  1. I have had the dekang RY4 and never had that problem. liquids come from all over these days, many make their own. but, like food, there are many likes, dislikes and reactions, depending on the person. nothing is added to the liquids to affect cigarettes (yes the dekang liquids have been tested). another flavor or brand might work better for you. you can always ask the shop what liquids they use or if they make their own. personally, I stay away from tobacco flavors....they don't taste right to me. However, I personally much prefer vaping to smoking....mind you its been 4.5 years for me, so its the memory of smoking. I really, really don't miss the nasty taste of tobacco, I have tried it since I quit smoking and given my choice I will stick with vaping. BTW...I was like you, just looking for something to use when I couldn't smoke. I quit smoking the day I started vaping.

So my wife told me I can get a zombie edition provari with 2 batts and a charger and extention cap but would I be better off buying a cheaper apv and getting a good rebuildable like a russian 91 and some other extras?

  3. For me, the horrifying effect of my clothes, my hands, my breath stinking like bunghole and not being able to truly taste food and not to mention the health issues that smoking causes was enough for me to quit smoking.

  4. I took your advice on this Bebop. I now use all 8 of my Spinners and the last of my 1100s in rotation. I thought about what you said and I remember I have seen batteries before that were just left in a drawer over a long period of time and you can see the yucky stuff coming out of them and all rusted up. I do not want my beautiful Rainbows to get like that because I neglected them so everybody gets used till drained then recharged and put back at the end of the line. That means they are getting used about 1 time a week so that should keep them active enough. I see that is about what Tam does too. Thanks for the advice.

  5. Was always a runner/skater before I started smoking cigarettes. Got too winded too quickly to wanna work out because of cigs. Stopped smoking 6 months ago cold turkey, and started vaping 2 months ago for various reasons. Now I'm back into shape and just about as healthy as I was in high school. I'm back in the gym, back on the track, and thinking about joining an area Lacrosse team. Better lungs have helped steady my breathing patterns while riding my motorcycle on the track as well...It can be very exhausting taking turn after turn and using your body to help control the bike. More oxygen to the brain = clearer thinking and quicker reactions. I've actually taken more than 2 seconds off my fastest lap time, which is a large feat with no modifications to the bike. About to buy some new aggressive inline skates as well. It's nice feeling like you are 16 again.

Outstanding! Tobacco down 8% in one year. That is HUGE. We could all but be looking at the death of the tobacco industry in very short order. 5 years, even. His analogy of the Kodak moment is right on (the subsequent and rapid collapse of one technology by another technology of significant advance). And he absolutely skewers opponent logic. This is a speech to be modeled. Beautiful.

If You're willing to spend a $100 we can set you up nicely but thats for everything including back ups ... .....and if you do get the $50 starter you will be back for more within a month anyway... In fact - I would go to the Vaportalk store right here on this site Get the evod kit $46 Then buy some juices and add an ego twist (variable voltage) battery or a Vision Spinner which will run you another $25 and you're good to go for a while til you figure out what else you'd like to do after you get some experience. ...but that kit will do you nicely for a while and wont go to waste.

I think you will find the recommendations as varied as the products! I think you are safe going with a 1300mah Vision Spinner and a Kanger Protank 2 For some reason I can not post links or anything... but if you google Vision Spinner Kit you will get several. I got a Vision Spinner and some Kanger T3S's which I am happy with, but if I knew then what I know now I would have gone with the Kanger ProTank 2 because of the glass tanks...

  12. Hi All, I was wondering if there were any athletes on here and how vaping has effected their "wind"? I have played hockey all my life. I have played as an adult when I was not a smoker, and when I was smoker. And I have noticed a lot more lung capacity when I was quit from smoking. When I first switched to vaping I did see a bit of an improvement, but not like when I was fully quit (No cigarettes, and no vaping). Has anyone else noticed this when really pushing your heart and lungs with vigorous exercise? I still get that deep lung burn, but not nearly as bad as when I was still on the analogs. I thought it would have been gone by now. I do feel it getting better, but that burn is still there. Anyone else out there experience this? Will it go away with time? On a side note, when I was still on the analogs and dipping, I would notice that my feet would get very cold (numb) very quickly on the ice. I always assumed that it was because of the nicotine constricting my capillaries and slowing down blood flow to my feet and hands and being in a cold hockey rink. But now with vaping, it is not nearly as bad. I still get some numbness on the feet, but not like before. I wonder if it was all the junk in analogs and the dip that made it worse? Anyways, thanks for reading. Happy Friday everyone!! SV

  13. Ditto. Vape is way better. I picked up vaping as an alternative way to use nicotine. I find it more satisfying than smoke as I can have as much or as little as I want. Lighting a cig... you're pretty much committed to a whole cigarette. Try mint. I wasn't a menthol smoker, but I found the mints and menthols more satisfying than trying to find a tobacco match. Coffee is another that satisfies me instead of tobacco for me. My other flavors are for when I just wanted a vape and not instead of a cigarette.

