I didnt start smoking til I was 23. Getting through teen years without smoking is no gaurantee you're home free. It might be different today since the anti smoking crowd have taken over the planet. I would never promote vaping to teens or non smokers but I sure as hell would rather see a teen vaping over smoking.

Higher nic will give you a more bitter taste with a bigger throat hit. A higher VG ratio may off set the bitterness.

A lot of us saw Julia Louise Dreyfus doing the blu thing on the Golden Globes the other night. Commercials have popped up on TV. My neighborhood market now carries a couple of different brands of Cig-a-likes as well as an ego knockoff blister pack which weren't there a couple of months ago. Today I came out of a grocery store and happened upon a guy vaping away on a Vamo or something. I raised my spinner and protank in acknowledgement and got a smile and nod in return. It's awesome that vaping is catching on. Post your stories, pictures, whatever you see that show vaping has arrived.

Another Trimester (LOL) has passed and breezed past the 9 month smoke free point a couple days ago. I have been so tied up I have barely been on the forum lately. I am opening a new department at work that has kept me on the run but should be about a 25% increase in income over the next year so cheers to that! Either way, I barely have had time to eat lunch much-less browse VT at work all day lol. Just a couple things to share: 1. All my issues with "NO PG Added" liquids have been resolved by replacing the flavor wicks with a single piece of 2mm cotton yarn. Its a little more high maintenance since I have to replace the cotton every tank or two because it burns faster than silica but the flavor and vapor is wowtastic 2. I have gotten away completely from lugging my Vamo everywhere I go. I still love it but now I go into work with 2 full Davide Minis and a 1000mah and 400mah Ego style battery. So much more convenient to have the smaller unit in my front pocket. It has become my at home PV. While at the training class in Charlotte for the week I used them and realized there is not that bog a difference in the vape. I just top them off each night and have simplified things. 3. I am finding more and more places that are Vape Friendly. I was allowed to openly vape (in the bar area which is where I sit anyway) at Ruths Chris Steak House, Outback, Chilis, and in the lobby area of the Mariott where we stayed in Charlotte. I am seeing more and more e-cigs in the dealership and two of the people I hired for my new department came from the other place in town that already has the department I am opening and it was because they made them go off the property to vape-smoke. They treat it the same. I was able to hire their best two employees away simply by allowing them to work in a vape friendly environment. Pretty cool imo. 4. Go Seahawks! Anyway next stop is 1 year! Stoked to be smoke free!

Buy more of same at 6mg and mix in equal parts to make 12mg. Or more of 6 to make 9 for example.

Just easy to use has all kinds of forums and to me going to the website is a pain can do all from my phone

You might go to the DIY section of this forum for a more exact ratio and links to online calculator. I just do it the non-scientific way and go with a couple drops at a time until I get it where I want it. Sorry, but that's the best I can do. There are others on this forum who DIY and can give you more info.

Not seeing much of anything in stores here other than disposable pen style gear. The are a few vapers where I work. All but one or two are using eGo style batts with various toppers. One woman just started so I'm trying to help her out. Was in Austin last week and ran into a couple of vapers on different evenings at the hotel bar. Both were fairly new to vaping so we swapped stories. When I started vaping I saw NO ONE else and there was NOTHING in stores around here. So I guess things are picking up a bit.

Just my opinion but I'd go with a 50/50 blend if you're wanting the 24 mg of nic, maybe even go 40PG/60 VG to help smooth things out even more with that high of a nic content. I have one juice at 24 mg and it takes a little more VG to keep it from being bitter and harsh. Beware that more VG in your juice, the thicker it is and the more likely it will be to gum up your coil. More PG = thinner juice, better flavor delivery, harsher throat hit More VG = thicker juice, slightly sweeter flavor, more vapor, more likely to gum up coils More Nic = more bitterness in the juice, more jitters should you vape too much at all once

Are you sure you had juice in it needs to sit for a minute to saturate coil and wick. Takes longer with more VG

Nothing pumps up people than a little drama! and is there a better way than what Sherman did?
