Lmao! I DID get het a Davide AND a KPT2! She doesn't want to use them till she finds the right TH and nic level. Did I mention that she's quite easily the MOST beautiful woman I've ever been with AND the most stubborn? *sighs* I've tried telling her that we can get her a higher VG content with higher nic level to use in the davide or kpt, but they higher vg juice won't wick well in the ce4s. Her favorite flavor is Cosmic Crunch by goodlifevapor. Its a 50/50 if I'm not mistaken. She wants ease of use and when I try to show her how the davide and kpt, and her spinners work, I can see her eyes glaze over. She can comprehend some of the most complicated policies as it pertains to her work, but I can't explain how her vapes work at a high enough intellectual level so she can understand. Did I also mention that I married WAAAY outta my league? Lol

In theory a higher res coil should have more turns and thus more surface area to heat up producing more vapor but on these standard coils the advantage is very small and of course takes more energy to light 'em up

AW has chosen to call their IMR18500 an 18490. There is really no functional difference. AW has always provided excellent and consistent batteries, with accurate specs. Although they cost a bit more the AW IMR18350 and 18490 are probably the best out there. They both are nipple tops. Can't find a direct 18490/18500 comparison, but here's a head to head 18350 test. You'll note the AW easily outpaces the Efest @ 3A, with better voltage and total mAh. Note the AW actually exceeds it 700mAh rating, while the Efest falls far short of it's so-called 800mAh one. .

Uhh, No...there is a max fill line at 3ml, 3/4 up from the bottom. If you fill past that line, you'll be gurgling flooded..

Also what gage wire looks like a 5/4 wrap if its 28 gage it should be about .6 ohms with that setup but need more info

I'd like to add one more question: 6. Are you using an ohm meter to test your coils first?

With the picture alone that you provided we won't know if you are doing the right thing or not let alone provide advise. Things that might help us out are: 1. what set up are you using 2. what is the ohms for the build 3. what kind of batteries are you using 4. what voltage or wattage are you vaping at 5. how long have you been vaping / experience Tell us as much as you can and surely someone will be able to help out a bit more. From the picture we can see that you are running a dual coil with cotton as your wicking material. I could be wrong but it does appear from the amount of wraps per each coil that your build might be sub ohm. Building coils can be very fun, but it can be very dangerous not only to yourself but others around you. You need to know what you are doing and your statement makes you look as if you have no idea what you are doing. Please be careful.

But before you buy anything, the first thing you should order is an ohm meter. Always go with safety first in building coils.
