I was a previous smoker and have now been vaping for nearly a year. I work out regularly in the gym and my primary focus is cardio. Tons of running and stairmaster. Vaping does not affect me at all. I vape moments before the gym and afterwards and do not notice any difference. My guess like you said is that you are probably out of shape. Your cardio will come back to you in a few weeks. Keep at it.

I recently visited RINo Vapes (Brick and Mortar), 3519 Brighton Blvd. Denver CO 80216. Its a fairly small store, but has a decent selection of equipment and a very nice selection of liquids. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended my visit with a very yummy (0 nic) pearalizing peach and a couple kanger tanks. For those of you in or near the Denver area, I recommend a visit. Its always nice to have a store to visit and to be able to taste the liquids before buying. doesn't hurt that Aquatroy is one of the staff....I really enjoyed the visit !!!!

Being a (former) Marine, I'm totally in the camp of more militaristic style stuff. Good luck in your quest! Once you get the one you want, post some pics. @nico, I got a guy working on a flash suppresor/muzzle brake style drip tip, but it may be a while. He's having trouble with how small it is. Big thumbs and all! Lol. If that doesn't work, I'm gonna send an actual fs/mb to tacmodsusa and see if they can scale one down and make it work.

I do yoga 7 days a week at the gym, which requires a lot of breath control. I have noticed over the last year that I have been vaping that it has become much easier to make it through the entire hr long class

E-liquids are a highly personal thing. What one person thinks tastes great, it'll be like sucking on a dirty sock to someone else. Only you will be able to tell what flavors you like by trial and error. I highly recommend going to EC Blends. They sell juices in 5 ml bottles at around $2.50 so you can try all kinds of different flavors without breaking the bank. The more you customize and add on to the order the price will change but only a little. Try starting out at the nic level of your choice, 50 PG/50 VG and don't add anything to start. Every order is made only after you make the order so some steeping time may be needed. Steeping means to let it sit and age. Usually a week is good but some juices require more time. Take the cap off, put the juice in a safe place away from kids and pets, somewhere dark-ish is the preferred. Shake daily and let sit. Most flavors will become more full and robust with steeping. Some few are good right out of the mailbox but I've found those to be rare. Good luck!

I don't go to the gym anymore, but being a flatbed trucker, I have to be pretty physical. Folding and lifting 150 lb tarps and frequently using chains. However, I WAS a previous smoker. Since being off of cigs I've noticed drastic improvement in my respritory and circulation function and stamina! Not sure how vaping would affect the lungs of a previous non-smoker. There still isn't any long term studies done on the effects of vaping as it hasn't been around for decades.

The battery is fine. Wait until you get the new coils and try it out. By everything you have described, the battery is doing everything it is supposed to do. The battery has built in circuit protection which turns it off if it encounters a short circuit. That is what the flashing means.

I agree. What upsets me the most... in every other way, she's an amazing parent to them. If everyone raised kids like hers, I wouldn't be considering getting a gun permit or chirping my car alarm in the middle of the night (when I was in Waterbury) to make sure its still there. Like I said, I don't want to see what may happen when the wrong person over hears. Part of me hopes the kid asks me for a hit of mine... as that's an open window to say "No, these aren't good for children. Ask me when you're grown up.".

I was always one of the nerds that actually excelled at chemistry. Back in my kid days you could buy chemistry sets and I had a few of them. lol Yeah Ammonia and Bleach is deadly. I think Troy can do what he needs to do He has been mixing a while. I would not suggest a beginner to get 100% nic If you don't want to mute a flavor you need as little added as possible to get the % you want. As far as a little home DIY: Working with 100% NIC, you need gloves. Basic common sense when mixing is required. Nicotine is the only thing that could cause you harm. It is why I test all my base NIC mixes and wear gloves. Recap everything thing as you go to avoid a spill. kitsune said it right, "just a few basic precautions and its not too tough." But most of all, just take some time and read up on what your working with before you start. If someone is doing home DIY they should use no more than a 36% NIC base. If your Vaping 12-6mg Use 18mg Nic Base. I'm Rambling

just a few basic precautions and its not too tough. we all handle plenty of dangerous chemicals around the house....bleach, ammonia, lime away....all of which if used improperly can lead to some very nasty accidents. accidentally mixing bleach and lime away = chlorine gas. Granted, I'm sure there are some people that would not be safe to be mixing nicotine or any other chemicals.....

have the counter moved, tables and chairs set up for visiting or hanging. lots of open space for expansion.

I recently purchased the poppin Pineapple and grandmas original caramel from VT. Keep in mind, I'm not great with reviews.... * Poppin pineapple: quickly becoming a new favorite....right up there with VT's summer melon. Nice, smooth vape with a great pineapple flavor. This one is great in my flavor rotation. For the most part, I prefer coffee type flavors, but, I always have at least one fruit in the line up and the poppin pineapple is definitely part of my rotation now. *Grandmas original Caramel: Keep in mind....with caramel flavors, I am flavor challenged. Again, a nice, smooth vape (like all the VT flavors I have ever tried). It was a mild caramel flavor, absolutely nothing wrong with the flavor, just a bit mild for me. That being said....I had a friend of mine give it a try and she fell in love with it. Flavor is always subjective. I will always have a soft spot for VT liquids....not only to help support the forum, but because they are a very nice line of liquids, with great flavors. I buy very few pre-made liquids, mine are all DIY, I always keep several VT flavors in my line-up.

Helped?!! Yeah, I'd say so. Bought myself a double starter setup and put down the killers the same day and haven't looked back since Apr 19, 13 ........ after 50+ years of smoking. So, yeah, I'd have to say they've "helped". I keep the opened/stale pack with the date written on it in the console of my truck to remind myself and show any others who may be interested in my tale.

Yeah sounds like better pins than I had. The pic shows brass the one sent had aluminum. The pic I posted is a new pic as well. The old pic they had up was a of a real Chi You that has brass pins. LOL Said Clone in the heading, so I wasn't sure what I would get when I ordered. Guys and gals I'm in some big trouble. Since I bought my first mech mod and my kayfun lite. I've went to the dark side now . Last weekend I picked up the chi-you clone, the ac9, and the patriot. Lmao this weekend I'm getting the AIOS and the kraken . And they will be getting in the steam turbine and a couple of others in the next couple of weeks. The ole lady is going to kill me!!!!. I can't come back from the dark side now lol.

Most my gear is out of sight, all my mods are stainless, so I think to the ol' lady it probably looks like the same one. As long as she doesn't look in my 2 bottom dresser drawers I may live.
