    Thank you for the help

Good afternoon all, I got into this around ten days ago. One trip to the store and 8 eBay purchases later (although only 2 have been delivered sit to snow in Atlanta) I have been analog ample free for 3 days. I can't thank this forum enough for the invaluable information. When my kids (3 & 6) tell me they want a cigarette I know it was time to quit. That and it hurt to breath in the morning. I made it through the military and still didn't quit but enough is enough. I won't lie and say I don't want one, the wife still smokes and I still have a few beer every night, but this makes it bearable. That and I am a tinkerer by nature,my background is in electronics, and I am a big car and gun enthusiast, so I am prone to tinkering and upgrading. So I think I have found yet another hobby to dump money (that the wife insists we done have) into. Sorry for the rant, thank you all for the information, I am very happy to be here and vaping.

  2. I agree you generally want them upright. Especially Genny style or drippers. My KFL hasn't leaked yet, other then when I fill it from the top if I don't follow a strict procedure to prevent over pressure in the tank! I don't tempt it tho, I generally try and keep it upright or at least on a 45 degree angle.

  3. @proetus I agree it definitely seems like it's going to come together real well... I would try to build one cuz I love tinkering but I'm definitely not a electronics guy... I would try to fire it and it would burst into flames

  6. Hello everyone, haven't been around in forever. Just picked this up today, got back into vaping. I kinda fell out of it because I found always ordering stuff was a pain. Just before Christmas someone opened up the first vape store in my city so I can get all my stuff locally now.

  9. Unfortunately, taste is subjective. I could list a couple that taste like their namesake, but they may not taste the same to you. My wife vapes some kind of peanut butter/chocolate, but to me, it doesn't taste like that at all. You may have to try dozens to find what you just can't live without.

  10. Mouse pad, at this point, seems to be a total loss, but I was going to Microcenter for PC stuff anyway, so I'll just pick up a new one while I'm there. Desk is getting cleaned off more, so I'll have more room, and not be so pinched for space that I set bottles on the mouse pad again.

  11. Cloud chasing seems to be very popular with the younger vapers. When a teenager sees a human fog machine, they think it looks cool, and want to try it themselves. It's all about the attention for them. They do it in public, and worst of all in places such as grocery stores and other shopping outlets. It's this group of vapers that will quicken the banning of vaping. I get the whole cloud thing, I chase them a little too, but that is where the hobby aspect of vaping comes in, and I would never do it in a public place. Hell, I only vape where smoking is permitted, as I have respect for others. Just remember this….. for idiots, attention = cool. Why else do people pack so many subs into their cars to make other cars alarms go off when they drive by? Just my opinion.

  12. The post is just a press fit. Grab it and rock it off. The flavor wicks will come right out. Dry burn until coils glow red evenly. The wick wont burn. The burning is old juice carmelization.
