    YOWZA!

1 year today since I exchanged a pack of stink-sticks for my e-cig. After 50+ years of a pack plus a day I put the coffin nails down and haven't looked back. Well, maybe once or twice the first week, but it was only lookn', no touchn'. Told myself "this is the way", stick to it, you can do it. And, for me anyway, it was much easier than I would have ever expected, and much more enjoyable, too. I would whole heartedly reccommend e-cigs to anyone considering quitting smoking who would listen ...... and have on a few occasions to the point of "soap box". After 6+ decades of life I'm not too easily impressed by much, but this e-cig has certainly captured my attention. For the first couple weeks I'd get a craving for a smoke, but after a couple hits of my device things were back on track and moving right along quite nice. Getting rid of stink-sticks was my primary goal, getting to 0 nic is on the back burner. The hand-to-mouth habit is hard to break, but with e-cigs, I don't care - I'm not even trying. Plus, the flavor is so much more enjoyable, not to mention how much better the world smells (and tastes) now,......including me and my truck, and my home, and, and ......... I think I'll go someplace and let my feet do a happy dance. Considering gold plating my first eGo/CE4 and putting it on the shelf as a memento/reminder of another one of my life changing events.

    *Share Your Coil Builds*

I had a little spare time, so I changed my build. I'm now rocking dual twisted 28g micro coils, running at .47ohm. I kept getting a dry hit every now and then with the last build, and let me tell you, it is horrible. The single strand was heating up quicker than the cotton could wick. This current build is perfection, and I have always been very fond of the twisted coils. They hit my sweet spot.

    Hello!

My Vamo is 9 months old. It has been dropped, kicked, submerged in water multiple times, and is still kicking. Highly recommend! Welcome to VT.

  6. Before posting questions about these devices in the General discussion area, check out the Modding, Mods & Technical area on the forum. There are sections set up for Rebuilding and Variable Voltage mods. Lots of questions and answers can already be found there. http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/297-modding-mods-technical/

  11. I have read that others have used a wire hanger, nails, screw from a pair of glasses to fix the problem. If you do a google search there a few sites that sell a replacement pin. http://maidenvape.com/nemesis-lost-firing-button-pin/ http://shop.vaperev.com/devices/mechanical/atmomixani/atmomixani/nemesis-replacement-pin.html

  15. Well, hangin out in Checotah, Oklahoma tonight. Got a load going to Franklin, Ohio for monday. I'll be home tomorrow around 10am. First time I've ever gotten home before noon on a friday! Yay me. I'll be takin on another trainee this weekend. He's just outta truck driving school so, it'll be an interesting 5 weeks. Usually only have 2 week trainees that already have plenty of road experience. But the good news is, he's trying to quit smoking by vaping! So, there'll be plenty of time to get him on the vape bandwagon fully!

    Hello!

Welcome and congrats!! Both the vamo and the svd have good reviews. I think it comes down to replaceable batts or the sipmlicity of chargeing the device. Just know that at some point the svd will not take a charge and it's done..... You can replace the batts in the vamo, but it also will have a life expectancy... I'd say with reasonable care the vamo could last longer since you can replace the batts. JMO...

    Worst tanks and why?

I just make it a point to completely derail one old thread a month lol. The new Buick lineup is awesome but the 15 Yukons and Denalis are off the charts. Ordered my wife her next one today :-) I drive a 2014 Terrain. The technology is sick. She likes the big cars lol.

  25. As I read up on vapeing before I jumped in a short time ago, I would have pegged myself at a high nic level based on my analog use. I am on the higher side, but not extreme as it turns out. I use 24mg, and sometimes 18mg, but I find that it works. I go through about 2 1/2 mls a day of juice a day and some of that is the need to replace the hand to mouth part of our former habit... If you feel good, get the nic you need to satisfy you, and can stay off analogs.... Trust in yourself! Good luck and enjoy vapeing.

    NJOY does it work?

Well of course everyone is a little different. But for the majority it's seems to work very very well. I should also note that it depends on what your looking for, if your looking to quite, then this isn't the way to go. Electronic Smoking is an alternative to smoking rather than a quite product. I have been E-Smoking now for a couple weeks and haven't smoked since! I used to smoke around a pack and a half a day of Marlboro lights. They work so well in fact it led me to create this website. You may want to check out Puresmoker.com as he sells the exact same electronic cigarete for quite a bit cheaper. (I don't work for Puresmoker.com by the way I'm just a bit of a fanboy as you yourself will probably become ) Let me know if you have any more questions!
