I got into a discussion with someone from the "older" generation about it, he was completely against it because of the media hype. I steered the conversation making comparisons to prohibition, infringement of rights and the fact that they don't ban cigarettes even though they know that they are deadly. Plus the fact that it is all about big money and government... then the light went on.

George Bush, Queen Elizabeth and Putin all die and go to Hades. While there they notice a red phone and ask what the phone was for. The Devil tells them that it is for calling back to Earth. Putin asks if he can call Russia and talks for 5 minutes. When he is finished the Devil informs him that the cost is 1 million dollars, so Putin writes him a check. Next Queen Elizabeth calls England and talks for 30 minutes. When she is finished the Devil informs her that the cost is 6 million dollars, so she writes the Devil a check. Finally George Bush gets his turn and talks for 4 hours! When he is finished the Devil informs him that the cost is 5 dollars. When Putin hears this he goes ballistic and asks the Devil why Bush got to call the USA so cheaply. The Devil smiles and replies "Since Obama took over, the country has gone to hell... so it was a local call."

I think the main differences,other than appearance,are the type of activators and the type of materials.Activators can be bottom button,mechanical side switch etc...some are spring loaded and move independently to contact the batt,others are magnetic with no spring and some move the batt itself into contact position. I think the materials are chosen for 3 reasons:looks,texture and conductivity since some things are better at letting current flow than others. If you decide to kick a mod you are completely changing the function of it. A kick will turn a direct current device,meaning whatever voltage the batt has is roughly what you get to the atty,into a regulated device.Meaning you set the watts you want and the right voltage gets delivered to the atty more or less constantly until the batt is too low to work. Right now there are 2 types of kick that I know of.1 is the two versions from evolv vapor, they use a ~800mhz type chip to give what feels like a direct current vape,it's very smooth at boosting the voltage and some of us think it's the better vape. The 2nd type from segeli and smoktech use the 33.3mhz (rattlesnake) chip and give you the same type of vape as the Vamo,SID,Lavatube etc...they seem to work great for folks who use the CE style tanks. If you do decide to help him understand vaping ( IF you want to - it's totally up to you) the correct action is not to take up any of his objections at all. Don't even get in to it. Just ask him if he's willing to look at some information. If he is, great. Uma has loads of articles, videos etc of reputable people presenting the truth about vaping posted here on this site you can reference. If he's not willing, I wouldn't bother pushing it at all.

The same way you deal with people firmly entrenched in their religious beliefs when you are an atheist. You don't bring it up, unless you know you can have a calm, rational discussion (and you know you won't get kicked out of the house for it. Sadly, I know of some even minor atheists that were kicked out of their homes when they told their parents they don't believe in any god.). IF the topic comes up again, and the whole flavor thing comes up again, ask your grandfather this. If they were aimed at getting kids back on analogs (which kid use of analogs has DECREASED), why the flavors? Analogs don't have flavors, so, well, no one who ENJOYS flavors, like I'm assuming kids would, and most adults do, would have even LESS reason to smoke analogs. Straight tobacco taste is nasty to me now. Ten to 15 years ago there used to be a buttload of "artificial flavorings", very subtle added to analogs, until the FDA took control of tobacco products and outlawed any analog flavoring other than menthol. Any time they pass a law requiring someone be over 18 to purchase e-cigs or e-cig paraphernalia, I'm in favor it. Luckily, even my local news stations are getting the message that people don't lose their tastebuds at 18, and they enjoy the flavors now more than ever because they can actually TASTE better - and the purpose is to have a vape that tastes better than the analog, right? But your best bet is to avoid the topic. If it comes up because you both see a news story on it at the same time, or he brings up an article he read, just say, "It's best that we agree to disagree, all right?" Just because you are related and living together doesn't mean you can't have differing opinions, and grandparents, well, they aren't likely to change their opinion. I have a family member who quit by using the patch when they were still by prescription - it took twice as long as it normally would, but it worked - and he sees vaping as just a substitute for smoking, so technically that person is still smoking.....even if a person works their way down to zero nic, he's sure that person would pick up an analog if he/she stopped vaping. He wasn't happy when I told him that the numbers show more people successfully put analogs downs from vaping than by any other method, although we did agree the chemical methods - Wellbutrin and Chantix - are dangerous. Just keep your head down, and keep telling yourself that it won't be long until you have your own place. And don't talk about subjects that cause arguments.

Snowboarders' long johns are very light weight yet extremely warm. They're also much thinner than traditional ones. I get them for my SO so he doesn't freeze at his work. Hope you stay warm tomorrow!

I was vaping at DFW in the international terminals with no problems. Got a few odd looks but the most any security did was give me a nod. I know Heathrow just opened a vapor bar in terminal 3.

I Vape every where I go, have yet to have an issue. A few people look at me funny but no one has ever said anything. I won't argue with a store owner or manager if they ask me not to. If it is a customer then I would explain what it is and if they still have an issue I would polity ask them to talk to the manager. If they ask me to stop, I will.

well this will be my last day using the ultra fires. my sonys should be here tomorrow and i cant wait.

The last time I was in the DIA smoking lounge, I was still smoking. I had a blast hanging out there! I was going on a very long international haul and had tons of time to kill before my flight left. Had a couple beers, chatted with a guy about his Whippet dogs and a WWII veteran. Not sure I could handle the stink anymore though. I haven't tried vaping in restaurants, but have in a few bars. They are good with it mostly. I was one of those smokers that could go 8-10 hours without a cigarette and still do with vaping. But if it went longer than that, I started to become a bit twitchy. And anything weird that happens at DIA, just blame the blue demon horse. That thing creeps me out.

The EVOD is not a replacement for the t3s, the t3s replaces the old t3, and the EVOD is a polycarbonate tank, encased in metal, and in no way "impervious" to juice. Coils are not the same, but you can use a protank head in a t3, but not the other way around.

The Brulee is a personal favorite. The Frenilla is one of the best Vanilla flavors I've had, as it's creamy and eggy like the custard. The Doodle needs to steep for a couple weeks. I'm getting a light cookie taste, but the cinnamon really overpowers it.
