  1. I have used everything from 100%pg to 50-50 to the new Fuzion formula that is "No PG added but 65% VG" WTF ever that means lol. Either way I have used the full gamet of liquid mixtures and havent found one to leak more or less than the other. I would bet $$$$$ if OP gets a 5 blister pack of genuine Kanger coils and puts one in, his problem will be solved. I have 6 KPT 2s and before trading some I had 10 Davides and not once did I get a functional coil with the tank.

  3. I have no problem whatsoever with standard non VV batteries and 1.8ohm coils as far as tasting burned but generally I am using my non VV Egos when I am at a "stealth vaping" occasion (Scout function, football games, shopping, etc...) and I opt for 2.2ohms just because there is less vapor. At this point I view everything as a nicotine delivery system and taste is my only real concern over amount of vapor, throat hit, etc... As long as I can tell I am getting my nic, the rest is inconsequential to me lol.

    Joke of the Day :)

The pastor asked if anyone in the congregation would like to express praise for answered prayers. Suzie stood and walked to the podium. She said, "I have praise. Two months ago, my husband, Phil, had a terrible bicycle wreck and his scrotum was completely crushed. The pain was excruciating and the doctors didn't know if they could help him." You could hear a muffled gasp from the men in the congregation as they imagine the pain that poor Phil must have experienced. "Phil was unable to hold me or the children," she went on, "and every move caused him terrible pain."We prayed as the doctors performed a delicate operation, and it turned out they were able to piece together the crushed remnants of Phil's scrotum, and wrap wire around it to hold it in place." Again, the men in the congregation cringed and squirmed uncomfortably as they imagined the horrible surgery performed on Phil. "Now," she announced in a quivering voice, "thank the Lord, Phil is out of the hospital and the doctors say that with time, his scrotum should recover completely." All the men sighed with unified relief. The pastor rose and tentatively asked if anyone else had something to say. A man stood up and walked slowly to the podium. He said, "I'm Phil." The entire congregation held its breath. "I just want to tell my wife, the word is sternum."

  6. I finally got to Medics, I mean, Flatliners, juice in my rotation and it is DELICIOUS. I got the Caramel Vanilla and Raspberry pound cake and both of them will be coming in big bottles my next order. I ordered it 50/50 ratio and 18 nic. I did not have to add any sweetener to it. It is just right. Thanks Medic!

    Healthy Vapor?

The site doesn't say what they put in the juice to increase serotonin & melatonin levels or to decrease appetite. What testing has been done on this product? Too many questions. Sounds like:

  8. Actually juice viscosity is discussed and found to be a factor, it just hasnt been discussed a lot lately. Also, while it is a factor and a valid one, it is the general consensus that the quality control issues with coils is a larger factor and more likely as the coil builds are not extremely consistant and give you other variables that affect juice flow.

  9. We have also had this discussion in another thread and my newbie fix which helped my situation 100% was to change to a 2.2 ohm and 100% VG juice which is thicker juice... I"m a tad bit surprised that juices are never dicussed as part of the leaking issue because is you think about it, different juice mixes have thinner or thicker viscostity which can lead to leaking through the rubber seals/o-rings or the o-rings are shrinking due to heat of the juice over time? Just my thoughts, I'm new to this.. Sometimes its good to get a fresh/newbie perspective..

  10. KPT, Davides, T3S, every coil I have ever tried to use that came with a tank leaked. I finally just stopped trying. I have yet to have a bad or leaky coil come out of a Kanger 5pack.

    Healthy Vapor?

I would think that is pretty much a scam. You have to look at the temperature at which the components you want to ingest vaporize at . Most vitamin type stuff gets destroyed at the temperatures we are using.

  13. While I'm not a professional athlete, my job does require me to maintain a very high level of fitness. Smoking did hamper my fitness level and I found that I was always out of breath or if coming back into a physical regime after a couple months break I would notice that it took me nearly twice as long to get back into cardio shape. For the first couple of months although my body was felt physically good my lung capacity just wasn't there. It took me about 4-5 months to really feel good again. I can honestly now say that I can maintain my heart rate at 160-180 beats per minute for about an hour and a half with a short recovery period. So for me vaping has helped out tremendously. Yes I will still get a burn in my lungs, but I think thats just because I push myself hard.