  14. it actually sounds like the air holes on the tank are getting blocked. when you have the tank on the battery, loosen the tank a 1/2 turn or so, that should open the air holes a bit better. if gently blowing through the tank when its off the battery, then the coil itself isn't blocked. sometimes, if loosening the tank doesn't work, then the coil itself can be blocked. the lower resistance results in the coil burning hotter, resulting in the liquid heating quicker and adds to a warmer vapor.

  15. The owner of my local B&M has 2 or 3 that use 6 15ml or 30ml glass bottles. Looks like a hooka. The "Revolver" is single person use (one flavor at a time). The atomizers are modified IGO-W.Two hole drilled through the base for SS wick then mount on a custom built SS cap for the bottles. VW or by pass the circuit to mechanical with 4800 mAh battery pack built into the base. The other one is not a revolver, but 6 people can vape at the same time. It plug into the wall and only mechanical.

Totally second Bebop's recommendations. If you scroll to the top of this page you'll see a pinkish banner with a link to the VaporTalk store. Oh, and what we do? It puts out vapor, never "smoke." Smoke is the thing we got away from when we starting vaping.

  27. As I understand the ohms thing, ohms is a measurement of resistance to current flow through something - such as the heating coil wire in your tank. The lower the resistance the quicker and hotter the coil can get, thereby producing more vapor at a faster rate than a higher ohms rated coil. Also has a chance of burning your coil out quicker, too. If you want easier "pull" you'll have to open up the air vents to allow more air to pass through and over the coil as you draw (suck). But, opening the air holes too much can be a little counterproductive, too. Too much airflow can cool the coil and keep it from heating the juice to optimum vapeing temp.

I second everything Havamal said. That is the set up I am using now and it is the best set up I have found since I started vaping 8 months ago and I tried almost everything, it feels like anyway. Just one thing to add. The Vapor Store is having a MAD sell right now. 50% off most of their stuff. If I was not already loaded down with enough equipment for a year I would go shopping crazy with 50% off.

I would recommend an ego-T starter kit. Find some juice at a local shop you like. That will get you started. Then come back here and read up in the forums. There are definitions, terminology, equipment recommendations galore posted and pinned in the various forums. They will lead you to what you seek.

  39. A young man with his pants hanging half off his ***, two gold front teeth, and a half inch thick gold chain around his neck; walked into the local welfare office to pick up his check. He marched up to the counter and said,"Hi. You know, I just HATE DRAWING WELFARE, I'D REALLY RATHER HAVE A JOB! I don't like taking advantage of the system, getting something for nothing." The social worker behind the counter said "Your timing is excellent. We Just got a job opening from a very wealthy old man who wants a chauffeur and bodyguard for his beautiful daughter. You'll have to drive around in his 2013 Mercedes-Benz CL, and he will supply all of your clothes." "Because of the long hours, meals will be provided. You'll also be expected to escort the daughter on her overseas holiday trips. This is rather awkward to say, but you will also have, as part of your job, the assignment to satisfy her sexual urges as the daughter is in her mid-20's and has a rather strong sex drive." The guy, just plain wide-eyed, said, "You're bull****tin' me!" The social worker said, "Yeah, well... You started it." .....

I know what you mean about the sales... but I do it for enjoyment and relaxation. Thing are picking up in the market though. My wife is a professional artist and her commissioned sales are booming this year (I think she has somewhere between 13-18 orders that she is working on right now) The gallery sales are non existent right now. The key seems to be to have a good online presence and taking custom orders... people are not window shopping this year, they have money to spend but will only spend it on something specific that they want. As far as the battery... If you want longer lasting you need to upgrade to 1000mah - 1300mah to get long lasting. I think the Vision Spinner is the best bang for the $. They are variable voltage and a 1300mah will run you about $25.

  44. Antiquated moral superiority, perhaps? Look, I know "THAT kind of talk" is verboten here (which I will happily take a warning for in order to get this off my chest). But, get with the times....no one, except the blindly ignorant and the War on Controlled substances really cares about herb shops anymore. Master Sun Tzu once wrote that war (no matter what the war is) will impoverish all parties involved. This dumb war not only sucks our tax dollars, but also turns seemingly intelligent individuals into mindless, principle-oriented automatons, and denies medical patients an alternative to Big Pharma and its side-effect ridden money-pit. Therefore, I ask: If all of us vapers are fighting against Government, FDA and Big Corporate (Big Tobacco and Big Pharma) regulations...why are you promoting it? Live and let live, brother...

    Fadora Vapor E-Juice

Apple Cider (Signature Flavor) The presentation is awesome. I received a 5ml bottle, labeled Apple Cider 15mg. Golden colored juice with a couple cloves and a piece of cinnamon stick marinating the liquid. Drip taste test, IGO-W with micro coil and cotton cloud : Clove, green apple, and cinnamon all blended together with perfection. The taste is dead on, homemade apple cider. No harshness whatsoever, even at 15mg. I applaud the genuine green apple taste that I get through the spices. I have tried a few green apple juices, and they all had that jolly rancher candy apple taste. RSST is topped off and I will be vaping this one for the day. EDIT** Holy vapor production! The forecast is cloudy with 28g twisted micro coil and cotton wick in my RSST. No loss of flavor either. It's those things that make me a happy vaper.
