape. That led me to RDAs to try to cut the expense. I'm still learning and trying to find just the right combo to replace the 357s, though. It's a fun journey and a great learning experience!

  34. It's a great RBA. I'm still getting used to the warmer vapor that the dual coil genny creates, compared to the single in the RSST. I've been vaping on this build for 7 hrs without a dry hit so far.

    Changing lives

Changing lives is a treat, I get to do it everyday..my favorite is Mr. And Mrs. Romero, very nice 88/84 year old couple, started em out, changed thier coils... Now when they come in for supplies.. I get big hugs, and she bring me food...it's so cute, and they've changed from a nicotine hued amber to a lighter healthy glow..makes it all worthwhile!
