  3. I'm glad this works for you. I would find it a bother when rebuilt coils last a good long time with a simple cotton rewick and a dry burn. I would not use denture tablets as they contain chems that would leave a residue in the wick. Not knowing what chems they use and how heat affects then I find it unsettling. Just because it can safe for dentures does not mean it would be safe exposed to the heat of a coil. Some chems when heated can turn to a gas and be very harmful. Just not something I would vape.

  4. All is well here guys. Wasn't to bad here last night. On the plus side, I have a generator that kicks in after 30 seconds so usually no worries. Helps that my neighbors work for DTE (one is a dispatcher... lol) to!

    Worst tanks and why?

We see new vapers ask, "What's the BEST ____?" all the time. We also explain why there really isn't a 'best' anything other than what works 'best' for YOU. Let's flip that over and ask, "What's the WORST _____?" and I'll qualify that by adding, "...tank you've ever tried and why is it on your list?" I've got quite a list of tanks that didn't work for me. Here's a few. Vision tanks in general but the Victory tank in particular. Every single Vision tank I've ever tried, and there have been so many, have all leaked. They perform well for all intents and purposes but they ALL leak! Some worse than others. The Victory started off well enough, then, when I was vaping I felt something wet. There was juice running out of the bottom of the tank. UGH. The iClear 30b worked for about three minutes before it started behaving so badly that I had to trash the thing. What are the worst tanks you've experienced and why?

  6. I'm rotating all Fadoravapor juice right now. Spiced Apple, Killer Clove, Snickerdoodle, Cinnamon Camomile, Mellow Spice, and the last of my Buttered Popcorn! Every single one of them are 5 star vapes, imo!

  7. well to be honest I have no idea because I only use RDAs lately. But what I can tell you is I barely push the button and juice flows out farley fast.

  8. I've been wondering how much e liquid is dispensed with each press of the pump. If it's not too much trouble, could you check that out when you get yours and post about it? I'm sure many here would find that info useful. Thanks.

  13. I was going to try and get that up tonight. Just hope I can get it up before my host does the maintenance they are planning. They are saying it will only be down for a half hour or so though.

  14. Clearomizer tanks contain a couple of basic parts. You have your mouth piece, tank, coil and wicks (not all clearomizers contain wicks) that all work together to help give you a decently large cloud of vapor and taste. When your coil starts to wear out, you will experience a nasty dry or burnt taste that usually indicates that the wicks or e juice is starting to burn. The best way to keep your coil from becoming warn and your wicks and juice from burning is to know how to keep your clearomizer tanks in top working order. There are a few steps you can take to maintain your tanks and get the most life out of your clearomizers. 1. Never take more then 5 second vape hits at a time. 2. Wait 15 or 20 seconds between vape hits. 3. Never vape while tank is warm. 4. Do not vape e juice below 1/4 of a tank before refilling. 5. Clean clearomizer tanks after every 4 or 5 refills or when using a different e juice flavor or brand. Remove clearomizer from battery and fill tank with water and shake for 10 seconds. Empty water from clearomizer and repeat 3 to 4 more times to completely remove any remaining e juice build up from the wicks and coil. Shake out any remining water from tank and dry the wicks and coil by vaping out the moisture until you no longer hear a loud gurgling or sizzling sound. Be careful not to overheat or vape while tank is warm.. Following these 5 steps will add an extra month or more life to your coils and save you money in the long run...

    Hey Fishguy....

Out in the sticks up north here there are fewer trucks. Depending on how bad it is it can take a while. We have been very lucky here.

    Bootleg Vapors

KPT mini II's are awesome. Of all the tanks I have ever owned the KPT's seem to have been the most reliable and least troublesome.

  29. Wow! no one is going to believe this... So I decided screw it! At worse its a loss so why not disassemble it just to see if I cant find what went wrong. After tediously removing the 8 thin stainless steel rods from the top half of the 134 I was able to access the firing button and its circuit board. Then, below that, there were 3 5mm nuts holding a retention plate for the Variable Wattage ring... Got those off and I noticed something peculiar when I got a view at under the wattage ring. There are 5 very small ball bearings that the Variable Wattage ring sits on and one of the bearings had been somehow thrown out of its well, I suspected this could possibly have been the reason I was feeling an extremely hot sensation on the VW ring since this misplaced ball bearing was grounding out the battery and causing the wacky light show. Got all the ball bearings back into place (took like 4 tries) tightened everything back down and BAM! This sucker is firing like Rambo again!!! EVERY TIME! I got my babyback, babyback, babyback!!! So happy!!!! Thanks for all the helpful input but sometimes I guess you gotta just get your hands dirty if you want to get something done!!!