    MVP V2 Help/advice

After a year of on-off vaping, the last six months have helped me really buckle down and get off of smoking completely now that I've invested in a couple of reliable devices. However, now I'm taking the step towards the MVP V2 which is on it's way right now! This is the first time I'm even venturing into mods and I'm pretty excited about this one. This is also my first experience with variable power and volts. I don't quite understand how I would know what power and volt to be set at with even the basic iclear 30 tank that it comes with, nevermind other tanks or (down the road a bit) rebuildables. Is there a post about this somewhere? Or can someone kind of break it down in a simpler concept? I just don't want to ruin my MVP V2 or the tank because I set the power too high, or the volts too low. Is that possible?

    MVP V2 Help/advice

Not a MVP fan myself, dont really like the way the box mods feel in my hand, but I can say vaping with an APV for me is easier than with standard batteries. I know when my battery is low before it dies, know the resistance of my coil I am using and with wattage you do not have to mess with settings really at all. With my Vamo I occasionally change from 7.5w down to 7 but other than that I havent touched anything on it since I dialed it in new.

    MVP V2 Help/advice

I dont believe there is any trick to it. It's still a matter of taste. Just start low and work power up to optimum taste. The advantage to wattage setting (aftrr you have set it) is that the device will now automaticakky adjust the power to be consistent between tanks no matter the resistance of the coil. You still may have to adjust based on the flavor

    Best way to store batteries

Lol. I have 3 spinners and 1 ego twist in rotation myself. Generally I cycle them in somewhat of an order but I dont worry about mixing up the rotation at all. No harm there. Cant have too many back ups, lol

    Best way to store batteries

I would check your stored batteries periodically. Lithium/ion batteries like to be used. There is evidence that regularly discharging and charging a lith//ion battery actually prolongs it's life. Doesnt mean daily, but I would cycle the battery occasionally to keep it full of life. Yes, and when you store them just keep them from extremes and it'll be fine

  20. My husband tried the ego twist with the variable voltage at the vapor shop the last time and it blew out a lot of vapor but he said it tasted foul, too much of everything BUT flavor. I think i will go to the vapor shoppe and buy new coils from there for now, until the ordered ones arrive.

  21. Well, crap, Jeff. I shouldn't try commenting on anything until I'm sufficiently topped up with coffee. I was reading several different threads at the same time and not paying attention. Sorry, Marianne. I gave you the wrong information. Listen to Jeff, he won't steer you wrong.

  22. First, I would like to ask you not to call it "smoking" because of all the negative connotations that word brings out. We're trying to distance ourselves from that because vaping is so very different. The replacement coils you bought from ebay, did they say they were specifically for the Kangor Pro Tank 3? The KPT3 uses dual coil not single coil like the original Pro Tank and Pro Tank 2. The single and dual coils are not interchangeable. The color of the tank won't make a difference to anything other than it looks different. Because the Vivi Nova is a top coil (meaning the coil sits on the top of the tank), and uses a long wick and the Pro Tanks (1, 2 and 3) have the coils at the bottom, your juice will taste different in each one. Also, and this could just be me, but the Vivi Nova's tank is made out of plastic while the Pro Tanks are Pyrex glass. I've found that juices taste better in glass tanks -- to me. Everyone tastes things differently so it could be a different experience for you. The higher the number of ohms, the higher the resistance so you'll get a cooler vape from the 2.2 ohm coils on your eGo-T than if you used a 1.8 ohm coil. The variable voltage batteries like the eGo Twist or the Vision Spinner (we won't go into mods at this point), can compensate by allowing you to turn up the heat (voltage) for different resistance in coils. With your battery, however, it's fixed at 3.7 volts so you'll probably want to stick with 1.8 - 2.2 ohm coils. I wouldn't go any higher and expect it to work well for you, though. Did any of that help answer your questions?

