I think it's rather disconcerting to think you go around smelling your dog's rear end. Do you do this often???

    Good Evening

Hello, My name is David and I just got into the "hobby" of vaping. I began with a Vision Spinner 1300 mAh with a KangerTech Protank 2. So far I am in the market to upgrade because it has become more of a hobby for my recently. If I have any questions I will post in the appropriate category, - David

  5. It's an issue with Paypal, all juice suppliers are having the same, and have to get a new payment processor...we know Matt and I would send him cash and feel confident in a smooth transaction.

  6. The USB ones have protection circuitry in them as well Tam. After all its the electronics in the USB that tell it when to stop. Chances are if it was plugged into his wall it would have gone up in smoke and possibly worse. USB is only one way and limited to 5V where as mains depending where you are can be anything from 110V. Sounds like he overloaded the board in the charger and has wrecked the thermal and resistance cut off.

    Innokin itaste 134 mod?

As I recall, the wire, instead of a coil is more like a loop that runs from the bottom of the cart to the top and then back down. The filler is wrapped around it like a cylinder . If you are not careful, when you try to pull the filler you can tear out the wire. The filler is like a pad rolled in to a tube. It has an edge, or slice that you have to line up with the wire to remove. Sorry, I'm struggling to describe it correctly, lol

  9. This is why most of us here recommend you use an AC adapter to charge and not plug it into a desktop or laptop. The AC adapter has a built in safety feature that helps to keep these types of things from happening and frying your computer. You got very lucky.

    Innokin itaste 134 mod?

There's a wire that runs up through the filler material that I'm not sure how it attaches to anything. Most of the time when I pull out the filler material I wind up pulling out that wire thingy and the whole cartomizer wouldn't fire afterwards. At least that's what I remember of it, it's been too long since I've had cartomizers that I don't remember the fine details of it.

  12. So, I got my glass bottle of 555 down to fill this Aspire that I'm trying out.....still not sure about it, but that's another post. But I needed to refill the tank, so I got the 30 ml glass bottle down that I had put some in. Used about a dropper in the Aspire. So a total of about 4 droppers full have been taken from this glass bottle. I set the cap on it, forgot to screw it back on because supper was getting ready to be ready....and knocked the damn bottle over. I'd say I spilled about 10 mls of 555 on my mouse pad. Didn't get near the mouse, thank goodness, because I'd be in trouble, then, now I just have to figure out a way to get this mouse pad either dried out or dejuiced or something.

  13. You know, the funny thing is, I quite literally had a large amount of the generic lozenges sitting in my desk cabinet for two years. Given to us by a family member who purchased it for us when we flat broke "out of concern."

  14. I've been an off and on smoker since I was 11 and I just couldn't get a hold on quitting for good. They say the younger you start the harder it is to quit later. They're absolutely right. I've quit once for about 1 year and a month then started smoking again. After about 8 months of smoking again I finally told myself I needed a change. I went down to a local smoke shop here and bought me my first Vapor thingy and it really has helped. I still smoke cigs when I drink but hopefully I can cut that out soon. It's been about 3 weeks of smoking vapor and it really has helped. No more cig smell on my clothes. No more $10 pack a days. Just clean flavored vape.

  16. Woo-Hoo!!! I made it!!! One year ago today I received my first kit, and started an amazing journey. Thanks to everyone here on VaporTalk, the transition was made much easier than I thought it would be. Never did I think that quitting smoking could be so much fun, nor did I anticipate the amount of new friends I would make. Cheers to you all!!! Let's keep on vaping!!!!

    California Internet Sales Ban

It's funny how they always mention an ingredient is used in anti-freeze but fail to mention why it's in anti-freeze to begin with. Because it's safe and our kids and pets won't die from drinking it. Propylene glycol has a very low toxicity level, so low that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has classified it as an additive "generally recognized as safe" for use in food. - http://www.ehow.com/about_6726306_ethylene-vs_-propylene-glycol.html

    Dragon Wicking

So i tried my hand at a Dragon Wick or coil... Im not sure if I like it honestly. I don't get as much flavor with it and it dries pretty quick. I tried it first in a single coil set up on my Helios clone using my K100 with a 18490 battery. Here are some pics if anyone wants to look at it and give me pointers if you notice something I could do better or did wrong... I ended up angling the coil I forgot to do it before taking a pic...

  25. I had quit analogs for almost a full year (pack a day before I quit). Started cheating while out with friends, slowly became a regular smoker again, but added dipping so I did not stink at work. I really wanted to stop smoking and dipping after a year of falling off the wagon. I picked up a Blu and a no name brand e-cig at my regular smoke shop. It helped, but was not satisfying. I googled vapor chat forums, and found this place. I researched here, and found that there were some better devices that could actually produce a decent amount of vapor. I asked where I could find a good starter kit, and what I should buy to start. I ordered my Vision Spinner kit with some CE4's and EVOD's and some juice. Funny enough, I could not wait for the kit to come, so I went back to my local smoke shop and purchased a 650 mah kit (it had proprietary treading, not 510) to "try". I still had a couple analogs each day until I finished the pack. Like some others here, I found when I was vaping and smoking that I favored the e-cig. I would have a analog burning in the ashtray, and unknowingly grab the e-cig and vape away. After a week or so I had no desire to smoke. I think finding a juice that you like helps a lot. At first I could not find a B&M store to sample flavors, so I would order online and hope I liked the flavor (most of them I did not love). I finally found a couple B&M stores to sample before I bought... It opened a whole new world for me. I have since started DIY'ing juice with some friends that I converted over to vaping and could not be happier. It is nice to be able to tune in a mix (pg/vg ratio) and strength (started at 24 mg's down to 12 mg). Smoking was never a hobby for me... I would never join a smoking chat forum, or get all excited to go buy a pack ( I would get very moody if I did not go buy the pack, but I was never excited). Vaping, DIY'ing juice, and rebuilding is fun for me.

    Obsess much?

So, I'm not even two weeks into vaping and I'm reading most, if not all, the posts here and info I can! My first purchase 2 weeks ago was a VaporKing Storm 2.0 Clearomizer kit. Not super satisfied with it. So, I have purchased about 40 different juices from various vendors. And then I bought 3 different 510 batts and 4 different tanks/clearos. Now I get the reference to "vapemail". I won't get home from the road till friday so, the mailman is safe! Lol! Not sure if I'm obsessed or posessed!
