I just thought that was the "next step". I have the KR808d-1s I started out with, I have several eGos - from 450 mAh to 1100 mAh, a 1100 Vision Spinner and a 1300 mAh Vision Spinner, a1300 mAh Ego-C Twist, an iTaste MVP VV and an iTaste MVP. Obsessive...or normal, I'm not sure.

  2. A lot of us got to make the mistakes first and only want to help others from making the same. Not to be conceited but I could buy whatever I want, cost is not really an object so to speak. I have all sorts of Vision Spinners and tanks and stuff. Funny thing is I still use the non VV EgoT 1000mah that came with my starter kit I got nearly a year ago more than my Vamo or my spinners lol. I too wasted $200 on ******** mall cigar store cig alike kits before finding this forum. Be thankful you found it before you made that same expensive mistake.

    Reccomendations?

If anybody comes across anything interesting and would recommend it to your fellow vepors, just post it here for us all to see and enjoy. I am pretty new to vaping, sorta. I have vaped for about 2 years now but started of, with what seemed to me, a crappy eGo Twist with a cheap tank. I recently upgraded to a Mini Provari with a JonBoy Lava Tank and I highly recommend both of these products.

    NO VAPOUR!

I use some T2 tanks from time to time. they are cheap and the replacement heads are cheap too, I also clean the removable heads in the ultrasonic and they last pretty long. If you get some extra heads you can rotate them out.

  5. It all depends on your style. I have both now, and I find myself grabbing for my k100 more often. But that could be the flavor I have in my rda on my k100 is my addiction.

You can put whatever you want on a mech mod its no different then having a regular ego but you get a better look and replaceable batteries my wife uses my k100 with pro tanks and loves the bigger size and look compared to ego style batteries

If you have some leather gloves. Use a lighter, bic or a torch. Heat the ring up and try to twist it then.

    Excited!

What makes us even more determined--- The savings from both of us not smoking analogs (with deductions made for vaping) in addition to the amount of lot rent we currently pay, we could be making a house payment, and a decent one at that!

  14. Tam is absolutely correct! I experienced a sub-par starter kit and wound up eating the cost on it when it failed just a matter of days later. I spent upwards of $150 on just the starter kit, without the juices. I could've had QUALITY for half of what I spent. I wish I would've knew about this wonderful forum and AWESOME people BEFORE I started vaping! When Tam, Bebop, and BCarter speak... I listen.

  15. Argh! My post got eaten! Okay, here's a "realistic idea" for you. We've all been where you are now. Seriously. We have. Some of us thought (just like you do now), that if we save a few bucks and get the cheaper thing that looks nearly identical to the ones that are being recommended, it'll work the same. It doesn't. Not usually anyway, and you have to be careful of the threads on some of them because you might need an adapter in order to use many of the most popular tanks out there. So, if you think you're going to save a few bucks? In the long run you'll be served much better by putting out the money on a more "expensive" thing and then not have to buy something else all over again because you got what you paid for in the cheaper thing. We see this all the time with new people coming on the forum. They ask us for recs. We give them. They buy something else because it's cheaper and looks the same. They get it. They're not happy with its performance, the threads don't work without having to put more money out on an adapter, wait for adapter to get there, hope it works, gets disgusted and either goes back to analogs or winds up buying what many on this forum recommended in the first place and get sad because of the wasted money purchasing the first cheaper thing. We're not any of us perfect, but we see this ALL. The. TIME. Of course, YMMV, and this is just my opinion.

That has nothing to do with nic haha. It has to do with trying to purge the idiots that refuse to grow, you know, the ones that think things should be done a certain way and the only reasoning is "Well, we always did it that way before". Sometimes the only solution is a massive purge.

I actually just ordered one. I was able to put it in my cart and checkout. It says "usually ships within 24 hours". Earlier today it said out of stock. I guess well see. http://www.viper-vape.com/products/aspire-nautilus.html

    What have i missed?

Let's see... I believe most of us agree that we like Kanger Pro Tank 2s but the coils have been iffy lately as far as quality is concerned. The KPT3 (dual coil), is pretty good. We also agree that the first batch of dual coils sucked but after redesign -- they suck less. It's still probably a better bet to use the single coils on them and make them into a KPT2 instead. We're still recommending Vision Spinners or eGo Twists to our noobs, half of which don't listen and go buy an advanced mod that they can't figure out how to use and then argue with veteran vapers about how it operates and then wind up taking our first suggestion to buy a Vision Spinner or an eGo Twist. These usually go away fairly quickly. Those noobs who do listen and ask intelligent questions and know how to actually spell out words instead of using text speeeeek 2 try 2 meke u c there pnt -- stick around and add to the community. We have a fair number of really great new members now. Also, we're still trying to impress upon the noobs that there really isn't a "best" out there, just a what's "best" for you. I think they think we're lying to them and not giving up our precious intel about the best tank, the best battery/mod, the best juice, the best American made nicotine, the best throat hit, etc. Lather, rinse, repeat. Did I leave anything else out, guys and gals? I think I hit the main points. ETA: Oh! And just so you know, Blu, I've finally got the hang of direct dripping and have brought a few of our new members into the fold. Thanks for all your help when I was just starting. Now, I'm working on building my own coils.