  23. I have 8 bottles of EC Blends Dragon Series Juice. I think I have 1 of every flavor due to all the good reviews I have heard about them. I received them the first week of November and they are still steeping. The first month I left the tops off and shook them everyday. Since then I put the lids back on because my Grandbaby moved in with me but I still pull them out of the top of the closet and shake them everyday. It really gives me something to look forward to because I know with all this steeping and anticipation that juice is going to be so GOOD! That's the benefits of being a part of a great forum like this we learn from each other.

  26. I'd give it a try in the Evod, maybe just fill a little under half the tank just in case it's not to your liking yet. Only you will be able to tell if it's where you want it to be.

  27. Wow...i guess you haven't read.....99% of all ECBlends customers on this board are gonna disagree with you. While not all of there flavs need steeped, the best ones do, and change thru out the steeping process. Even ECBLENDS says to steep, and don't be surprised if it tastes like gas right out of the mailbox...liqueurs, noggs, rum soaked raisins, chocolate mint chip, are all nasty till they steep a couple weeks...Skislope, my new favorite took a month till it really blossomed and you could taste all parts. Feels like a nut is okay out of the box, but six weeks later is the bomb. Even single flavs like Pineapple taste better a week or two It's kinda like good wine, beer, meade, chutney....they all take time to age, blend, ferment, and having a keen palate and a great dripping atomizer...taking the time to test them as they mature..finding the best taste for you, and then capping and enjoying fresh juice is all part of the fun of vaping. Unlike buying commercial third party juce from a retailer, those are batch made and hyper steeped at the plant, then plenty of time with bulk storage, shipping, and shelf time.....

You are right they don't generate amps they mostly have a rated constant output. It is the same with laptop power supplies and any other "converter". If you were touch 220volt line caring only 500ma you would more than likely survive. But if you were touch a 12 volt line carrying 50amps you would likely die. Same with electronics in general. Say you have a wart that reads output 500ma-1.5 amps then yes it will regulate the amps. Let me give a different example You have a laptop that requires 12vdc, at 4,2amps input. Your power supply blows out... Oh but you have one that has a plug that fits but it has an output of 12vdc at 9amps Oh yes it should work...Plug it turn on laptop and it will smoke and fry. Why, because you sent too many amps into it. Now say you have a power supply that runs at 15vdc but only puts out 3.9 amps. plug fits. You do the same... plug it in turn on your laptop and what happens? You surf the internet the rest of the night. We dealt with these issues all the time in the computer shop with laptops and finding a power supply to get someone up an working again. E-cigs are no different. Asus TF300 Series Pad Wall Wart output 15vdc at 1.2 amp

  31. It's a miracle your alive after smoking that crap for that long...they put a lt of but£#^& in that level of analog. I guess I was lucky. I lived n Santa Fe NM for a few years in the 80s and got stuck on American Spirits when they were a fledgling startup. If you have to smoke stinkies I have to strongly suggest you use ASTC. No fillers or stems or bs chems, even pure organic, but pricey as hell anymore, and that's what brought me here!!

    Juice in the mouth

Yes, i understand what your saying, but in her case I believe her juice is to thin as was my case, also in my case im using a 2.2 ohm which increases tge life span of the coil depending on voltage

    Exploding batteries

Surprised no one mentioned about MOD batteries exploding.. Those joytech c-twist and batteries of that nature have built in fuses and safeties. The battery will shut down before causing any damage. [granted you have a good battery] I can also see how charging can cause to heating but just use common knowledge. The big thing is with Mechanical MODs and batteries and people that build their own coils. Batteries are only rated to a certain ohm resistance before its too much for the battery and the battery gets compromised. the battery can leak, expand, and if the gasses cannot escape from the mod, explode. Everyone just please research and vape safely. Don't be reckless in vaping. Especially those who use mechanical MODs. You don't want to build a sub ohm coil and vape it with a 18350. Just Be Safe

    Under Seige

That's the problem with humans. Most of them demand that their way to feel "well being" be the ONLY way. Most of what keeps my headmates and I content and happy doesn't match a "normal person's" idea of content and happy. If vaping gets banned, it will not be the first time there is a ban on something that emensely helps one or more members of my system. There was a recreational that was legal in our state that made switching hugesly easier for us when one of us used it. That substance is now illegal. I'm fearing the day they take caffeine away from us. ... if you enjoy it, somebody wants it illegal.
